The present paper investigates the dynamics of pine wilt disease with saturated incidence rate. The proposed model is stable both locally and globally. The local stability of the disease-free equilibrium is determined by the basic reproduction ℛ 0 . The disease-free equilibrium is stable locally and globally whenever ℛ 0 1 , then the endemic state is stable both locally and globally. Further, a brief discussion with conclusion on the numerical results of the proposed model is presented.

Drought is one of the critical limitations to agricultural soils and crop *** of water is increasing due to climate change that lead to increasing threats to global food ***,ecofriendly and cost effective strategies are highly desirable for mitigating drought stress along with sustainable and smart agricultural *** aim of the study was to mitigate DS using seed priming and exogenous supplementation ofβ-aminobutyric acid(BABA)in linseed(Linum usitatissimum L.).Different doses(0,50,100 and 150μM)of BABA were used for seed priming agent and foliar spraying under three soil moisture levels viz.,25%(SM25),45%(SM45)and 65%(SM65).The response variables of both experiments included different agro-botanical traits and oxidative stress indicators such as melondialdehyde content,free proline accumulation,and antioxidant defense in *** linseed plants showed water stress at SM25 that reduced plant height,number of branches per plant,time taken to flower initiation and heading,and root and shoot dry ***,the number of capsules and seeds per capsule showed a significant decline at SM25,which led to a drastic reduction in 100-seed weight yield in linseed plants in both ***,seed priming and foliar supplementation with of BABA(50–100μM)significantly improved these morpho-agronomical attributes in linseed plants under *** results revealed that the BABA was fully active in linseed plants at ***,the combination of SM25 with BABA significantly improved the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),and peroxidase(POD)activity,which significantly enhanced DS tolerance in linseed *** findings might be useful to oil seed breeders and farmers linseed for breeding program in linseed plants as well as sustainable agricultural production of oil seed crop plants.

Increasing demand for better throughput and performance has motivated designers to come up with more sophisticated processors with innovative designs. Such designs for multicore architectures offer large amount of parallelism which is often underutilized and thus becomes overhead and liability. Due to these advancements, there has been a exponential increase in power consumption and heat dissipation of computing devices. Under these circumstances, an ideal system would be a reconfigurable system that can switch off all underutilized resources and work with only required ones. There is a need of reconfigurable computing devices and processors that are smart enough to configure themselves dynamically on runtime to find balance between throughput and power-consumption. This paper proposes a novel fuzzy logic based Dynamic voltage and frequency scaling(DVFS)and power-gating enabled controller which is capable of reducing power-consumption without affecting throughput and overall performance of the system. The design is implemented on Intel processor using Ubuntu as an operating system. Implementation results show that proposed Fuzzy logic controller(FLC) reduces power-consumption upto 40% by reconfiguring the processor dynamically without compromising the throughput.

In soil biota,higher and enduring concentration of heavy metals like cadmium(Cd)is hazardous and associated with great loss in growth,yield,and quality parameters of most of the crop ***,in-situ applications of eco-friendly stabilizing agents in the form of organic modifications have been utilized to mitigate the adverse effects of *** controlled experiment was laid down to appraise the imprints of various applied organic amendments namely poultry manure(PM),farmyard manure(FYM),and sugarcane press mud(PS)to immobilize Cd in polluted ***,phytoavailability of Cd in wheat was also accessed under an alkaline *** revealed that the addition of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))in Cd-contaminated soil significantly increased germination rate,leaf chlorophyll content,plant height,spike length,biological and grain yield amongst all applied organic ***,the addition of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))also reduced the phytoavailability of Cd by 73–85%in the roots,57–83%in the shoots,and 81–90%in grains of wheat ***,it is affirmed that incorporation of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))performed better to enhance wheat growth and yield by remediating ***,the application of FYM(5–10 ton ha^(-1))reduced the toxicity induced by Cd to plants by declining its uptake and translocation as compared to all other applied organic amendments to immobilize Cd under sandy alkaline polluted soil.

N6-methyladenosine methylation(m6A)is a common type of epigenetic alteration that prominently affects the prognosis of tumor ***,it is unknown how the m6A regulator affects the tumor microenvironment(TME)cell infiltration in adrenocortical carcinoma(ACC)and how it affects the prognosis of ACC patients *** m6A alteration patterns of 112 ACC patients were evaluated,furthermore,the association with immune infiltration cell features was *** unsupervised clustering method was applied to typify the m6A alteration patterns of ACC *** principal component analysis(PCA)technique was taken to create the m6A score to assess the alteration pattern in specific *** found two independent patterns of m6A alteration in ACC *** TME cell infiltration features were significantly in accordance with phenotypes of tumor immune-inflamed and immune desert in both *** m6Ascore also served as an independent predictive factor in ACC *** somatic copy number variation(CNV)and patients prognosis can be predicted by m6A alteration ***,the ACC patients with high m6A scores had better overall survival(OS)and higher efficiency in immune checkpoint blockade *** work demonstrated the significance of m6A alteration to the ACC patients *** individual m6A alteration patterns analysis might contribute to ACC patients prognosis prediction and immunotherapy choice.

