Dengue is a global health problem without current specific treatment nor safe vaccines *** severe dengue is related to pre-existing non-neutralizing dengue virus(DEnV)antibodies,the role of T cells in protection or pathology is *** cutaneous DEnV infection in immunocompetent mice we previously showed the generation of PnA+germinal centers(GCs),now we assessed the activation and proliferation of B and T cells in draining lymph nodes(DLns).We found a drastic remodelling of DLn compartments from 7 to 14 days post-infection(dpi)with greatly enlarged B cell follicles,occupying almost half of the DLn area compared to*24%in na?ve *** clusters of proliferating(Ki-67+)cells inside B follicles were found 14 dpi,representing*33%of B cells in DLns but only*2%in noninfected *** GCs,we noticed an important recruitment of tingle body macrophages removing apoptotic *** contrast,the percentage of paracortex area and total T cells decreased by 14–16 dpi,compared to *** randomly distributed Ki-67+T cells were found,similar to non-infected ***69 expression by CD4+and CD8+T cells was minor,while it was remarkable in B cells,representing 1764.7%of change from basal levels 3 *** apparent lack of T cell responses cannot be attributed to apoptosis since no significant differences were observed compared to noninfected *** study shows massive B cell activation and proliferation in DLns upon DEnV *** contrast,we found very poor,almost absent CD4+and CD8+T cell responses.

What Happens in Organizations When Enhancing Organizational Culture Toward Being More Conscious?

The purpose of this study is to offer a better comprehension of what happens in organizations when enhancing organizational culture through consciousness by linking the market-oriented ecosystem variables and analyzing their relationship with a conscious *** and methodology:Two questionnaires were used to test the hypotheses,the market-oriented ecosystem 38-item(Yeung&Ulrich,2019),and the conscious organization model 7-item adaptation(Sisoda,2018).Pearson correlations were calculated to measure the strength of the linear relationship among the variables involved in each one of the hypotheses,and coefficient alpha(coefficient𝛼)was used to analyze the reliability,to measure the internal consistency of the *** findings:Context,ecosystem organizational structure,governance,and people ecosystem were positively correlated to a conscious *** originality of this study is based on use of the interaction among the variables of the market-oriented ecosystem model(continuous changing context,ecosystem organizational structure,governance,and people ecosystem)and a conscious organizational ***,the practical implications of having high levels of the market-oriented ecosystem variables predict high level of consciousness in *** variables require careful consideration,a proactive planning process to enhance organizational culture through consciousness.

Influence of broken kernels content on soybean quality during storage

Although it is recognized that the post-harvest system is most responsible for the loss of soybean quality,the real impact of this loss is still *** regulation allows 15%and 30%of broken soybean for group I and group II(quality groups),***,the industry is not informed about the loss in the quality parameters of soybeans and its impacts during long-term ***,the objective was to evaluate the effect of the breakage kernel percentage of soybean stored for 12 *** of 15% of breakage kernels did not affect soybean ***,content of 30% of breakage kernels affected significantly soybean quality,which was evidenced by the increase of up to 75% in moldy soybeans,72% in acidity,50% in leached solids,27% in electrical conductivity,and the decrease of up to 12% in soluble protein,6.4% in germination and 3.5% in thousand kernel weight after 8 months of *** the legislation establishes a percentage limit,it is recommended to store soybeans with up to 15% breakage *** the contrary,values higher than that can cause a significant reduction in soybean quality,resulting in commercial losses.

Teachers’ Perceptions of the Challenges and Strategies in Supporting Students with Reading Difficulties

The purpose of this study is to determine the teacher’s perceptions of the challenges and strategies in supporting students with reading *** study used qualitative method of research and descriptive approach as its research design,in addition to a set of structured interview questions administered through Google Forms to gather data from elementary teachers of Taal Central School,located at Taal *** structured interview questions were carefully designed to cover various dimensions of the study,including the types of challenges perceived by teachers,strategies employed,and possible solutions for addressing the problems encountered in the process of supporting students with reading *** results revealed that teachers faced several challenges when teaching students with reading difficulties such as emotional and motivational issues/factors,lack of resources or teaching aids,deficits in knowledge and skills,and problems with student engagement and *** study also showed common approaches utilized by the teachers in supporting students with reading difficulties,which were fostering a positive and supportive environment,adopting individualized and multifaceted approaches,and utilizing effective teaching tools and ***,teachers also concluded varied solutions in addressing the challenges perceived in teaching students with reading difficulties towards fostering reading *** include developing peer support,use of positive reinforcement,and parental ***,specialized resources,professional development for teachers,and specific teaching strategies are also highlighted as crucial *** integrating these approaches,teachers concluded that it can create a supportive and effective learning environment tailored to the needs of students with reading difficulties.

