Pur.ose. To e.tablish a tumor.mar.e. that can be.use. for.the.e.r.y de.e.tion and follow-up of or.l cance. patie.ts。Me.hods: By e.ploying the.pr.te.mic appr.ach using MALDI TOF-MS, 2-D ge. e.e.tr.phor.0}is, se.a of patie.ts, and ce.l cultur.0}line., the.se.um autoantibodie. (autoAbs) we.e.scr.0}ne., and the.r.se.um le.e.s we.e.e.timate. by e.ISA。r.0}ults: Mr.-5 human fibr.blasts we.e.e.ploye. as tar.e. ce.ls with the.aim of tar.e.ing the.tumor.ce.l invasion into the.sur.ounding str.mal tissue., and a mitochondr.al me.br.ne.pr.te.n, Side.ofle.in3 (SFXN3), was ide.tifie.。The.se.um anti-SFXN3-autoAb le.e.s significantly incr.0}se. in patie.ts with or.l squamous ce.l car.inoma, with 77% se.sitivity and 89% spe.ificity against contr.l sample.。The.se.um anti-SFXN3-autoAb le.e.s slightly cor.e.ate. with the.pr.mar. tumor.size.; howe.e., the.le.e.s we.e.highly incr.0}se. in T1 e.r.y cance.。An immunohistoche.ical analysis r.0}e.le. that the.SFXN3 antige. is e.pr.0}se. in the.str.mal fibr.blasts be.we.n the.cane. ne.ts and also in the.basal laye. of the.squamous e.ithe.ium。The.change. in the.se.um anti-SFXN3-autoAb le.e.s afte. the.apy cor.e.ate. with the.clinical tumor.bur.e.。Conclusion: The.se.um anti-SFXN3-autoAb is wor.hy of clinical e.aluation as a pote.tial nove. tumor.mar.e. for.the.e.r.y de.e.tion of or.l squamous ce.l car.inoma。

An incr.0}se.in car.0}de.ay for.patie.ts with ST-se.me.t e.e.ation myocar.ial infar.tion (STe.I) may have.affe.te. clinical outcome.. Obje.tive.: To analyze.de.ay time. and clinical outcome. of patie.ts with STe.I unde.going pr.mar. pe.cutane.us cor.nar. inte.ve.tion (PPCI), be.or.0}and dur.ng the.COVID-19 pande.ic. Me.hods: r.0}r.spe.tive.obse.vational study that include. patie.ts with STe.I unde.going PPCI fr.m De.e.be. 2018 to July 2021. The.COVID-19 pande.ic case. we.e.divide. into two gr.ups: pande.ic I—fr.m Mar.h to August 2020;and pande.ic II—fr.m Se.te.be. 2020 to July 2021. Patie.ts we.e.compar.0} accor.ing to the.pe.iod of hospitalization. Pr.mar. outcome. we.e.de.ay time. in assistance.and clinical outcome. (acute.kidne. injur. [AKI], post-pr.ce.ur.l vascular.complications and in-hospital mor.ality). r.0}ults: 108 patie.ts we.e.include., 39 (36.1%) in the.pr.0}pande.ic pe.iod, 13 (12.1%) in pande.ic I and 56 (51.8%) in pande.ic II. Time.fr.m onse. of symptoms to ar.ival at the.se.vice.and door.to-balloon time.did not diffe. significantly among gr.ups. Vascular.complications we.e.mor.0}fr.0}ue.t dur.ng the.pande.ic (I and II) than in the.pr.0}pande.ic pe.iod (2.5% pr.0}pande.ic vs 15.4% pande.ic vs 12.5% pande.ic II;p = 0.03). AKI incide.ce.was similar.in all thr.0} pe.iods. The.e.was a non-significant incr.0}se.in in-hospital mor.ality dur.ng the.COVID-19 pande.ic. Conclusion: In patie.ts with STe.I, the.e.was an incr.0}se.in vascular.complications and a tr.0}d towar. incr.0}se. mor.ality dur.ng the.COVID-19 pande.ic. De.ay time. to admission and r.0}e.fusion did not diffe. significantly be.we.n be.or.0}and dur.ng the.pande.ic.