Objective:To evaluate the in-hospital outcome of moderate to severe COVID-19 patients admitted in High Dependency Unit(HDU)in relation to invasive ***-invasive mode of ***:In this study,the patients required either non-invasive[oxygen≤10 L/min or>10 L/min through mask or nasal prongs,rebreather masks and bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP)]or invasive *** analysis of 30-day in hospital mortality in relation to use of different modes of oxygen,Kaplan Meier and log rank analyses were *** the end,independent predictors of survival were determined by Cox regression ***:Invasive ventilation was required by 15.1%patients while 84.9%patients needed non-invasive *** with evidence of thromboembolism,high inflammatory markers and hypoxemia mainly required invasive *** 30-day in hospital mortality was 72.7%for the invasive group and 12.9%for the non-invasive group(1.8%oxygen10 L/min,3.6%rebreather mask and 4.5%BiPAP).The median time from hospital admission to outcome was 7 days for the invasive group and 18 days for the non-invasive group(P<0.05).Age,presence of co-morbidities,number of days requiring oxygen,rebreather,BiPAP and invasive ventilation were independent predictors of ***:Invasive mechanical ventilation is associated with adverse outcomes possibly due to ventilator associated lung ***,protective non-invasive ventilation remains the necessary and safe treatment for severely hypoxic COVID-19 patients.

白沙瓦平原碱性火成岩省位于巴基斯坦西北部KPK省,以广泛出露的碱性花岗岩、正长岩、霞石正长岩和碳酸岩为特征,其北侧以主地幔逆冲断裂（MMT）为界,南侧则由主边界逆冲断裂（MBT）所分隔,构成约300 km宽的喜马拉雅逆冲褶皱带。通过对Koga和Dunkeldik碳酸岩开展锆石U-Pb年代学研究,并结合前人已经发表的年代学数据,将巴基斯坦北部的碳酸岩-碱性岩浆活动划分为早二叠世、渐新世-中新世。早期Koga碳酸岩的Sr-Nd-Pd同位素特征显示其有较低的Sr初始比值((Sr/Sr)i=0.70233～0.70382)和正的εNd（t）值（+3.10～+3.47）,表明其源区具有HIMU和EMI两种地幔端元混合的特征（图1）,与早二叠世冈瓦纳大陆北缘的裂解事件有关,其源区特征和岩石成因与东非裂谷碳酸岩相似,碳酸岩中稀土总量较低,属于无矿碳酸岩。晚期的Sillai Patti碳酸岩以富含磷灰石（高达15%）为特征,具有高Sr低Nd的同位素比值,和负的εNd（t）值（-2.2～-1.7）,起源于印度次大陆岩石圈地幔部分熔融,并受到地壳物质的混染,深部动力学机制可能是后碰撞构造体制下局部岩石圈的拆沉作用[2]。该岩体起源于受俯冲沉积物流体交代的岩石圈地幔部分熔融,源区有一定程度的REE预富集,但尚未形成工业规模的REE矿床,因为不发育伟晶岩阶段及后期热液阶段,缺乏大规模热液作用的进一步富集。

Wireless sensor networks process and exchange mission-critical data relating to patients’health ***,any leakages of the sensed data can have serious consequences which can endanger the lives of *** such,there is need for strong security and privacy protection of the data in storage as well as the data in *** the recent past,researchers have developed numerous security protocols based on digital signatures,advanced encryption standard,digital certificates and elliptic curve cryptography among other ***,previous studies have shown the existence of many security and privacy gaps that can be exploited by attackers to cause some harm in these *** addition,some techniques such as digital certificates have high storage and computation complexities occasioned by certificate and public key management *** this paper,a certificateless algorithm is developed for authenticating the body sensors and remote medical server *** analysis has shown that it offers data privacy,secure session key agreement,untraceability and *** can also withstand typical wireless sensor networks attacks such as impersonation,packet replay and *** the other hand,it is demonstrated to have the least execution time and bandwidth requirements.

Binary phase solid-state photopolymerization of acrylates： design, characterization and biomineralization of 3D scaffolds for tissue engineering

Porous polymer scaffolds designed by the cryogel method are attractive materials for a range of tissue engineering applications. However, the use of toxic cross- linker for retaining the pore structure limits their clinical applications. In this research, acrylates （HEA/PEGDA, HEMA/PEGDA and PEGDA） were used in the low-temperature solid-state photopolymerization to produce porous scaffolds with good structural retention. The morphology, pore diameter, mineral deposition and water absorption of the scaffold were characterized by SEM and water absorption test respectively. Elemental analysis and cytotoxicity of the biomineralized scaffold were revealed by using XRD and MTT assay test. The PEGDA-derived scaffold showed good water absorption ability and a higher degree of porosity with larger pore size compared to others. XRD patterns and IR results confirmed the formation of hydroxyapatite crystals from an alternative socking process. The overall cell proliferation was excellent, where PEGDA-derived scaffold had the highest and the most uniform cell growth, while HEMAJPEGDA scaffold showed the least. These results suggest that the cell proliferation and adhesion are directly proportional to the pore size, the shape and the porosity of scaffolds.
