中国是越南的重要贸易伙伴,越中双边贸易总额不断扩大。跨境电商是越中发展双边贸易的重要形式。尤其是在2020年初新冠肺炎疫情全球爆发后,跨境电商因其线上交易的便捷、低成本优势迅速成为越中跨境电商贸易的重要发展引擎。近年来中国对越南制造业转移步伐不断加快,越中出口代加工贸易不断发展,而开放、透明、低成本、高效便捷的跨境电商平台迅速成为两国制造业出口代加工贸易的重要平台,助推两国跨境电商交易规模的不断扩大。但是越南发展跨境电商短板也十分明显,物流能力较低,跨境电商平台规模较小,都制约着越中跨境电商发展水平的提高。本研究以资源禀赋理论、比较优势理论、交易成本理论为基础,运用定量分析法测算越中跨境电商2011-2021年的发展水平,然后运用归纳分析法分析了越中跨境电商的总体规模及趋势、贸易结构、市场主体等现状,进而归纳总结越中跨境电商发展存在的问题及原因,最终提出针对性的对策建议。本研究表明:(1)越中跨境电商交易规模不断扩大,B2B是主要发展模式,且中间产品交易额占比较大,中国市场主体活跃度比越南要高,越南长期处于贸易逆差地位,地区集中,但是近年来有所改善;(2)2011-2021年间,越中跨境电商整体发展水平不断提高,灰色关联度从2011年的0.4401提高至2021年的0.7546,并且占越中双边贸易总额的比重、占世界跨境电商交易总额的比重的关联系数不断提高,对两国乃至于世界贸易都产生了重要的积极影响,但是进出口结构、商品结构、物流能力关联系数不断降低,对越中跨境电商发展水平的提高形成制约,发展模式结构关联系数先升后降,对越中跨境电商发展水平提升的作用正在消退;(3)当前越中跨境电商发展存在着跨境物流发展滞后、B2C发展模式相对滞后、进出口结构失衡、商品结构失衡等问题。对此本研究提出了加快越中跨境电商物流升级、改善越中跨境电商通关条件、健全完善跨境电商支付信用体系、加强跨境电商发展资源保障等对策建议。上述研究结论及对策建议的发现和提出有助于为越中跨境电商健康稳定发展提供积极有益的政策参考,有助于推动提升越中跨境电商发展水平,提高两国贸易的整体竞争力。

The research analyzes the factors affecting the tourists’ decision to visit agricultural farms in Thai nguyen province. Three hundred tourists from 10 agritourism farms were surveyed, and the results showed that there are five factors affecting the decision of tourists in order of importance, including: “Motivation to travel” has the greatest influence with the coefficient β = 0.290, followed by “Destination image” with the coefficient β = 0.288, the factor “Destination information” with the coefficient β = 0.247 and the group “Other motives” with the coefficient β = 0.229. The factor group, “Infrastructure of the destination”, has the lowest influence with the coefficient β = 0.166. Therefore, solutions to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Thai nguyen need to pay attention and guide people to cultivate organically, preserve the environment and natural landscape, and create unique experiences for visitors. Authorities, local people, and travel agencies need to have seminars, develop specific agricultural tourism products, and apply information technology in advertising destination images to tourists.

In this study,three-dimensional porous magnesium ferrite/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide(Mg Fe_2O_(4)-GM/TiO_(2)/rGO(MGTG))was successfully synthesized via green and hydrothermal-supported co-precipitation methods using the extract of Garcinia mangostana(***)as a reducing *** characterization results indicate the successful formation of the nano/micro Mg Fe_(2)O_(4)(MFO)and TiO_(2) on the structure of the reduced graphene oxide(rGO),which can also act as efficient support,alleviating the agglomeration of the nano/micro MFO and TiO_(2).The synergic effects of the adsorption and photodegradation activity of the material were investigated according to the removal of crystal violet(CV)under ultraviolet *** effects of catalyst dosage,CV concentration,and p H on the CV removal efficiency of the MGTG were also *** to the results,the CV photodegradation of the MGTG-200 corresponded to the pseudo-first-order kinetic *** reusability of the material after 10 cycles also showed a removal efficiency of 92%.This happened because the materials can easily be recollected using external *** addition,according to the effects of different free radicals·O_(2)^(-),h^(+),and·OH on the photodegradation process,the photocatalysis mechanism of the MGTG was also thoroughly *** antibacterial efficiency of the MGTG was also evaluated according to the inhibition of the Gram-positive bacteria strain Staphylococcus aureus(***).Concurrently,the antibacterial mechanism of the fabricated material was also *** results confirm that the prepared material can be potentially employed in a wide range of applications,including wastewater treatment and antibacterial activity.

