The need for renewable energy sources makes microalgae an essential feedstock for biofuels *** molecular aspects and the response to nitrogen(N)-limited conditions with a phytohormone stimulus in microalgae have been slightly *** this work,Scenedesmus obliquus was used as a study model to analyze the effect of benzyl amino purine(BAP)and gibberellic acid(GA)coupled to nitrogen limitation on cell growth,biomass and fatty *** selected 10^(-5)M BAP increased the biomass by 1.44-fold,and 10^(-6)M GA by *** total lipids also increased by 2.8 and 1.11-fold,*** 10^(-5)M BAP and 10^(-6)M GA addition to *** cultures at different initial nitrogen percentages(N-0,N-25,and N-50)showed a significant increase in cell growth and biomass productivity compared to the unstimulated *** N-0 and GA N-0 produced the highest lipid yields with 55%and 50%,*** lipid profile analysis revealed an increase,particularly in C18:1 and C16:0 fatty *** expression analysis showed an over-expression of acyl carrying protein(ACP),stearoyl-ACP desaturase(SAD),fatty acid acyl-ACP thioesterase(FATA),and diacylglycerol acyltransferase(DGAT)genes,which were mainly induced by nitrogen ***,BAP and GA produced a significant over-expression on these genes in the N-replete *** study shows that BAP and GA,coupled to N limitation stress,can be used to increase the biomass and lipid production in *** for sustainable biofuels.

Halophytes are an excellent choice for the study of genes conferring salt tolerance to salt-sensitive plants and,they are suitable for reclamation and remediation of saline *** develop an in vitro plant propagation protocol and studies of genes involved with GB and Pro biosynthesis in Suaeda *** buds were used as explants and cultured in different treatments on Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium supplemented with different concentrations and combinations of plant growth *** highest number of multiple shoots was on MS medium containing 1 mg/L Benzyladenine(BA)and/or 2 g/L activated carbon with 5.5±06 shoots per *** identification and expression analysis of genes involved in glycine betaine(GB)biosynthesis were S-adenosyl-methionine synthetase(SAMS),choline monooxygenase(CMO)and betaine alde-hyde dehydrogenase(BADH),and for proline(Pro)was pyrroline 5-carboxylate synthetase(P5CS).These sequences shared 90–95%of identity with others plant homologous in public *** amino acids sequence analysis showed that all these peptides contain some of the conserved motifs of those kinds of *** qRT-PCR analysis revealed a higher expression of SeBADH,SeCMO,and,SeP5CS genes in the roots and leaves from plants collected in the field in contrast with from in vitro ***,the expression level of SeSAMS was higher only in the leaves of plants collected in the field when com-pared to those cultivated in vitro.

The emerging contaminants(ECs)are organic compounds including *** products are consumed in large quantities,favoring their continuous entrance to the environment and affecting the health of living *** is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic properties of prolonged *** is the commonest postoperative analgesic,and it is highly consumed without *** recent years,the capability of microalgae to remove pharmaceuticals in water has been tested as a promising *** this work,the removal efficiency of diclofenac(16µg/mL)by the microalga Nannochloropsis oculata CCAP 186/7 was *** major nutrient concentrations in Bold’s Basal Medium were modified(nitrogen and carbon:50 and 100%of their original concentration)to know their effect in the removal of *** degradation by light was also *** maximum removal capacity of diclofenac in the medium was 68.8%.The percentage of diclofenac adsorbed on the cell wall was between 6 and 12.7%.Around 23.6%of diclofenac was degraded by light after 18 *** did not show growth inhibition due to the presence of *** results obtained point to the promissory application of *** as a bioremediation system for diclofenac removal.

That social categorization affects culturally diverse environments is well investigated,but most of examinations were done from a low-context communication *** aim of this study is to explore the impact of Estonian and Italian actors’ communication patterns（low and high context respectively） on status-related categorization towards a third culture *** find out the relationship between the context level of communication and social categorization peculiarities a correlation investigation was chosen as a *** was conducted in three stages in a contrived experimental setting with the focus on non-taskrelated *** results revealed that the Italian actors were mainly concentrated on the lifestylerelated details of the video-example environment,referring them to high *** the contrary the Estonian group paid more attention to the verbal message of the English video-personalities,and referred them to lower social *** results suggest that when status-relevant "underlying attributes" are not willingly revealed,the members of high-context culture are basing their social categorization on environmental context even if this context is culturally different from their own,so less considering willingly shared personal *** important finding is that in the same situation for social categorization low-context culture representatives are following mainly the issues that are verbally deliberately disclosed.