Biliary complications associated with weight loss,cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis

Biliary complications like cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis are more common in bariatric surgery patients due to obesity and rapid weight *** with a body mass index>40 face an eightfold risk of developing *** surgery,especially after laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(LRYGB),30%of patients develop biliary disease due to rapid weight *** aim of this review is to analyze the main biliary complications that occur after bariatric surgery and its management.A review of the literature was conducted mainly from 2010 up to 2023 with regard to biliary complications associated with bariatric patients in SciELO,PubMed,and *** undergoing LRYGB have a higher incidence(14.5%)of symptomatic calculi post-surgery compared to those undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy at 4.1%.Key biliary complications within 6 to 12 months post-surgery include:Cholelithiasis:36%;Biliary colic/dyskinesia:3.86%;Acute cholecystitis:0.98%-18.1%;Chronic cholecystitis:70.2%;Choledocholithiasis:0.2%-5.7%and Pancreatitis:0.46%-9.4%.Surgeons need to be aware of these complications and consider surgical treatments based on patient symptoms to enhance their quality of life.

This study examines the role of the syntactic complexity of the text in the reading comprehension skills of *** the qualitative method of research,this paper used structured interview questions as the main data-gathering *** language teachers from Coral na Munti national High School were selected as the respondents of the *** of the study suggests that the syntactic complexity of the text affects the reading comprehension of the *** found it challenging to understand the message that the author conveyed if he or she used a large number of phrases and clauses in one ***,the complex sentence syntactic structure was deemed the most challenging for students to *** overcome said challenges in comprehending text,various reading intervention programs were utilized by *** interventions include focused or targeted instruction and the implementation of the Project Dear,suggested by the Department of *** programs were proven to help students improve their comprehension as well as their knowledge in syntactical structure of *** study underscores the importance of selecting appropriate reading materials and implementing suitable reading intervention programs to enhance students’comprehension skills.

Precipitation kinetics of carbides during cyclical and isothermal aging of 2.25Cr–1Mo steel and its effect on mechanical properties

The carbide precipitation was analyzed during aging of 2.25Cr–1Mo steel at 550℃.The as-received steel was aged in two different manners:the first treatment was an isothermal aging at 550℃ for time up to 1000 h,and the second one was carried out by a cyclical aging,which consisted of aging at 550℃ for 1 h,water quenching at room temperature and then newly heating at 550℃.This procedure was repeated up to 300 *** M_(23)C_(6) and M6C carbide precipitation took place intragranularly and intergranularly for both aging *** carbide coarsening was detected to occur with the increasing aging ***,the growth kinetics of precipitation occurred more rapidly in the case of cyclical *** specimen hardness decreased with the aging time in both cases;however,it occurred in shorter aging time for the cyclical *** testing indicated the increase in ductility with the aging time,and the cyclically aged specimens showed larger ductility than the isothermally aged specimens.

Effect of the addition of different sodium alginates on viscoelastic,structural features and hydrolysis kinetics of corn starch gels

Corn starch gels(1:4 w:w)were made with the addition(up to 2%w/w starch basis)of sodium alginates of different average molecular sizes and *** of the starchy gels were characterized to evaluate their *** were subjected to in vitro digestion to estimate the effect of alginates addition on glycemic *** alginates significantly decreased the value of the elastic modulus of *** coordination number obtained from complex modulus indicated that in general,less compact structures were obtained in the presence of *** results were confirmed by scanning electron micrographs,where significant differences in the structure of alginate-corn starch gels were observed,but molecular size of alginates was not *** rate decreased with the presence of alginates in corn starch gels by interactions of alginates with leached *** high alginate content,slower hydrolysis rates were determined when the most hygroscopic alginates were added.
