BaY2F8 crystals had a relatively low symmetry, and its XRD data showed that those strong diffractions occured in a narrow angle range, so it was difficult to orientate the single crystals of BaYEFs. In this paper, based on the structure characteristics and XRD data, the crystal habit of BaY2F8 was analyzed. The strong bond in crystal structure of BaYEF8 was Y-FE-Y, which stretched to the shape of chain along the direction of [001]. And this was an advantaged direction for the crystal growth. The steady shapes of BaY2F8 were composed of rhombic prism { 130} and {021 }. The crystal showed an axial habit in the direction of [001]. The analysis of the crystal slice obtained by temperature gradient technique verified the above conclusion. The BaY2F8 crystal was grown by compulsive methods such as Czochralski method.

As the huge computation and easily trapped local optimum in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network (RCSCN) design considered, a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. The total cost of closed-loop supply chain was selected as fitness function, and a unique and tidy coding mode was adopted in the proposed algorithm. Then, some mutation and crossover operators were introduced to achieve discrete optimization of RCSCN structure. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can gain global optimal solution with good convergent performance and rapidity. The computing speed is only 22.16 s, which is shorter than those of the other optimization algorithms.

We consider the MAP/PH/N retrial queue with a finite number of sources operating in a finite state Markovian random environment. Two different types of multi-dimensional Markov chains are investigated describing the behavior of the system based on state space arrangements. The special features of the two formulations are discussed. The algorithms for calculating the stationary state probabilities are elaborated, based on which the main performance measures are obtained, and numerical examples are presented as well.

In the growing e-commerce industry,the problem of malicious business operations has become increasingly prominent,exposing many problems such as weak supervision of e-commerce platforms and no way for consumers to *** order to solve the problems of counterfeit and shoddy products on e-commerce platforms and promote the sustainable development of the e-commerce industry in China,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of e-commerce platforms,merchants,and consumers,investigates the influence of each influencing factor on each party’s strategy choice,and provides targeted suggestions to e-commerce platforms based on relevant ***,the impact of several important parameters on the equilibrium solution is discussed through sensitivity *** results show that:1)the smaller the cost difference between active and negative regulation,the more the e-commerce platform tends to active regulation strategy,but increasing fines for dishonest merchants and consumer complaints have little impact on the e-commerce platform;2)increasing consumer compensation,creating an honest business environment,and reducing the cost of honest business all help companies tend to operate in good faith;3)the only factor that affects the tendency of consumer complaint strategies is the cost of *** loss suffered by silence and the compensation given to consumers have little effect on consumers’tendency to complain *** results can provide theoretical guidance for participants to make useful strategic decisions in the e-commerce market.

A survey of executive compensation contracts in China's listed companies

We analyze 228 executive compensation contracts voluntarily disclosed by Chinese listed firms and find that central-government-controlled companies disclose more information in executive compensation contracts than localgovernment-controlled and non-government-controlled companies. Cashbased payments are the main form of executive compensation, whereas equity-based payments are seldom used by Chinese listed companies. On average, there are no significant differences in the value of basic salaries and performance-based compensation in executive compensation ***, compared with their counterparts in non-government-controlled companies, executives in government-controlled companies are given more incentive compensation. Accounting earnings are typically used in executive compensation contracts, with few firms using stock returns to evaluate their executives. However, the use of non-financial measures has increased significantly since 2007.

This paper investigates the influence of low-carbon policies on channel coordination for a two-echelon supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer. Four different models are considered： the basic model, the carbon emission model, the carbon emission trading model and the carbon tax model. We find that the government policy on all carbon emission models is not universal among the firms as well as the customers. The carbon emission trading policy is always better than the carbon emission policy and the carbon tax policy when the allocated carbon emission quotas are greater than the carbon emissions. The carbon emission trading policy is proved to be an effective mechanism which can motivate the supply chain to reduce carbon emissions. Under certain conditions, the supply chain prefers the carbon emission trading policy with higher carbon price to other policies. In the framework of Stackelberg game with the supplier as the leader, for each carbon policy, the paper presents coordination mechanism with the all-unit wholesale quantity discount contract （AWQD）. We analyze and compare the influence of low-carbon policies on channel coordination for the foul＂ low-carbon policies. Numerical experiments are conducted to examine our findings.

We propose a new expected value of rooted graph in this article,that is, when G is a rooted graph that each vertex may independently succeed with probability p when catastrophic thing happened, we consider the expected number of edges in the operational component of G which containing the root. And we get a very important and useful compute formula which is called deletion-contraction edge formula. By using this formula, we get the computational formulas of expected value for some special graphs. We also discuss the mean of expected value when parameter p has certain prior distribution. Finally, we propose mean-variance optimality when rooted graph has the equilibrium point which has larger mean and smaller variance.

This paper develops manufacturer＇s channel selection models considering carbon emission reduction and remanufacturing. The models are based on the cap-and-trade system and consumer＇s preference for low-carbon product. We study the strategies of pricing and carbon emission reduction under three channel structures： pure online channel, pure offiine channel and dual channel. The results show that a higher recovery rate of remanufacturing can bring a higher reduction in carbon emission level and a lower price for consumers in the three channel structures. Compared to the pure online channel and pure offiine channel, the dual channel is the optimal selection for a for-profit manufacturer However, for a retailer, the pure offiine channel is more profitable than the dual channel. From the perspective of carbon emission reduction, the dual channel and the pure online channel generate the same effect; the pure offiine channel makes the highest reduction in carbon emission when consumers＇ acceptance for online channel is low. More managerial insights are provided in sensitivity analysis.

To reveal and utilize the interaction between Tamm plasmon polaritons(TPPs)and two-dimensional materials are promising for exploiting next-generation optoelectronic ***,the coupling mechanism between metal TPPs and monolayer WS_(2) along with its differences from that between metal TPPs and graphene was studied in detail by using the transfer matrix *** experimental results show that it is difficult to excite TPPs at the boundary between monolayer WS_(2) and dielectric Bragg reflector(DBR)such that the strong coupling mainly stems from the interaction between metal TPPs and exciton in monolayer WS_(2).However,the coupling in graphene/DBR/metal hybrid structure derives from the interaction between two different TPP resonance ***,evolutions of Rabi splitting with various structural parameters including spacer thickness,incident angle and DBR period greatly differ from those observed in graphene/DBR/metal hybrid *** addition,the discrepancies induced via metal Ag and Au films as well as the possible influence mechanism were also discussed.
