摘 要：Recently,we have developed some efficient methodologies for the synthesis of optically active 1,3-substituted allenes,which have made the access of naturally occurring allenes just within a few *** addition,during such studies,we also observed the efficient constructions of tetrahydroisoquinolines,which paved the way for the efficient synthesis of naturally occurring tetrahydroisoquinolines with biological potentials in a very concise manner.
