This paper discusses an optimal control approach for the registration of image time-series（growth modeling）.It combines and augments work on an optimal control formulation to optical flow with theory from large-displacement diffeomorphic image *** unification of the two viewpoints leads to（i） a more efficient computation of the gradient of the optimization problem,（ii） an easier numerical implementation,and（iii） an intuitive interpretation of the adjoint equation underlying the optimization ***,a novel formulation for the unbiased estimation of image correspondences across time is proposed.

Purpose: This study aimed to characterize mood and quality of life and to examine the associations of these areas with subjective cognitive concerns and attitudes toward genetic testing for the Common Hispanic Mutation, a gene that has been associated with increased risk for CCM1. Method: Fifty-four adults with previous genetic testing for the Common Hispanic Mutation completed a mail survey that included assessments of the above identified areas. Results: Self-reported depressive symptoms and quality of life did not differ between those with positive and negative genetic test results. The negative group expressed a more favorable attitude toward genetic testing (p p = 0.06). Using generalized linear regression, more subjective cognitive concerns were associated with poorer quality of life and more depressive symptoms (p p Conclusions: Subjective cognitive concerns and negative attitudes toward genetic testing may influence emotional well-being after genetic testing for the Common Hispanic Mutation. Additional research is needed that uses objective neuropsychological measures to understand the associations of subjective cognitive concerns, emotional well-being, and cognitive test performance in individuals with CCM1. There is also a need for research that focuses on protective factors and resiliency following genetic testing for CCM1 and the development of mental health interventions to preempt psychosocial difficulties.

铁木尔特铅锌矿是阿尔泰克兰盆地内最主要的 VMS 型矿床。矿床受控于阿巴宫—库尔提断裂,铅锌矿体分布于该断裂 NE 逆冲盘的下泥盆统康布铁堡组地层绿泥石英片岩、大理岩或层状矽卡岩中。矿体形态多呈透镜状、似层状,并整合产于变质岩系中,发育多个矿化层。金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿等。铁木尔特铅锌矿床晚期发育多金属硫化物石英脉,至少可识别出3个流体包裹体组合(FIA)。FI0为高盐度流体包裹体组合,主要为含子矿物的多相包裹体(l-V-S 型),部分为气液两相包裹体(l-V 型),局限于单个石英颗粒内,包裹体呈无序分布,或呈孤立的单个包裹体分布, 包裹体的最终均一温度322～422.5℃。FI1为次生的CO_2-H_2O 流体包裹体组合,主要由单相(l_(CO_2))和两相(l_(CO_2)-l_(H_2O))的富CO_2包裹体组成,呈线性分布,穿透石英颗粒边界,明显属于次生包裹体范畴、FI2为碳质(CO_2-CH_4)流体包裹体组合,广泛发育,包裹体主要由单相(l_(CO_2)、l_(CO_2-CH_4)或 l_(CO_2-N_2))、少量两相(lCO,-lH'O)富CO。包裹体组成,大小5μm～20μm,成群定向分布,穿透石英颗粒边界并切断 FI1,是晚于 FI1的次生包裹体组合,反映晚期较大的构造—流体活动。对 FI2的详细研究表明,l_(CO_2)型包裹体的 T_(mCO_2)=-63.3～-57.7℃,T_(hCO_2)=-27.5～+29.7℃;l_(CO_2-CH_4)型或 l_(CO_2-N_2)型包裹体的 T_(mCO_2)=-80.5～-65.5℃,T_(hCO_2)=-56.0～-25.0℃;l_(CO_2)-l_(H_2O)型包裹体 CO_2相的 T_(mCO_2)=-66.9～-60.9℃,T_(hCO_2)=-13.3～+2.3℃,包裹体的最终均一温度 T_(h,total)=243.1～361.1℃。铁木尔特次生碳质流体组合,萨热阔布金矿主成矿阶段、赛都—多拉纳含金剪切带中早期透镜状石英脉碳质流体组合,以及阿舍勒等矿床的次生碳质流体组合,都具有相似的流体性质,均为高密度的CO_2-CH_2-N_2流体,其来源与石炭—二叠造山作用主期的区域动力热流变质作用有关。

Projective-iterative version of finite element method has developed for numerical simulation of the stress-strain state of nonhomogeneous shell-type structures (shells with openings). Plastic deformation of the material is taken into account when using the method of elastic solutions that reduce the solution of elastoplastic problems to solution of elastic problems. Developed PIV’s significant savings of computer calculation has been compared with the calculation on a fine mesh of traditional FEM. Designed scheme allows analysis of the mutual influence of openings. Analysis of the transformation zone of plastic deformation is developed. For definiteness, the cylindrical shell structures with several rectangular openings are considered.

PFA-fixed Hsp6Osp-loaded dendritic cells as a vaccine for the control of mouse experimental allergic encephalomyelitis

we have shown that Hsp6Osp-loaded immature dendritic cells （DC/sp） can protect mice from the induction of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis （EAE） by inducing Qa-l-restricted CD8＋ T regulatory （Treg） cells. The binding half-life between Qa-1 and Hsp6Osp is particularly short and leads to an unstable Qa- l/peptide complex that significantly decreases the efficacy of this vaccination. To prevent Qa-l/Hsp6Osp complex dissociation, we utilized paraformaldehyde （PFA） fixation to stabilize the formation of the Qa-l/Hsp6Osp complex and maximize the function of DC/sp as a vaccine to control autoimmune diseases. Compared with the non-fixed DC/sp, the fixed DC/sp （FDC/sp） showed an enhanced ability to activate Qa-l-restricted Hsp6Osp-specific CD8＋T cells in vitro and prevented EAE in vivo. Importantly, the FDC/sp maintained immune activity following cryopreservation for I week or after storage for 72 h at 4 ~C. These results indicate that PFA fixation can sustain or increase the efficacy of DC/sp by improving the stability of the Qa-l/Hsp6Osp complex on the surface of the DC/sp. In addition, PFA fixation creates a time window for DC/sp storage, transport and application.