The Red-Thai Binh River system is an important water resource to the Northern Delta, serving the development of agriculture, people’s livelihood and other economic sectors through its upstream reservoirs and a system of water abstraction works along the rivers. However, due to the impact of climate change and pressure from socio-economic development, the operation of the reservoir system according to Decision No. 740/QD-TTg was issued on June 17, 2019 by the Prime Minister of Government promulgating the Red-Thai Binh River system inter-reservoir operation rules (Operation rules 740) has some shortcomings that need adjustments for higher water use efficiency, meeting downstream water demand and power generation benefits. Through the results of water balance calculation and analysis of economic benefits from water use scenarios, this research proposed adjustment to the inter-reservoir operation during dry season in the Red River system. The result showed that an average water level of 1.0 - 1.7 m should be maintained at Hanoi during the increased release period.

随着互联网的迅速发展与普及,大量的网络用语应运而出。近年来接地气的网络词语经常出现在中国政府部门文件以及领导人发言当中。为了与时俱进,作为新中国第一部规范性词典——《现代汉语词典》也收录了被广泛使用且稳定性强的网络新词语。这表明了汉语网络语言已经由小众的专利变成了大众共建、共用、共享的语言产品。汉语网络语言已经渐渐步入人们的日常生活中并成为汉语不可或缺的组成部分。随着中国在国际上的影响力不断扩大,汉语的地位也显著提高,“汉语热”席卷全球,学习汉语的人数不断增加。海外汉语学习者以年轻人居多,该群体对新事物的包容性和接受能力也更强,因此汉语网络语言是他们关注的新焦点,同时也对他们的第二语言学习(即汉语学习)带来巨大的影响。中国与越南是山水相连的友好邻邦。越南本地的汉语教学得到了政府部门的高度重视与大力支持,学习汉语的人数不断创新高,赴华留学的越南留学生也越来越多。越南学生是海外汉语学习者的重要组成部分。目前,网络语言本体研究已获得较为丰硕的成果,但是网络语言在国际中文教育中尚未受到足够的重视。那么,在网络语言实际教学中,教师该“教什么”、“怎么教”才能趋利避害?越南学生对汉语网络语言的认知与态度如何?本文主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和综合分析法等方法进行研究。笔者对高级阶段的越南学生进行问卷调查,通过分析调查结果了解越南学生对汉语网络语言的认知、使用情况及态度等问题。调查结果显示,高级阶段的越南学生对汉语网络语言的认知程度与使用频率较高,对汉语网络语言及网络语言教学大多持支持态度。此外,研究还表明,学习时间长短、在中国生活情况、使用汉语交流的频率以及使用中国社交软件的频率等四个因素都直接影响到学生对网络语言的认知程度。之后,笔者基于前人的研究成果,结合实际情况与调查问卷结果,从教师、学生以及学校等三个角度提出汉语网络语言教学与学习的建议。希望本论文能够帮助包括越南学生在内的外国学生加深对汉语网络语言的了解,从而正确运用汉语网络语言,也希望能够为这方面的研究提供新的视角和方向,起到抛砖引玉的作用,为以后的研究尽绵薄之力。

