It is believed that the ultrafast demagnetization process in ferromagnetic film is intrinsically a thermal effect,which is induced by ultrafast laser *** present experimental evidence that such ultrafast demagnetization of the NiFe thin film can radiate electromagnetic waves in the terahertz *** also demonstrate that the magnitude of the terahertz electromagnetic pulse emitted from ferromagnetic films alter pulsed laser excitation can be tuned by the Gilbert damping factor α,which is conventionally used to describe damping of GHz precession motion of *** damping factors are obtained by varying the normal metal film adjacent to the magnetic film via spin *** measured radiated electric field in the far field is found to be proportional to the Gilbert damping factor.

In this paper, M-type hexagonal barium ferrite powders are synthesized using the sol-gel method. A dried precursor heated in air is analyzed in the temperature range from 50 to 1200 ℃ using thermo-gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The effects of the additives and the cacinating temperature on the magnetic properties are investigated, and the results show that single-phase barium ferrite powders can be formed. After heat-treating at 950 ℃ for 4h with 3 wt% additive, the coercivity and saturation magnetization are found to be 440 Oe and 57.9 emu/g, respectively.

Single-phase VO_(2) thin films are sputtering deposited on BK7 substrates,and sharp insulator-to-metal phase transition is obtained with a resistivity change of four orders of ***(THz)pump-probe measurements reveal that by illuminating the films with a low pumping power of 143μJ/cm^(2),VO_(2) films exhibit an ultrafast optical switching to THz transmission within 8 ***,the THz switching ratio reaches over 80%in a wide frequency range from 0.3 to 2.5 *** these outstanding features indicate a strong potential of VO_(2) films for broadband terahertz wave switching and modulation applications.

Conductive fibers(CFs)with features of high conductivity,stretchability,self-healability,and electromechanical stability are key components of the increasingly popular wearable ***,since the lack of structural design of conductive network and interfacial interaction between soft polymer and conductive additives,it is still hard to enable CFs to meet above ***,we describe a facial drawing method from a hydrogel reservoir which is remolded into ultrathin and stretchable CFs with excellent multi-responsive *** hydrogel reservoir was fabricated in synergy of an ice-templating method and in situ polymerization using the assembled framework as a *** on the effective fabrication mechanism,the diameter of CFs could be well-tuned from 90 to 400μm by adjusting the dipping depth of the glass rod,accompanied with conductivity increased from 0.75 to 2.5 S/*** the hierarchical network structure was well maintained in the CFs,professional performances have been proved on the stretchability and electromechanical *** presence of massive hydrogen bonding and Ag–S bond enabled the CFs with excellent self-healability under the conditions of contact,electric field,and near infrared light,***,the CFs with high sensing property could be integrated into an advanced textile sensor through an effective healing-induced integration strategy,demonstrating its great potentials as superior two-dimensional(2D)electronic skins.

A systematic study of the charge transport and electrical properties in poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) polymer layers is *** demonstrate that the temperature-dependent current-voltage J (V,T) characteristics of hole-only devices based on P3HT can be accurately described using the recently introduced extended Gaussian disorder model (EGDM).A particular numerical method adopting the uneven discretization and Newton iteration method is used to solve the coupled equations describing the space-charge limited (SCL) current in conjugated *** the polymer studied,we find the width of the density of states σ =0.1 eV and the lattice constant a =*** on the numerical method and EGDM,we further calculate and analyze some important electrical properties for P3HT in detail,including the variation of current-voltage characteristics with the boundary carrier density and the distribution of charge-carrier density and electric field with the distance from interface.

The sputtering parameter mediated composition （SPMC） effect of 3.0-μm-thick SmCo-based films is experimentally and theoretically studied. The experimental results give a clear indication that the Sm concentration increases with the decreasing sputtering power or with the increasing Ar gas pressure, which are in agreement with the calculated values when the preferential sputtering effect is disregarded. The SPMC effect provides an opportunity for the same composite target to fabricate films with an Sm concentration varying from 13.8at.% to 17.3at.%, which is reasonable for the magnetic phase transformation （Sm2Co17→SmCo7→SmCo5） and the enhanced coercivity.

磁光成像作为一种新兴的无损检测技术具有精度高、灵敏度高、成本低、速度快的优势,用于检测磁场大小、焊缝及裂纹缺陷。磁性石榴石薄膜因具有强法拉第效应、小饱和磁化场、良好的均匀性和稳定性等优良性能是目前最适宜应用于磁光成像系统中的传感器材料。介绍了磁光成像无损检测技术的原理、应用与研究发展现状;主要介绍了系统应用的关键元件——石榴石薄膜材料,对其性能改善方法与近年来的研究应用进行了综述;最后对磁光成像领域及其中石榴石薄膜的未来发展与研究方向进行了展望。

Arising from the proposed Transmission Line(TL) model for ERR and wire structure, a TL model for a metamaterial absorber is proposed. The S-parameters obtained by this TL model demonstrate the same shapes as the simulation. An investigation of the TL model and average absorption power densities shows that the metamaterial absorber does not simply convert the electromagnetic wave into thermal energy, but concentrate the electromagnetic wave into a small space where it is finally absorbed. This suggests that the metamaterial absorber can be applied to solar cells for the purpose of light trapping.
