十力学派是现代儒学中一个重要的学术流派，对于儒学的现代转化起着不可忽视的作用，也为儒学的未来发展路径提供了借鉴。十力学派有三个基本特质：一是就问题意识而言，秉持了晚清以来开启的“现代性”意识，致力于现代中国方案的构建；二是就学理而言，以“心性之学”来接合古典与现代、中国与西方，以寻求古典中国与传统儒学的现代转化之路；三是就学脉发展而言，从熊十力、牟宗三等对道统、学统、政统的全面企图，转向了其后学以继承学理为己任的学术理路。从晚清康有为等开启的传统向现代转化的课题及其探索，到十力学派的传承演绎，表明无论是制度儒学还是心性儒学，都不足以单独构建整全的现代秩序与现代中国方案。儒学的现代转化必须以承认并接纳多元架构为前提，才能在现代社会中恰当安顿与坚守自身的价值主张。

The water-energy nexus has garnered worldwide *** dual-functional research aimed at coproducing freshwater and electricity faces significant challenges,including sub-optimal capacities("1+1<2"),poor inter-functional coordination,high carbon footprints,and large *** water-toelectricity conversions are often compromised owing to functionality separation and erratic ***,we present a sustainable strategy based on renewable biomass that addresses these issues by jointly achieving competitive solar-evaporative desalination and robust clean electricity *** hydrothermally activated basswood,our solar desalination exceeded the 100% efficiency bottleneck even under reduced solar *** simple size-tuning,we achieved a high evaporation rate of 3.56 kg h^(-1)m^(-2)and an efficiency of 149.1%,representing 128%-251% of recent values without sophisticated surface *** incorporating an electron-ion nexus with interfacial Faradaic electron circulation and co-ion-predominated micro-tunnel hydrodynamic flow,we leveraged free energy from evaporation to generate long-term electricity(0.38 W m^(-3)for over 14 d),approximately 322% of peer performance *** inter-functional nexus strengthened dual functionalities and validated general engineering *** presented strategy holds significant promise for global human–society–environment sustainability.

Ivosidenib,an isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)inhibitor,has demonstrated clinical benefits in a pivotal study(AG120-C-001)in patients with IDH1-mutated(mIDH1)acute myeloid leukemia(AML).A registry study(CS3010-101:NCT04176393)was conducted to assess the pharmacokinetic(PK)characteristics,safety,and efficacy of ivosidenib in Chinese patients with relapsed or refractory(R/R)mIDH1 *** received ivosidenib 500 mg once daily for 28-day cycles until disease *** subjects underwent intensive PK/progressive disease(PD)*** subjects had the clinical response assessed at screening,every 28 days through month 12,and then every 56 *** November 12,2019,and April 2,2021,30 patients were enrolled;26(86.7%)had de novo AML and 18(60.0%)were transfusion-dependent at *** single and repeated doses of ivosidenib,median time to maximum plasma concentration(T_(max))was 4.0 and 2.0 hours,*** inter-individual variability of pharmacokinetic exposure was moderate to high(coefficient of variation[CV],25%–53%).No obvious accumulation was observed after repeated doses at cycle 2 day *** the clinical response,the CR+CRh rate was 36.7%(95%confidence interval[CI]:19.9%–56.1%),the median duration of CR+CRh was 19.7 months(95%CI:2.9 months–not reached[NR]),and median duration of response(DoR)was 14.3 months(95%CI:6.4 months–NR).Consistent clinical benefits and safety of ivosidenib were consistently observed at the final data cutoff with median follow-up time 26.0 months,as compared with primary data cutoff,and the data from Chinese R/R mIDH1 AML patients were also consistent with results from pivotal study.
