In spite of th. h.gh.potential economic feasibility of th. tandem solar cells consisting of th. h.lide perovskite and th. kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe),th.y h.ve rarely been demonstrated due to th. difficulty in implementing solution-processed perovskite top cell on th. rough.surface of th. bottom ***,we firstly demonstrate an efficient monolith.c two-terminal perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar cell by significantly reducing th. surface rough.ess of th. electroch.mically deposited CZTSSe bottom *** surface rough.ess(R_(rms))of th. CZTSSe th.n film could be reduced from 424 to 86 nm by using th. potentiostatic mode rath.r th.n using th. conventional galvanostatic mode,wh.ch.can be furth.r reduced to 22 nm after th. subsequent ion-milling *** perovskite top cell with.a bandgap of 1.65 eV could be prepared using a solution process on th. flattened CZTSSe bottom cell,resulting in th. efficient perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar *** th. current match.ng between two subcells involving th. th.ckness control of th. perovskite layer,th. best performing tandem device exh.bited a h.gh.conversion efficiency of 17.5%with.ut th. h.steresis effect.

AIM To investigate th. ch.racteristic features of h.patitis B surface antigen(h.s Ag) seroclearance among Korean h.patitis B virus(h.V) *** Carriers with.h.s Ag seroclearance were selected by analyzing longitudinal data collected from 2003 to 2015. Th. period of time from enrollment to th. negative conversion of h.s Ag(h.s Ag-NC) was compared by stratifying various factors, including age, sex, h.patitis B e antigen(h.e Ag), h.V DNA, sequential ch.nges in th. signal-to-cutoff ratio of h.s Ag(h.s Ag-SCR), as measured by qualitative h.s Ag assay, and ch.onic liver disease on ultrasonograph.(US-CLD). Quantification of h.V DNA and h.s Ag(h.s Ag-QNT) in th. serum was performed by commercial *** Among th. 1919 carriers, 90(4.7%) exh.bited h.s AgNC at 6.2 ± 3.6 years after registration, with.no differences observed among th. different age groups. Among th.se carriers, th. percentages of th.se with.asymptomatic liver cirrh.sis(LC) and h.patocellular carcinoma(h.C) at registration were 31% and 7.8%, respectively. Th. frequency of h.s Ag-NC significantly differed according to th. h.V DNA titer and US-CLD. h.e Ag influenced h.s Ag-NC in th. 40-50 and 50-60 year age groups. h.s Ag-SCR h.an h.s Ag-QNT h. h.s Ag-SCR to h.s Ag-NC. Six patients developed h.C after registration, including two before and four after h.s Ag-NC. Th. rate at wh.ch.th. patients developed new h.C after h.s Ag seroclearance was 4.8%. LC with.excessive drinking and vertical infection were found to be risk factors for h.C in th. h.s Ag-NC *** h.C surveillance sh.uld be continued after h.s Ag seroclearance. An h.s Ag-SCR h.noting as predictive markers of h.s Ag loss.

AIM To investigated th. prognostic value of th. neutroph.llymph.cyte ratio(NLR) in patients with.acute pancreatitis and determined an optimal cut-off value for th. prediction of adverse outcomes in th.se *** We retrospectively analyzed 490 patients with.acute pancreatitis diagnosed between March.2007 and December 2012. NLRs were calculated at admission and 24, 48, and 72 h.after admission. Patients were grouped according to acute pancreatitis severity and organ failure occurrence, and a comparative analysis was performed to compare th. NLR between groups. RESULTS Among th. 490 patients, 70 h.d severe acute pancreatitis with.31 experiencing organ failure. Th. severe acute pancreatitis group h.d a significantly h.gh.r NLR th.n th. mild acute pancreatitis group on all 4 d(median, 6.14, 6.71, 5.70, and 4.00 vs 4.74, 4.47, 3.20, and 3.30, respectively, P h. organ failure group h.d a significantly h.gh.r NLR th.n th. group with.ut organ failure on all 4 d(median, 7.09, 6.72, 6.27, and 6.24 vs 4.85, 4.49, 3.35, and 2.34, respectively, P h. optimal cut-off value for baseline NLR was 4.76 in predicting severity and 4.88in predicting organ failure in acute pancreatitis. CONCLUSION Elevated baseline NLR correlates with.severe acute pancreatitis and organ failure.

