CLEFIA, a new 128-bit block cipher proposed by Sony Corporation, is increasingly attracting cryptanalysts＇ attention. In this paper, we present two new impossible differential attacks on 13 rounds of CLEFIA-128. The proposed attacks utilize a variety of previously known techniques, in particular the hash table technique and redundancy in the key schedule of this block cipher. The first attack does not consider the whitening layers of CLEFIA, requires 21~9＂5 chosen plaintexts, and has a running time equivalent to about 2112.9 encryptions. The second attack preserves the whitening layers, requires 2117.8 chosen plaintexts, and has a total time complexity equivalent to about 2121.2 encryptions.

Objective:To evaluate the associated factors between COVID-19 and ***:Twenty-two patients of COVID-19 associated mucormycosis(including 3 asymptomatic patients who were cured of COVID-19)from a single medical unit of our institute were included.A detailed history was noted,with special emphasis on the time of onset of mucormycosis symptoms,presence of comorbidities,including new onset diabetes,severity of COVID-19,oxygen requirement,details of receipt of steroids and immunomodulators such as tocilizumab,imaging findings,including the number of sinuses involved,bony erosions,orbital and cerebral involvement,microscopy,culture and histopathology reports and antifungals *** interventions including number of debridements,orbital exenteration,maxillectomy,and the vaccination status were ***:All 22 patients had rhino-orbital cerebral mucormycosis,27.27%in the first wave and 72.73%during the second *** was the commonest comorbidity,and 40.91%patients were newly detected *** time of presentation in relation to their COVID-19 symptoms was 8-15 days(average 12.5 days).Ten out of 22(45.45%)had asymptomatic or mild COVID-19 and 40.91%did not require supplemental *** out of 22(22.73%)did not receive *** out of 22(54.55%)had orbital involvement,3(13.64%)had palatal ulcer and 4(18.18%)had cerebral involvement and all these had progressed in spite of treatment with appropriate ***:COVID-19 associated mucormycosis is a frequent,lethal,post COVID-19 complication,occurring even in mild and asymptomatic cases who have not received steroids or oxygen.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers,with less than 9%survival *** Ductal Adeno Carcinoma(PDAC)is common with the general public affecting most people older than *** detection of PDAC is often challenging because cancer symptoms will progress only at later stages(advanced stage).One of the earlier symptoms of PDAC is *** with diabetes,obesity,and alcohol consumption are also at higher risk of having pancreatic cancer.A decision support system is developed to detect pancreatic cancer at an earlier stage to address this *** such as Mean Hue,Mean Saturation,Mean Value,and Mean Standard Deviation are computed after color space conversion from RGB to *** k-Nearest Neighbor(F-kNN)is designed for *** system proposed is trained and tested using features extracted from jaundiced eye *** proposed system results indicate that this model can predict pancreatic cancer as earlier as possible,helping clinicians make better decisions for surgical planning.

Malignancies constitute the second cause of death in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD),after cardiovascular *** it has been postulated that IBD patients are at greater risk of colorectal cancer compared to the general population,lately there has been evidence supporting that this risk is diminishing over time as a result of better surveillance,while the incidence of extraintestinal cancers(EICs)is *** could be attributed either to systemic inflammation caused by IBD or to long-lasting immunosuppression due to IBD *** seems that the overall risk of EICs is higher for Crohn’s disease patients and it is mainly driven by skin cancers,and liver-biliary cancers in patients with IBD and primary sclerosing *** aims of this review were first to evaluate the prevalence,characteristics,and risk factors of EICs in patients with IBD and second to raise awareness regarding a proper surveillance program resulting in early diagnosis,better prognosis and survival,especially in the era of new IBD treatments that are on the way.

Due to the presence of non-stationarities and discontinuities in the audio signal, segmentation and classification of audio signal is a really challenging task. Automatic music classification and annotation is still considered as a challenging task due to the difficulty of extracting and selecting the optimal audio features. Hence, this paper proposes an efficient approach for segmentation, feature extraction and classification of audio signals. Enhanced Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (EMFCC)-Enhanced Power Normalized Cepstral Coefficients (EPNCC) based feature extraction is applied for the extraction of features from the audio signal. Then, multi-level classification is done to classify the audio signal as a musical or non-musical signal. The proposed approach achieves better performance in terms of precision, Normalized Mutual Information (NMI), F-score and entropy. The PNN classifier shows high False Rejection Rate (FRR), False Acceptance Rate (FAR), Genuine Acceptance rate (GAR), sensitivity, specificity and accuracy with respect to the number of classes.
