fluorescence enhancement phenomenon shown by adding scandium ion to thesamarium-thenoyltrifluoroacetone (TTA)-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)-Triton X-100(TX-100) system was observed and the effect of the condi-tions on the system was studied in detail. The excitation and emission wavelengthswere 370 nm, 565 nm, 603 nm and 645 nm, respectively. The optimum conditionsforming Sm-Sc-TTA-CTMAB-TX-100 system were that the concentration of Sc￣(3+)was equal to 5.0× 10￣(-5) mol/L, pH was 7. 7. Under these conditions, the fluores-cence intensity can be increased about 10 times higher than that of the system con-taining no Sc￣(3+) , and it was a linear function of the concentration of samariumn therange of 1. 0 × 10￣(-9)-4. 0 × 10￣(-7) mol/L. The detection limit was 6. 0 ×10￣(-10) mol/*** system was used for the spectrofluorimetric determination of samarium withsatisfactory results. The nature of enhanced fluorescence was explained using in-tramolecular and intermolecular energy transfer theory.

Objective:To discover the effect of partial splenic embolization on the immune function of cirrhotic patients with ***:Patients involved in the study were enrolled and divided into three groups,including control group,experimental group,and complication *** of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ T cells and CD4^+CD25^+CDl27^(low/-) Treg cells in the peripheral blood of patients before surgery,1 month,6 months,1 year,and 2 years after surgery were analyzed by fluorescence active cell sorting(FACS).Contents of immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG and IgM) were analyzed by auto immunoassay ***:In the peripheral blood of patients from experimental group,numbers of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ T cells initially declined,but afterwards increased to normal level;in the peripheral blood of patients from complication group,CD3^+ and CD8^+ T cells showed the same trend,but the number of CD4^+ T cells was below normal level at all detection ***,CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ T cells in the peripheral blood of patients from complication group were initially less than those in experimental group,and afterwards were comparable between two *** patients from both experimental group and complication group,the number of CD4^+CD25^+CDl27^(low/-)Treg cells increased 1 month and 6 months after surgery,and gradually restored to normal ***4^+CD25^+CDl27^(low/-)Treg cell counts in patients from complication group were initially more than those in patients from experimental group 1 month and 6 months after surgery,but then they were ***,contents of immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG and IgM) were comparable in three groups at all detection ***:Partial splenic embolization influenced the immune function of cirrhotic patients with hypersplenism in the short term but the immune function could afterwards gradually restore to *** results implicated that measures that prevent infection and improve immune function were necessary in early stage aft

The unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii(hereafter Chlamydomonas)possesses both plant and animal attributes,and it is an ideal model organism for studying fundamental processes such as photosynthesis,sexual reproduction,and life cycle.N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is the most prevalent mRNA modification,and it plays important roles during sexual reproduction in animals and ***,the pattern and function of m^(6)A modification during the sexual reproduction of Chlamydomonas remain ***,we performed transcriptome and methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing(MeRIP-seq)analyses on six samples from different stages during sexual reproduction of the Chlamydomonas life *** results show that m^(6)A modification frequently occurs at the main motif of DRAC(D=G/A/U,R=A/G)in Chlamydomonas ***,m^(6)A peaks in Chlamydomonas mRNAs are mainly enriched in the 30 untranslated regions(30 UTRs)and negatively correlated with the abundance of transcripts at each *** particular,there is a significant negative correlation between the expression levels and the m^(6)A levels of genes involved in the microtubule-associated pathway,indicating that m^(6)A modification influences the sexual reproduction and the life cycle of Chlamydomonas by regulating microtubule-based *** summary,our findings are the first to demonstrate the distribution and the functions of m^(6)A modification in Chlamydomonas mRNAs and provide new evolutionary insights into m^(6)A modification in the process of sexual reproduction in other plant organisms.

In this study,we investigate the detectability of the secondary spin in an extreme mass ratio inspiral(EMRI) system within a modified gravity model coupled with a scalar *** central black hole,which reduces to a Kerr one,is circularly spiralled by a scalar-charged spinning secondary body on the equatorial *** analysis reveals that the presence of the scalar field amplifies the secondary spin effect,allowing for a lower limit of the detectability and an improved resolution of the secondary spin when the scalar charge is sufficiently *** findings suggest that secondary spin detection is more feasible when the primary mass is not large,and TianQin is the optimal choice for detection.
