To the Editor:Creatine kinase(CK),also called creatine phosphokinase,is primarily located in the cytoplasm and *** can be used to diagnose cardiac diseases such as myocardial infarction,viral myocarditis,and pericarditis because it is a vital kinase directly related to intracellular energy operation,muscle contraction,and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)*** studies have confirmed in recent years that serum biomarkers such as elevated CK are associated with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and its related pathological protein.[1]Previous research indicated that systemic conditions,particularly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,are significant risk factors for cognitive impairment,and dysfunction of peripheral organs may also contribute to cognitive decline and AD.[2]However,the connection between CK and AD remains ***,to investigate the association between CK and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)AD pathology biomarkers,we analyzed data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI),a global multi-centered database.

Epigenetic clocks are accurate predictors of human chronological age based on the analysis of DNA methylation(DNAm)at specific CpG ***,a systematic comparison between DNA methylation data and other omics datasets has not yet been ***,available DNAm age predictors are based on datasets with limited ethnic *** address these knowledge gaps,we generated and analyzed DNA methylation datasets from two independent Chinese cohorts,revealing age-related DNAm ***,a DNA methylation aging clock(iCAS-DNAmAge)and a group of DNAm-based multi-modal clocks for Chinese individuals were developed,with most of them demonstrating strong predictive capabilities for chronological *** clocks were further employed to predict factors influencing aging *** DNAm aging clock,derived from multi-modal aging features(compositeAge-DNAmAge),exhibited a close association with multi-omics changes,lifestyles,and disease status,underscoring its robust potential for precise biological age *** findings offer novel insights into the regulatory mechanism of age-related DNAm changes and extend the application of the DNAm clock for measuring biological age and aging pace,providing the basis for evaluating aging intervention strategies.

目的为了解决船舶航向保持过程中舵角幅值过大以及舵角变换率过高而导致能耗过大的问题，提出一种基于双重非线性正反馈的节能降碳航向保持控制方法。方法采用闭环增益成形算法（CGSA）设计控制器，引入双重非线性反馈算法，通过双极性S函数与反正切函数的结合降低舵角幅值与操舵频率，最后使用正反馈的方法实现整个控制系统的控制。结果仿真结果表明，在6级海况和8级海况下，采用所提出的双重非线性反馈控制方法，反映舵机能耗的综合节能评价指标分别改进了31.53%和18.63%。结论验证了双重非线性反馈在降低舵机能耗、减少船舶航行过程中碳排放方面具有较好效果，以及正反馈和负反馈的等价控制效果。所提方法为船舶航向保持控制的研究提供了较好的应用参考价值。

城市系统地震韧性评价是一个多指标、多因素、具有不确定性的综合评价问题。针对城市系统的特点,从危害性因素、脆弱性因素、响应能力因素3个方面构建了城市系统地震韧性综合评价指标体系。为解决指标体系中的模糊性和随机性问题,引入二维云模型,通过安全维和可恢复性维的综合评价云图反映各城市的地震韧性水平,并通过贴近度计算准确得出其评价等级。以甘肃省3个区域的城市为案例,验证了该方法的合理性和可行性,为地震韧性综合评价提供了一种新方法。验证结果表明:该模型评价结果与实际情况基本吻合;生命线工程、道路疏散能力、城市规划管理为各区域城市韧性水平较低因素,需重点关注。

利用农业废弃草类植物进行制浆造纸可缓解中国制浆造纸工业面临的纤维原料短缺压力,将制浆过程产生的纤维原料废渣和制浆废液溶出物等固体废弃物进行颗粒燃料制备是实现工业固废物资源化利用的有效途径。为了解制浆过程不同纤维原料废渣的燃烧特性,将制浆过程备料工段产生的纤维原料废渣通过压缩成型技术制备了颗粒燃料,利用热重仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、热分析-红外-气质联用仪对不同纤维原料废渣固废物制备的颗粒燃料的燃烧特性进行了分析比较,研究探讨了添加制浆废液对颗粒燃料燃烧性能的改善效果。结果表明,草类纤维原料废渣基颗粒燃料因不可燃杂质含量较高,固定碳含量较低,其燃烧性能稍差于木材废渣基颗粒燃料;草类纤维原料废渣基颗粒燃料中的碱金属元素与硅元素在高温下反应生成结渣性金属硅酸盐类颗粒灰分;草类废渣基颗粒燃料因不可燃杂质含量较高导致固定碳不完全燃烧,增加了燃烧排放气体中CO气体成分。基于资源化利用制浆过程溶出物和改善颗粒燃料的燃烧性能,将10.28%固形物含量的制浆废液/麦草废渣混合物压缩制备颗粒燃料,颗粒燃料的综合燃烧指数为2.50×10^(-7)%^(2)/(min^(2)·℃~3),燃烧活化能为59.88 kJ/mol,与麦草废渣基颗粒燃料相比,燃烧指数提高了171.74%,燃烧活化能降低了22.72%,麦草废渣基颗粒燃料的燃烧性能得到明显改善。研究结果可为制浆造纸过程固体废弃物的资源化利用提供理论参考。