随着中国经济文化影响力扩大以及友好的对外政策,越来越多越南高校的学生通过汉语交流合作项目前往中国来学习、生活,如越南的胡志明市国家大学与广西师范大学(中国)合作,共同开设了汉语本科学位项目(Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language),吸引学生在中越两国交流学习。汉语交流合作项目在中越两国教育合作中发挥了重要作用。为更好了解越南大学生参加汉语交流合作的真实需求、动机等,更好促进中越高校汉语交流合作。本文以需求分析理论为基础,通过文献分析、调查问卷以及访谈的方法,对80名胡志明市国家大学附属社会人文科学大学本科学生参与汉语交流合作项目的情况进行需求调查与分析。结果显示学生参与语言交流的动机由高到低分别是工作动机、学业动机、生活动机、价值观动机。奖学金等物质刺激也是学生参与汉语交流合作项目的外部诱因。同时,对中越高校汉语交流合作项目的需求进行了有效评估,作者对学校的教师和领导进行了深入访谈,从政府、学校、教师三个层面分析汉语交流合作项目带来的影响:随着时间的推移,双边合作越来越多;学习中文的学生人数增加;加强汉语培训的规模和质量;学生的水平提高;中越高校的汉语交流合作项目推动了汉语教师队伍的建设,培养了高素质、教学能力强、科研能力强的人才。对教师的调查结果也显示了越南汉语交流合作项目教师的愿望——增强汉语交流合作实用性、主动性和创新性,同时希望合作项目具有稳定、不间断的性质,避免行政干扰。

Jaundice in Adult in-Patients at a Tertiary General Hospital

Objective: The aim of the study is to investigate the “new-onset jaundice” incidence, map of causes, approaching method, and risk factors for treatment failure in adult in-patients at a tertiary general hospital as Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Method: Retrospective study was done on 416 jaundice patients administered over 38 continuous days. Laboratory tests investigated were total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, AST, ALT, AST/ALT ratio, GGT, AP, bilirubin and urobilinogen in urine. Jaundice was defined as total bilirubin ≥ 2.5 mg/dL, direct bilirubin jaundice defined as direct bilirubin > 2 mg/dL and D/T percentage > 60%, the severity of AST, ALT evaluated according to Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, AST/ALT ratio, and bilirubin, urobilinogen in urine. Outcome of treatment were classified in two groups: failure (dead or discharge due to worse status) and success. Descriptive statistics and analytic statistics were applied, mono-variable analysis and multinomial logistic regression to find out the independent risk factors for treatment failure. Results: The incidence of “new-onset” jaundice in adult patients was 11 ± 5 person/day. The map of jaundice included 3 phases as pre-heaptic 13.7%, in-hepatic 58.2%, and post-hepatic 22.8%. Pancreatic and biliary tract diseases accounted 17.1%, then cirrhosis 16.3%, liver tumor 14.7%, hepatitis 8.9%, sepsis 8.9%, hematology diseases 7.9%, and cardiac diseases 7.5%. A guide for approaching causes of jaundice basing on 7 parameters as total bilirubin, D/T percentage, severity of ALT, AST/ALT ratio, severity of GGT, and bilirubin and urobilinogen in urine was established. The overall mortality was 7.5% (31/416), sepsis had highest death rate of 37.8% (14/37). Sepsis and AST/ALT ratio > 2 were the two independent risk factors of mortality. Conclusion: At tertiary hospital, jaundice is common sign in adult patient, diverse enormously in many clinical wards. The map of causes of jaundice completed all

This paper evaluates the adsorption capacity of chemically sugarcane bagasses with sodium hydroxide(SHS),citric acid(CAS),tartaric acid(TAS)and unmodified sugarcane bagasse(SB)for cadmium adsorption in water *** results prove adsorption capacity for Cd(II)increases after chemical modification and the adsorption fits perfectly with the Langmuir *** had the highest maximum adsorption capacity of 45.45 mg/g followed by TAS with 38.46 mg/g and SHS with 29.41 at optimum pH 5.0 and 120 minutes equilibrium time while 1 g SB removed 18.8 mg Cd(II)in the same *** kinetics study of the process followed a pseudo-secondorder rate expression,that indicated a strong interaction between the biosorbents and *** sugarcane bagasse and modified sugarcane bagasse were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)*** chemical modification was confirmed by the presence of carboxyl and esters groups created at 1,738 *** estimation of acid groups in modified materials shows the enhancement of this group after *** the other hand,desorption studies showed the high leaching of cadmium ion from the biosorbent leading to the efficient reutilization of materials.
