As one of the most significant critical essays of T.S.Eliot,Tradition and Individual Talent has defined writing as a process during which the primitive oneness has seized the individual writer of figurative descriptions to help represent itself.This theory has latter been practiced in Eliot’s Wasteland,and shows its similarity with The Birth of Tragedy,written by Friedrick Nietzsche,the German philosopher.Eliot’s‘tradition’has been concluded by Nietzsche as‘Dionysian Spirit’,which represents oneness transcending good and evil,past and present,while‘individual Talent’has resembled‘Apollonian Spirit’in the urge for original figuration as an apparatus.The paper aims to explain and compare the definitions of‘tradition’and‘individual Talent’of Eliot’s work with that of‘Dionysian spirit’and‘Apollonian Spirit’in Nietzsche’s illustrations,so as to provide a deeper understanding of these two works by unveiling the individual and social sameness and difference of Eliot and Nietzsche.

With the rapid development of the economy,China’s economic form has also undergone significant changes.In this case,the requirements for Talents are getting higher and higher.In the process of cultivating Talents,schools must constantly change their educational concepts and cultivate more application-oriented Talents for the society.In this context,the reform of university and college English is of great necessity.Based on the importance of application-oriented Talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in universities and colleges under the application-oriented Talent training mode,and puts forward some specific measures for the reform of English teaching in universities and colleges.

Based on the review of related concepts,the current situation and problems of Talent training in marine cultural industry in China were analyzed,and Talent training mechanisms of marine cultural industry based on collaborative innovation of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users were proposed to promote the transformation,upgrading and vigorous development of marine cultural industry,accelerate the spread of marine culture with Chinese characteristics,and build China into a maritime power.

The opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Highspeed Railway improved the connectivity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by shortening the driving time between the three areas within one hour,and injected new momentum into regional economic development.As a central city of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Hong Kong has established closer connections with the mainland through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and high-speed railway,and unlocked new potential for the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.Under the current international environment of competitiveness,to build a world-level Bay Area with great vigor and vitality requires the fostering of a positive environment for Talent both in China and abroad,in which their ingenuity and expertise flow freely.

As social production goes deep, the demand for marketing Talents is on the rise. It is especially necessary to train marketing Talents. This paper mainly analyzes current situations and methods of marketing Talents in Chinese colleges, in the hope of offering some reference for relevant education departments.

In this paper, we conduct research on the effectively building patterns of Talent incentive and cultural atmosphere for modern enterprise management. Targeted incentive direction refers to the motivation, namely, to what kind of content to implement incentive. It has signifi cant effect on incentive effect. According to American psychologist Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, people’s behavior motives originated in fi ve kinds of need, namely: the physiological needs, security needs, belonging needs, respect for the needs and the self-actualization needs. People need not set in stone, which is a developing process from low to high, but the process is not a cascade of discontinuous jumping, but a continuous, the evolution of wave. Under this general basis, we propose the cultural atmosphere for modern enterprise management that is novel and innovative.

The meteoric rise of cross-border e-commerce has become one of the pillars of our foreign trade, while the lack of quali-fied Talents in the industry may restrict its benign development. This paper analyzes the major problems existing in the BusinessEnglish Talents cultivation in university, and offers advice for the construction of training modal for Business English Talents basedon the cross-border e-commerce.
