Introduction Bioavailability and toxicity of selenium(Se) are strongly related to the chemical form(Hartikainen, 2005).Organic Se forms are less toxic,but are significantly important in functional foods,food and feed supplements because of their increased *** is applied for the industrial production of selenium-methionine from inorganic Se(Rayman,2004).Recent interest in the field of nanotechnology has stimulated research into the chemical synthesis of Se *** on the reduction of selenite to elemental Se by sulphate reducing,Se respiring bacteria was published for first time in the 1990s(Tomeiet al.,1995).

This study revealed the relationship between the presence of calcium impurities and ammoniacal nitrogen concentration upon crystallization of *** research hypothesis was that the presence of both calcium and high concentrations of ammoniacal nitrogen(328–1000 mg/L)in waste activated sludge may influence the struvite quality and acid ***,we studied the impact of Ca:Mg ratio upon morphology,particle size,purity and dissolution of struvite,in the presence of varying levels of excess ammoniacal nitrogen.X-ray diffraction revealed that up to 31.4%amorphous material was made which was assigned to *** the ammoniacal nitrogen concentration and elevation of the Mg:Ca ratio maximized the presence of *** particle size was also increased by ammoniacal nitrogen as was twinning of the *** with dilute solutions of organic acid revealed the sensitivity of struvite dissolution to the physical characteristics of the *** particles(21.2μm)dissolved at higher rates than larger particles(35.86μm).However,struvite dissolved rapidly as the p H was further reduced irrespective of the physical ***,addition of struvite to low p H soils was not viewed as beneficial in terms of controlled nutrient ***,this study revealed that waste activated sludge effluent with high ammoniacal nitrogen was prospective for synthesis of high quality struvite material.

Nanosilver has been applied in many fields including surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy（SERS）,surface enhanced fluorescence（sef）,biomedicine and other areas due to the its unique physical and chemical *** this paper,nanosilver equipped with uniform dispertion,controllable partical size and morphology was prepared by chemical reduction method in aqueous *** reaction can be carried out at room temperature（298.15K）by taking silver nitrate as the source,sodium borohydride as a reducing agent,sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate and Polyvinylpyrrolidone as protective ***,we focused on the effects of reaction time,temperature,protective agents and so forth on the experimental *** analysis of UV–vis spectra（Fig.1）showed that the surface plasmon resonance（SPR）absorption peaks of asprepared nanosilver appeared at about 400 nm and 650 nm,which demonstrated the formation of nanosilver corresponding to different morphologies and particle *** addition,sharp and smooth peaks indicated a uniform dispersion.

硬化性上皮样纤维肉瘤（ sef）是罕见的具有侵袭性的恶性肿瘤,其特点是上皮样细胞呈小巢状或条索状分布于致密的胶原纤维中。骨原发性sef鲜见报道。由于致密的细胞外胶原基质可被当作骨样基质,易误诊为骨肉瘤,因此对于骨sef的认识非常重要。近年来 MUC4和SATB2抗体分别被应用于硬化性上皮样纤维肉瘤和骨肉瘤的病理诊断,骨肉瘤中 SATB2阳性, MUC4阴性,软组织 sef 中 SATB2阴性、MUC4阳性。作者收集8例骨原发性sef,探讨其临床病理学及免疫表型特征。其中男性5例,女性3例,年龄25～73岁,中位年龄52岁。大部分肿瘤累及四肢长骨,位于股骨3例,尺骨2例,肱骨1例,第2肋骨和第6颈椎各1例。7例获得随访,3例在确诊2年内发生转移,其余4例在随访期内（1、5、12和〉84个月）均未出现局部复发或转移。影像学特征：肿瘤主要表现为边界不清的溶骨性病变。组织形态学特征：6例肿瘤表现为单纯sef形态,2例表现为混合性sef/低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤形态特征。1例见局灶营养不良矿化灶,但局限于坏死区。所有肿瘤缺乏常见于骨肉瘤的花边样钙化。大部分肿瘤（6/8）强表达 MUC4,仅1例SATB2阳性。总之,结合形态学、MUC4阳性及SATB2阴性有助于sef的正确诊断。此外,分子遗传学亦有助于两组的鉴别,FUS或EWSR1重排支持sef的诊断。
