A Direct Route to Tetrahydropyridazine Derivatives via DMAP-Catalyzed [4+2] Annulation of Allenoates with Arylazosulfones

Herein,a DMAP-catalyzed[4+2]annulation ofα-substituted allenoates with arylazosulfones is reported,which affords facile access to tetrahydropyridazine derivative in synthetically useful *** reaction features mild conditions and good functional group ***,the resultant products can be readily transformed into pyridazin-3-one derivatives in the presence of DDQ.

A novel protocol for palladium-catalyzed fluoroarylation of 1,1-difluoroallenes was described *** reaction proceeded smoothly under mild condition and various trifluoromethylated alkenes were obtained in moderate yields with excellent E *** mechanism involving a vital trifluoromethylated vinyl silver intermediate,which generated through the F-nucleophilic addition to 1,1-difluoroallenes,has been proposed.

allenes and oxindoles are two classes of very important compounds for medicinal chemistry and organic ***,it is of high interest to combine an allene and an oxindole into one ***,the first example of palladium-catalyzed exclusive 2,3-allenylation reaction of oxindoles with 2,3-allenylic carbonates has been successfully developed.A rationale for the selectivity of 2,3-allenylation over the expected 1,3-alkadienylation has been proposed.

Recently,we have developed some efficient methodologies for the synthesis of optically active 1,3-substituted allenes,which have made the access of naturally occurring allenes just within a few *** addition,during such studies,we also observed the efficient constructions of tetrahydroisoquinolines,which paved the way for the efficient synthesis of naturally occurring tetrahydroisoquinolines with biological potentials in a very concise manner.
