The phase stability of an optical coherence elastography(OCE)system is the key determining factor for achieving a precise elasticity measurement,and it can be affected by the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),timing jitters in the signal acquisition process,and fluctuations in the optical path difference(OPD)between the sample and reference *** this study,we developed an OCE system based on swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)with a common-path configuration(SS-OCECP).Our system has a phase stability of 4.2 mrad without external stabilization or extensive post-processing,such as *** phase stability allows us to detect a displacement as small as~300 pm.A common-path interferometer was incorporated by integrating a 3-mm wedged window into the SS-OCT system to provide intrinsic compensation for polarization and dispersion mismatch,as well as to minimize phase fluctuations caused by the OPD *** wedged window generates two reference signals that produce two OCT images,allowing for averaging to improve the ***,the electrical components are optimized to minimize the timing jitters and prevent edge collisions by adjusting the delays between the trigger,k-clock,and signal,utilizing a high-speed waveform digitizer,and incorporating a high-bandwidth balanced *** validated the SSOCECP performance in a tissue-mimicking phantom and an in vivo rabbit model,and the results demonstrated a significantly improved phase stability compared to that of the conventional *** the best of our knowledge,we demonstrated the first SS-OCECP system,which possesses high-phase stability and can be utilized to significantly improve the sensitivity of elastography.

The UV photooxidation with Fe（Ⅲ） and H2O2 was employed to treat a naval derusting wastewater, which contains the high COD （chemical oxygen demand） and various metal concentrations exceptionally with high concentrations of citric acid and iron. Because of its iron containment, the Fenton-like reaction automatically took place with the added amount of H2O2. The decomposition rate was found in a sequence of： UV/HEOE/Fe（Ⅲ）〉 UV/H2O2 〉 Fe（Ⅱ）/H2O2. Two H2O2 injection methods, single and multiple points, were evaluated. The multiple-point H2O2 injection was more efficient to decompose the citric acid. The decomposition of the synthetic citric acid and the real derusting citric acid wastewater was also compared. The 93% COD reduction of the derusting wastewater was achieved using the UV/HEOE/Fe（Ⅲ） treatment.

Locoregionally advanced laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancers(LA-LHCs)are traditionally treated with surgery followed by postoperative radiotherapy,which impairs speech and swallowing functions and reduces the quality of life.^(1,2)The use of induction chemotherapy(IC)as a larynxpreserving approach for LA-LHCs has been verified and refined.^(3)However,the short-term tumor response to IC varies,non-responders usually show poor survival and little benefit.

Benign prostate and prostatic adeno- carcinoma contain rare quiescentneuroendocrine cells while small cell neu- roendocrine carcinoma （SCNC）, a variant form of prostate cancer, contains highly proliferative neuroendocrine tumor cells. We provide evidence that IL-8-CXCR2- P53 pathway keeps the NE cells in a quiescent state normally. P53 mutation inactivates this pathway, resulting in hyper-proliferation and aggressive beha- vior of the NE cells in SCNC. Therefore, we have identified potential cells of origin and a molecular target for prostatic SCNC that are different from those of adenocarci- noma, which explains SCNC＇s distinct bio- logy and the clinical observation that it does not respond to hormonal therapy.

The prefrontal cortex (PFC) plays an important role in cognitive process related to executive function, but is also active during resting states. Quantifying prefrontal cortex activity during resting states provides a baseline for interpreting task-induced brain activity. Researchers commonly use resting conditions where participants are prompted to stare at a screen (eyes open) or close their eyes (eyes closed). Are these two conditions equivalent representations of a baseline resting state? Further, does prefrontal cortex activity during these conditions change as a function of development? The aim of this study was to examine differences in prefrontal cortex activity between eyes open and eyes closed conditions during resting states in children and adults to provide a rationale of proper selection of baseline condition in future research. Thirty-six participants in 3 age groups were recruited in this study including twenty-four adults, five 12 - 15 years old children, and seven 8 - 11 years old children. Relative changes in concentrations of oxygenated hemoglobin (Δoxy-Hb) and deoxygenated hemoglobin (Δdeoxy-Hb) were obtained by using functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) in eyes closed (EC) and eyes open (EO) conditions, 3 minutes each. Contrasts were tested to compare the differences of Δoxy-Hb and Δdeoxy-Hb between eyes open and eyes closed conditions. The EC condition had significantly higher Δoxy-Hb than EO when all groups were combined (t (17.268) = 3.021, p = .008, Cohen’s d = –0.72). When comparing Δoxy-Hb between eyes conditions within each group, the younger group had significantly higher Δoxy-Hb in EC than EO (t (9.459) = 2.734, p = 0.022, Cohen’s d = –1.46). Based on these results, the EO condition may be a better baseline condition, particularly in studies with younger children, since it has less activity in the PFC that could interfere with interpretations of task-induced activity.

由于中国是一个正在转型中以及人口密度高的国家，在可持续发展的方针下，建设发展成为了不可或缺的元素。中国的建筑行业已经开始于世界其他国的相同领域接轨，在施工安全政策和方针都以借鉴的方式学习并完善国内对施工安全的管理机制。但在中国建筑行业工人的安全绩效似乎还是落后于其他国家。由于大量的建筑工人来自中国的农村地区，这一群人的共同特点通常是文化水平较低和职业技能较低，导致在作业时不能完全遵循工地的安全规范。因工人无法在作业时合理的判断所在的施工环境，可能导致作业时误判危险环境形成工人最终选择危险性行为。这一问题对于实现“零事故”将是一个很大地挑战。同时，管理者的沟通风格和模式也能影响工人对施工安全的认识和对不安全环境的判断。本文将以认知科学的角度对管理者的口头沟通风格、模式以及工人对施工安全的认知和行为作为主要研究方向，并试图找出在中国建筑市场现有的普遍现象和对应的解决方法。通过以工长的沟通方式来进一步了解工人对安全的认知失效与他们不安全行为之间的影响，本研究采用了Input–Process–Output (IPO)模型来关联研究中不同的变量因子。利用经历抽样法(Experience Sampling Method)和实地取样的方法来收取相关的数据。本研究在两个不同的工地收取89名建筑工人关于工长与他们的沟通和工人的安全认知的数据，以及现场工人的不安全行为数据。结果表明，了解工人不安全行为的根本原因可能可以协助工长更有效地管理现场的工人。试验结果发现工长的口头沟通方式很有可能直接影响到工人对安全的认知，从而导致工人在现场施工安全行为。本文进行了一项实验，以中国的两个建筑工地作为试验案例，以钢筋建筑工人作为核心的试验对象。该实验设计是基于文献回顾和专家访谈而建立的。实验的主要重点包括：1）建立工长的口头沟通、工人的安全认知以及工人现场的不安全行为之间的关联机理模型，和2）利用案例研究的方式验证相关的关联点。本研究发现工长的口头沟通方式会影响到工人施工时的不安全行为。虽然两组的工长与他们的工人对安全的交流力度非常相似，但是两组工人最终的安全行为比例却有些不同。工人的安全意识很可能被他们的工长的沟通方式影响。在认知工程学的角度来看，工长采用合适的沟通方式将能更有效地提高工人对安全的认知以减少工人在现场的施工时的不安全行为。
