摘      要:Nanosilver has been applied in many fields including surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS),surface enhanced fluorescence(SEF),biomedicine and other areas due to the its unique physical and chemical *** this paper,nanosilver equipped with uniform dispertion,controllable partical size and morphology was prepared by chemical reduction method in aqueous *** reaction can be carried out at room temperature(298.15K)by taking silver nitrate as the source,sodium borohydride as a reducing agent,sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate and Polyvinylpyrrolidone as protective ***,we focused on the effects of reaction time,temperature,protective agents and so forth on the experimental *** analysis of UV–vis spectra(Fig.1)showed that the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)absorption peaks of asprepared nanosilver appeared at about 400 nm and 650 nm,which demonstrated the formation of nanosilver corresponding to different morphologies and particle *** addition,sharp and smooth peaks indicated a uniform dispersion.
