Aerodynamic Features of High-Speed Maglev Trains with Different Marshaling Lengths Running on a Viaduct under Crosswinds

The safety and stability of high-speed maglev trains traveling on viaducts in crosswinds critically depend on their aerodynamic ***,this paper uses an improved delayed detached eddy simulation(IDDES)method to investigate the aerodynamic features of high-speed maglev trains with different marshaling lengths under *** effects of marshaling lengths(varying from 3-car to 8-car groups)on the train’s aerodynamic performance,surface pressure,and the flow field surrounding the train were investigated using the three-dimensional unsteady compressible Navier-Stokes(N-S)*** results showed that the marshaling lengths had minimal influence on the aerodynamic performance of the head and middle ***,the marshaling lengths are negatively correlated with the time-average side force coefficient(CS)and time-average lift force coefficient(Cl)of the tail *** to the tail car of the 3-car groups,the CS and Cl fell by 27.77%and 18.29%,respectively,for the tail car of the 8-car *** is essential to pay more attention to the operational safety of the head car,as it exhibits the highest time average ***,the mean pressure difference between the two sides of the tail car body increased with the marshaling lengths,and the side force direction on the tail car was opposite to that of the head and middle ***,the turbulent kinetic energy of the wake structure on the windward side quickly decreased as marshaling lengths increased.

Effects of high flux hemodialysis on cardiac function and levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-alpha in end-stage renal disease patients

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of high-flux hemodialysis on patients with end-stage renal disease,and to evaluate cardiac function and interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF).-αeffects such as cytokine ***:Eighty patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent hemodialysis in the Department of Nephrology,wuyi hospital of jiangmen City from June 2016 to June 2018 were *** to their dialysis methods,they were divided into high-flux dialysis group(40 cases).Low-throughput dialysis group(40 cases).The differences of cardiac function,renal function and IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels between the two groups before and after dialysis were ***:After treatment,LAD,RAD and LVEF in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and LVEF in high throughput dialysis group was lower than that in low throughput dialysis group(t=9.191,6.559,P<0.01).After treatment,SBP,DBP,24hSBP SD and 24hDBP SD in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in high throughput dialysis group were lower than those in low flux dialysis group(t=6.217,10.611,12.082,6.564,P<0.01).There was no difference in cytokine levels between the two groups before *** treatment,I of the two groups of patients was not different from that of the two *** levels of IL 6 and TNF-αin high throughput dialysis group were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL 6 and GFRαin high throughput dialysis group were lower than those in low flux dialysis group(t=14.245、4.595、6.458,P<0.01).After treatment,BUN,SCr and GFR in high throughput dialysis group were higher than those before treatment,and those in high throughput dialysis group were lower than those in low flux dialysis group(t=7.805,12.819,P<0.01).Conclusion:High-flux hemodialysis has a better therapeutic effect on patients with end-stage renal disease,which can significantly improve the heart function of patients and reduce the levels of I

The effect of five-knee-point acupuncture combined with herbal package warm compress for knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect differences among five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction(身痛逐瘀汤 generalized pain stasis-expelling decoction),simple five-knee-point acupuncture and simple Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 126 KOA patients were randomized into a five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(combined treatment group),where there were 42 cases,including 28 cases of unilateral KOA and 14 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 56 affected knees involved,a Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(medication package group,42 cases,including 22 cases of unilateral KOA,20 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 62 affected knees involved)and a five-knee-point acupuncture group(five-knee-point group,42 cases,including 27 cases of unilateral KOA,15 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 57 affected knees involved).The basic health education was provided in all of the ***,in the combined treatment group,acupuncture was applied to the five knee points on the affected side for 30 *** warm compress with herbal package of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was given for 10 to 15 *** the medication package group,the warm compress with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was exerted on the affected area for 10 to 15 *** the fiveknee-point group,acupuncture was applied to SP 10,ST 34,EX-LE 2,EX-LE 4 and ST 35 and the needles were retained for 30 *** treatment in each group was given once a day,consecutively for 2 *** and after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scale were adopted to evaluate the pain degree and knee joint motor function in KOA *** clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated ***:A total of 121 cases accomplished the final observation and 5 cases were dropped out in the th

Least Squares Hermitian Problem of Matrix Equation (AXB, CXD) = (E, F) Associated with Indeterminate Admittance Matrices

For A∈CmΧn, if the sum of the elements in each row and the sum of the elements in each column are both equal to 0, then A is called an indeterminate admittance matrix. If A is an indeterminate admittance matrix and a Hermitian matrix, then A is called a Hermitian indeterminate admittance matrix. In this paper, we provide two methods to study the least squares Hermitian indeterminate admittance problem of complex matrix equation (AXB,CXD)=(E,F), and give the explicit expressions of least squares Hermitian indeterminate admittance solution with the least norm in each method. We mainly adopt the Moore-Penrose generalized inverse and Kronecker product in Method I and a matrix-vector product in Method II, respectively.

Literature review and analysis of the application of health outcome assessment instruments in Chinese medicine

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the application of health assessment instruments in Chinese medicine. METHODS： According to a pre-defined search strategy, a comprehensive literature search for all articles published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases was conducted. The resulting articles that met the defined inclusion and exclusion criteria were used for analysis. RESULTS： A total of 97 instruments for health outcome assessment in Chinese medicine have been used in fundamental and theoretical research, and 14 of these were also used in 29 clinical trials that were randomized controlled trials, or descriptive or cross-sectional studies. In 2 152 Chinese medicine-based studies that used instruments in their methodology, more than 150 questionnaires were identified. Among the identified questionnaires, 51 were used in more than 10 articles （0.5%）. Most of these instruments were developed in Western countries and few studies （4%） used the instrument as the primary evidence for their conclusions. CONCLUSION： Usage of instruments for health outcome assessment in Chinese medicine is increasing rapidly; however, current limitations include selection rationale, result interpretation and standardization, which must be addressed accordingly.