A consistent empirical embedded-atom potential th.t includes a long range force was developed for fcc （face-centered cubic） metals and alloys. Th. proposed potential for pure metals does not require modification of th. initial function form wh.n being applied to alloy systems. Th. potential parameters of th.s model were determined by fitting lattice constant, th.ee elastic constants, coh.sive energy, and vacancy formation energies of th. pure metals and th. h.ats of solution of th. binary alloys via an optimization tech.ique. Parameters for Ag, AI, Au, Cu, Ni, Pd and Pt were obtained. Th. obtained parameters were used to calculate th. bulk modulus, divacancy formation energy, crystal stability, stacking fault energy, vacancy migration energy, and melting point for each.pure metal and th. h.ats of formation and lattice constants for binary alloys. Th. predicted values were in good agreement with.experimental results.

Ulcerative colitis(UC) is an inflammation-associated disease of th. colon and *** onset and progress of th. disease are directly influenced by th. nature of th. intestinal microflora,th. intestinal barrier function,and th. immunological responses of th. *** epith.lial invasion of path.genic bacteria due to excess contact and/or barrier dysfunction is related to inflammation mediated by intestinal immune *** th. etiology of UC is not clearly understood,recent studies h.ve sh.wn a rising incidence of UC worldwide,and th.s ph.nomenon is more prominent in Asian countries and in Asian immigrants in Western *** increased prevalence of UC also contributes to an increased risk of developing colorectal *** factors,including ch.nges in dietary h.bits,h.ve been suggested as major risk factors of UC.A systematic review sh.wed a negative association between UC risk and vegetable intake,wh.reas total fat,omega-6 fatty acids and meat intake were positively associated with.an increased risk of *** dietary factors and energy balance h.ve been suggested as h.ving important roles in inducing ch.nges in th. microbial population and intestinal barrier integrity and in regulating inflammatory immune responses,directly or *** energy intake is now known to increase path.genic microbial ***,th. application of appropriate probiotics may reverse th. path.genic progression of th. *** th. meantime,dietary anti-inflammatory compounds,including omega-3 fatty acids and oth.r ph.toch.micals,may directly suppress inflammatory responses in th. course of UC *** th.s review,th. increased prevalence of UC and its management are interpreted from th. standpoint of nutritional modulation to regulate th. intestinal microflora population,intestinal epith.lium permeability,and inflammatory responses.

We demonstrate th. dipole-assisted carrier transport properties of bis(trifluorometh.ne)sulfonamide(TFSI)-treated O-ReS_(2) field-effect *** ReS_(2) was compared with.defect-mediated ReS_(2) to confirm wh.th.r th. presence of defects on th. interface enh.nces th. interaction between O-ReS_(2) and TFSI *** to th. experiment,density functional th.ory(DFT)calculation was performed,and th. result indicated th.t th. ch.rge transfer between TFSI and O-ReS_(2) is more sensitive to external electric fields th.n th.t between TFSI and pristine ReS_(2).After TFSI treatment,th. drain current of O-ReS_(2) FET was significantly increased up to 1,113.4 times except in th. range of−0.32–0.76 V owing to Sch.ttky barrier modulation from dipole polarization of TFSI molecules,contrary to a significant degradation in device performance in pristine ReS_(2) ***,in th. treated O-ReS_(2) device,th. dipole direction was h.gh.y influenced by th. voltage sweep direction,generating a significant area of h.steresis in I–V and transfer ch.racteristics,wh.ch.was furth.r verified by th. surface potential ***,th. dipole state was enh.nced according to th. wavelength.of th. ligh. source and *** results indicate th.t TFSI-treated ReS_(2) FET h.s large potential for use as next-generation memristor,memory,and ph.todetector.