利用当前国际比较先进的西方经济学实证分析方法来研究中国经济发展和西方直接投资的相关性,通过计量结果证实,西方直接投资是现阶段中国固定资产投资的资金主要来源之一,这笔资金不仅促进了中国现代化发展的进程,还有利于中国生产产业结构转型升级。与此同时。西方直接投资还给中国国内带来大批的就业岗位,带动了中国生产企业的技术创新。但是当前对于中国经济发展和西方直接投资的相关性的研究分析角度比较单一。本文主要对于地方政府保护问题的进行分析,同时引入政府因素,进行建立西方直接投资与中国政府以及中国经济发展之间的相关性的数理分析模型;主要采用经济增长间关系的数理分析模型和经济学模型参数的数值模拟VAR分析模型对相关数据的实证分析,最后客观的得出中国经济发展和西方直接投资的相关性,并分析中国政府过度引进西方直接投资对于中国经济发展的影响。

The JAK2<sup>V617F</sup>Mutation Seen in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) Occurs in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease: Implications of a Pilot Study

Patients with IBD frequently have hematologic abnormalities suggestive of JAK2 mutated MPNs, but are traditionally classified as reactive processes. Haplotype 46/1 is a well-characterized genetic predisposition, common to both inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). In view of this shared genetic predisposition, we measured the frequency of the JAK2V617F mutation in IBD patients with thrombocytosis or erythrocytosis, in order to ascertain whether a higher than expected proportion of these patients may in fact have underlying MPNs. 1121 patients were identified with an active diagnosis of Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, of which 474 had either thrombocytosis or erythrocytosis. Patients with abnormal counts were tested for the JAK2V617F mutation during routine follow-up visits. Interim analysis of first 23 patients tested was performed to assess whether the JAK2V617F positivity rate was statistically significant compared with known expected frequencies in a comparable control population. Of 23 patients, 13 patients had thrombocytosis and 10 had erythrocytosis. Three patients with thrombocytosis (23%), and 1 patient with erythrocytosis (10%), tested positive for JAK2V617F, exceeding the expected thresholds for statistical significance. In patients with IBD and thrombocytosis or erythrocytosis, a meaningful proportion may harbor an undiagnosed MPN, as indicated by clonal abnormalities such as JAK2V617F. These findings imply the need for increased testing of these patients for clonal hematologic abnormalities, and importantly, if found, suggest the need for therapeutic strategies with drugs, such as JAK2 inhibitors, in patients with both MPN and IBD.

用嗅觉测量法-气相色谱联用(GC-O),火焰离子检测器-气相色谱联用(GC-FID),质谱-气相色谱联用(GC-MS)三种气相色谱检测方法和常压化学离子化飞行时间质谱(APCI-TOFMS),质子传递反应质谱(PTR-MS)两种直接质谱检测方法来比较测定干辣椒中的挥发性香味成分。干辣椒的挥发性香味成分的大体描述最后由感官评定来确定。三种较显著的风味分别是:辣椒味、煮熟蔬菜味和青草味。用气质联用顶空分析法共有63种挥发性香味成分被分离出来。而嗅觉测量法-气相色谱联用(GC-O)认为其中的11种成分决定了辣椒的香味活跃程度。在所有的方法中普遍认为:3-甲基正丁醛是最活跃的香味成份,其次是2-甲基正丁醛。确定挥发性香味成分的多少主要是受测定方法的影响。色谱方法之间有很强的相关性(ρ=0.946)。直接质谱法相关性不显著(ρ=0.613)。经过不同方法的分析,我们发现,用GC-MS,GC-FID和PTR-MS三种方法检测出的挥发性香味成分并没有显著的不同,显著性的差异主要存在于PCI-TOFMS法和其工艺的不同(P<0.01).(Int J Mass Spectrom223-224(2003)55-65)
