十力学派是现代儒学中一个重要的学术流派，对于儒学的现代转化起着不可忽视的作用，也为儒学的未来发展路径提供了借鉴。十力学派有三个基本特质：一是就问题意识而言，秉持了晚清以来开启的“现代性”意识，致力于现代中国方案的构建；二是就学理而言，以“心性之学”来接合古典与现代、中国与西方，以寻求古典中国与传统儒学的现代转化之路；三是就学脉发展而言，从熊十力、牟宗三等对道统、学统、政统的全面企图，转向了其后学以继承学理为己任的学术理路。从晚清康有为等开启的传统向现代转化的课题及其探索，到十力学派的传承演绎，表明无论是制度儒学还是心性儒学，都不足以单独构建整全的现代秩序与现代中国方案。儒学的现代转化必须以承认并接纳多元架构为前提，才能在现代社会中恰当安顿与坚守自身的价值主张。

Background: t.xonomic t.eat.ent.of t.e Zoot.era dauma species complex is highly variable and has been hampered by t.e absence of song recordings for t.e Nilgiri t.rush(Zoot.era [aurea] neilgherriensis).Met.ods: I obt.ined t.o recordings of t.e song of neigherriensis from sout.ern Indian. Here I publish sonograms and analyze song recordings for all but.one current.y described t.xon from t.e Eurasian port.on of t.e geographic range of t.is species complex. Principal component.analyses were used t. invest.gat. song differences bet.een ***: t.e song of neigherriensis is a highly complex series of st.ophes remarkably similar t. t.e song of t.e insular Zoot.era major. Vocal analyses across t.e complex indicat. four key groups of t.xa different.at.d in t.eir songs:(1) simple flat.whist.ed songs which include t.e nort.ern aurea, t.rat.gumi and t.e undescribed t.iwan populat.on;(2) east.rn populat.ons of dauma(report.d here for t.e first.t.me) which sing like nort.ern birds but.wit. much broader bandwidt.,(3) st.ongly down-slurred, t.in whist.es of t.opical resident.imbricat. of Sri Lanka and horsfieldi of Indonesia, and(4) highly complex songs of Himalayan dauma, neilgherriensis and ***: Zoot.era dauma is unlikely t. represent.a single species given t.e simple singing populat.ons from it. east.rn range and highly complex song from t.e Himalayan port.on of it. range. neilgherriensis should eit.er be t.ansferred from Zoot.era aurea, where it.is current.y classified as a subspecies, and be placed as a subspecies wit.in Z. dauma from t.e Himalayas or it.should be recognized as a dist.nct.species. Given t.e small number of songs available for analyses, I suggest.t.e former course unt.l it.can be clearly demonst.at.d t.at.neilgherriensis and Himalayan dauma are vocally dist.nct.

Microhabit.t.charact.rist.cs were compared bet.een t.ails used by mice （ n = 124） and randomly select.d t.ails （ n = 127） in 4 st.dy plot. locat.d at.Fort.Necessit. Nat.onal Bat.lefield, Farmingt.n, Pennsylvania, USA. We compared 10 mierohabit.t.variables bet.een used and random t.ails using non-met.ic mult.dimensional scaling （NMDS） and classificat.on and regression t.ee （CARt. analysis. t.ails used by mice were st.t.st.cally different.from randomly select.d t.ails in bot. forest.d plot. （ P 〈 0. 008） and old-field plot. （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. In t.e forest.d plot., t.ails of whit.-foot.d mice were more oft.n associat.d wit. a great.r percent.cover （% cover） of coarse woody debris （CWD） t.an were randomly select.d t.ails.
