Polyethylene glycol modified(PEGylated) naGdF4(PEG-naGdF4) nanoparticles as a novel T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) contrast agent was successfully constructed by a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method. Because of the functionalization of PEG, the nanoprobes had excellent dispersity, excellent stability and high biocompatibility. More importantly, the as-prepared PEG-naGdF4 nanoprobes revealed the high longitudinal relaxivity value and prominent -weighted MRI contrast performance, which was superior to the commercial MRI contrast agents. With the facile synthesis, excellent dispersity, outstanding stability, remarkable contrast performance and high biocompatibility, the PEGylated naGdF4 nanoparticles brought more opportunities to the new generation of nanoparticulate-based T1-weighted MRI contrast agents in clinic.

Magnetic Fe3O4 and mesoporous silica core- shell nanospheres with tunable size from 110-800 nm were synthesized via a one step self-assembly method. The morphological, structural, textural, and magnetic proper- ties were well-characterized by scanning electron micro- scopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, n2 adsorption-desorption and magnetometer. These nanocomposites, which possess high surface area, large pore volume and well-defined pore size, exhibit two dimensional hexagonal （P6mm） mesostructures. Interest- ingly, magnetic core and mesoporous silica shell nano- composites with large void pore （20 nm） on the shell were generated by increasing the ratio of ethanol/water. Additionally, the obtained nanocomposites combined magnetization response and large void pore, imply.ng the possibility of applications in drug/gene targeting delivery. The cell internalization capacity of nH2-functionalized nanocomposites in the case of cancer cells （HeLa cells） was exemplified to demonstrate their nano-medicine application.

An approach utilizing n-heterocyclic carbene for nitrile formation and desymmetrization reaction is developed. The process involves kinetic resolution, with the axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes obtained in moderate yields with excellent optical purities. These axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes can be conveniently transformed into functionalized molecules, showing great potential as catalysts in organic chemistry.

This paper establishes an existence and uniqueness result for the adapted solution of a general time interval multidimensional backward stochastic differential equation (BSDE), where the generator g satisfies a weak stochastic-monotonicity condition and a general growth condition in the state variable y, and a stochastic-Lipschitz condition in the state variable z. This unifies and strengthens some known works. In order to prove this result, we develop some ideas and techniques employed in Xiao and Fan [25] and Liu et al. [15]. In particular, we put forward and prove a stochastic Gronwall-type inequality and a stochastic Bihari-type inequality, which generalize the classical ones and may be useful in other applications. The martingale representation theorem, Itô’s formula, and the BMO martingale tool are used to prove these two inequalities.

The high local recurrence rate of pancreatic cancer after surgery is one of the important risk factors affecting patient *** traditionally used silicone tube stent is not only complicated to operate but also lacks antitumor *** purpose of this study was to develop a dual-layer drug-coated pancreaticojejunostomy *** coating consisted of two layers,an outer basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)coating layer and an inner nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel(nab-PTX)coating layer with chitosan as the drug-carry.ng *** to the diffusion barrier from the outer coating,the release of nab-PTX from the inner layer was delayed and slowed *** studied the degradation rates,mechanical properties,surface morphologies,drug release kinetics,promoting the growth of fibroblasts and antitumor properties of the coated *** was found that 100 ng of bFGF and 50µg of nab-PTX were suitable drug concentrations that can effectively promote the growth of fibroblasts and inhibit pancreatic cancer *** results also confirmed that the dual-layer drug-coated pancreaticojejunostomy device showed good antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo without obvious systemic *** addition,the device has a suitable degradation *** conclusion,this biodegradable dual-layer drug-coated pancreaticojejunostomy device can potentially inhibit the local recurrence of pancreatic cancer after surgery and promote the healing of pancreaticointestinal *** device has great potential to treat pancreatic cancer in the future.

Coal gangue(CG),a solid waste from coal mining and processing,has raised concerns about its environmental *** carbon nitride(g-C_(3)n_(4))is promising for photocatalytic decomposition of organic pollutants,but its performance is hampered by its inherent *** this study,the compound of coal gangue and g-C_(3)n_(4)was formed by in-situ loading g-C_(3)n_(4)on the surface of coal *** recombination,the morphology of g-C_(3)n_(4)changes from block structure to tremella *** change not only increases the specific surface area of g-C_(3)n_(4),but also broadens the light absorption spectrum of g-C_(3)n_(4).Compared with original g-C_(3)n_(4),the photo-current of the complex in visible light is increased twice,and the tetracycline(TC)degradation rate is 2.1 times *** structure,optical properties,band structure,morphology and charge transfer mechanism of the composite were analyzed by a series of characterization *** is found that coal gangue can promote the space charge transfer and separation of g-C_(3)n_(4),and the cyclic test compound has good activity *** this paper,a strategy of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue is proposed,which can not only reduce the envi-ronmental risk of coal gangue,but also provide carbon nitride(Cn)based photocatalytic materials with superior photocatalytic properties.

Globally,agricultural soils are considered as one of the most important sources of greenhouse gas(GHG)***-tillage(nT),one of the most admired ways of climate-smart agriculture,has been deemed to have co-benefit to mitigation of GHG emissions and sustainability for crop yield,however,the effect of nT on GHG emissions is *** study analyzed the overall effects of nT on GHG emissions,as well as the moderators that significantly influenced the overall effects,of the wheat-based rotation cropping systems in China through *** results showed that the overall effect size of nT on methane(CH4)uptake,nitrous oxide(n2O)emission,and global warming potential(GWP)was 0.70(95%Confidence Interval(CI):0.21–1.19),-0.27(95%CI:-0.72–0.18),and-0.39(95%CI:-1.01–0.23),*** temperate climate zones with alkaline soils,the nitrogen application rate of 120–240 kg/ha,nT could significantly reduce GHG emissions and ***,the mitigation effect will be weakened along with nT duration,except for proper straw ***,nT has the potential to reduce GHG emissions from wheat-based rotation systems in China,but it is necessary to implement nT depending on local conditions,soil characteristics,and field management.
