Objective:To evaluate the effect of Shilajit,a medicine of Ayurveda,on the serum changes in cytokines and adipokines caused by non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:After establishing fatty liver models by feeding a high-fat diet(HFD)for 12 weeks,35 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into5 groups,including control(standard diet),Veh(HFD+vehicle),high-dose Shilajit[H-Sh,HFD+250 mg/(kg·d)Shilajit],low-dose Shilajit[L-Sh,HFD+150 mg/(kg·d)Shilajit],and pioglitazone[HFD+10 mg/(kg·d)pioglitazone]groups,7 rats in each *** 2-week of gavage administration,serum levels of glucose,insulin,interleukin1 beta(IL-1β),IL-6,IL-10,tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),adiponectin,and resistin were measured,and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was ***:After NAFLD induction,the serum level of IL-10 significantly increased and serum IL-1β,TNF-αlevels significantly decreased by injection of both doses of Shilajit and pioglitazone(Pdel of HOMA-IR were reduced by L-Sh and H-Sh treatment in NAFLD rats(Pdel rats may be via modulating the serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-10,adipokine and resistin,and reducing of HOMA-IR.

Studies have shown that acellular nerve xenografts do not require immunosuppression and use of acellular nerve xenografts for repair of peripheral nerve injury is safe and ***,there is currently no widely accepted standard chemical decellularization *** purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol in the repair of rat sciatic nerve *** the modified Hudson’s protocol,Triton X-200 was replaced by Triton X-100,and DNase and RNase were used to prepare accelular nerve *** efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol was tested in vitro by hematoxylin&eosin,Alcian blue,Masson’s trichrome,and Luxol fast blue staining,immunohistochemistry,and biochemical *** decellularization approach excluded cells,myelin,and axons of nerve xenografts,without affecting the organization of nerve *** decellularized nerve xenograft was used to bridge a 7 mm-long sciatic nerve defect to evaluate its efficiency in the repair of peripheral nerve *** 8 weeks after transplantation,sciatic function index in rats subjected to transplantation of acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in rats undergoing transplantation of nerve *** analysis revealed that there were a large amount of regenerated myelinated axons in acellular nerve xenograft;the number of Schwann cells in the acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in the nerve *** findings suggest that acellular nerve xenografts prepared by the modified Hudson’s protocol can be used for repair of peripheral nerve *** study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee,Research and Technology Chancellor of Guilan University of Medical Sciences,Iran(approval ***.1395.332)on February 11,2017.

U-Pb spot ages on detrital zircons from turbidite quartzarenites,quartz-feldspathic and volcaniclastic sandstones of the Tufiti di Tusa(TTF),Numidian Flysch(NF),Bifurto(BF),Gorgoglione(GF)and Serra Palazzo(SPF)formations,exposed in southern Italy,were detected to define their provenance signatures aiming to contribute to reconstructing the complex geodynamic evolution of the southern Apennine *** deposition ages of these sandstones range from Rupelian(TTF),Burdigalian p.p.-Early Langhian(NF and BF)and Langhian-Serravallian-Early Tortonian(GF and SPF).The detrital zircon ages in each deposit show different *** TTF,the zircon age clusters are:610±6 Ma;390±4 Ma;287±3 Ma;157±2 Ma;78±1 Ma and 67±1 Ma;33±1 *** NF and BF formations,the prevalent zircon ages are clustered at 661±10 Ma,607±8 Ma and 547±8 *** GF sandstones,the ages of detrital zircons are clustered around 672±28 Ma,458±9 Ma,297±8 Ma and 24±1 *** sandstones of SPF contain zircons showing age clusters at649±10 Ma,486±7 Ma and 315±5 *** and lithic fragments from TTF display a dominant provenance from Oligocene calc-alkaline effusive products located on western domains of the Mesomediterranean Microplate,and minor detritus from granitoids and metamorphic rocks of Variscan *** of NF and BF indicate a provenance of detritus from the African Craton without evidence of Variscan or Alpine *** from GF and SPF show a provenance from both Variscan crystalline basement rocks forming the Alpine chain(Calabria-Peloritani Terranes)and Variscan magmatic and metamorphic rocks unaffected by Alpine tectonics,similar to Sardinia-Corsica(pro-parte)*** addition,the Oligocene magmatic component dated at 24 Ma in GF sandstones is evidence for the maximum age of sedimentation for these *** light of the recent and preliminary geochronological data acquired,a revised paleogeographic restoration could be inferred for the location of sedimentary basins during the Apennines t

销售促进是市场竞争的有效工具,企业通过各种促销方式加深了广大消费者和用户对企业产品的认识,并使其在短期内花费更多的钱来购买产品。埃塞俄比亚商业银行是国有银行,自建立之日起在国家的经济发展中扮演重要角色,是埃塞俄比亚现代商业银行的先驱。为了促进业务增长,埃塞俄比亚商业银行采取了一系列促销策略,但是很少有人了解这些促销策略是否有效以及对公司品牌形象的影响如何?为此,本文首先分析了埃塞俄比亚商业银行促销现状及存在的问题,在文献综述的基础上建立销售促进与品牌形象的关系概念模型,通过理论分析建立了三种促销工具与品牌形象的关系假设。通过简单随机抽样的方法,我们针对埃塞俄比亚商业银行的顾客发放了385份调研问卷,回收了330份问卷。通过运用SPSS软件进行描述性统计、相关性分析和多元线性回归分析,检验了折扣券、免费礼品和返款这三种促销工具对埃塞俄比亚商业银行的品牌形象之间的关系,发现这三种促销工具对埃塞俄比亚商业银行的品牌形象具有正向影响。根据研究结果以及埃塞俄比亚商业银行销售促进策略中存在的问题,论文提出了优化促销策略提升品牌形象的对策。

Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas is a low-grade malignant tumor that predominantly affects young women in their third and fourth *** and risk factors are *** symptoms are aspecific and most commonly due to mass *** is made by computed tomography scan or magnetic resonance imaging and histological characterization is obtained by endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle ***,these lesions are composed by both solid and pseudopapillary structures with necrotic and hemorrhagic ***,the biological behavior is aggressive with tumor recurrence and distant ***,curative R0 surgical resection is the best option able to provide long term survival even in advanced *** disease is the main predictor of poor *** and radiotherapy regimens are not well ***,they could be effective in reducing tumor size as neoadjuvant treatment or disease control in palliative *** complete surgical resection provides a cure rate of>95%,considering young age of the patients and morbidity associated to pancreatic surgery,further studies are needed to better investigate risk factors and responsiveness to hormones in order to allow early diagnosis and follow up strategies that could avoid unnecessary surgery in less aggressive disease.
