It is generally accepted that during collisionless magnetic reconnection, electrons flow toward the X line in the separatrix region, and then an electron depletion layer is *** this paper, with two-dimensional(2 D) particle-in-cell(PIC)simulation, we investigate the characteristics of the separatrix region during magnetic *** addition to the electron depletion layer, we find that there still exists an electric field parallel to the magnetic field in the separatrix *** a reduced ion-to-electron mass ratio and light speed are usually used in PIC simulation models, we also change these parameters to analyze the characteristics of the separatrix *** is found that the increase in the ion-to-electron mass ratio makes the electron depletion layer and the parallel electric field more obvious, while the influence of light speed is less pronounced.

Sequence analysis of virus isolation DNA of tobacco leaf curl disease shows that there is the second geminivirus (not Chinese Tobacco Leaf Curl Virus, TbLCV-CHI) that causes tobacco leaf curl disease in the field in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. This virus DNA-A contains 2 734 nt. Large intergenic region (LIR) contains 269 nt, the virus sense strand contains 2 open reading frames (ORFs): AV1 (115 aa) and AV2 (coat protein gene, CP, 256 aa), and the complementary sense strand contains 4 ORFs: AC1 (replicase gene, 361 aa), AC2 (transactivator, 134 aa), ACS (134 aa) and AC4 (97 aa). The virus belongs to one kind of subgroup III gemini- viruses from old world, and could be the Chinese tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV-CHI).

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal human malignancies, partly because of its propensity for metastasis. However, highly metastatic human pancreatic cancer cell lines suitable for studies of metastasis are currently lacking. Here we established two highly metastatic human pancreatic cancer cell lines, MIA PaCa-2 In8 and Panc-1 In8, by Matrigel induction assay. The cell lines were further characterized both in vitro and in vivo. MIA PaCa-2 In8 and Panc-1 In8 cells demonstrated increased migration and invasion compared with their respective parental cells. Following injection into nude mice, MIA PaCa-2 In8 and Panc-1 In8 cells resulted in more pulmonary metastases compared with the parental cells. Furthermore, analyses of m RNA, long non-coding RNA, micro RNA, and methylation profiling revealed that these factors were aberrantly regulated in the highly metastatic cells,indicating that they probably affected metastasis. We thus established and characterized two highly metastatic human pancreatic cell lines that could be used as valuable tools for future investigations into the pathogenesis, metastasis, and potential treatment of human pancreatic cancer.

We previously isolated a new species of the genus Phlebovirus from wild sandflies collected from Wuxiang County in central China,which named the Wuxiang virus(WUXV).In this study,we re-isolated the WUXV from wild sandflies collected from two villages in Yangquan County,China in *** virus isolates that caused cytopathic effects in BHK-21 cells were successfully isolated from sandfly specimens collected from chicken pens and sheep *** analyses of the L,M and S gene segments of the viruses revealed that the four virus strains represented the previously isolated *** minimum infection rate(MIR)of the virus isolated from the sheep pen was 3.21,and the MIR of the virus isolated from the chicken pen was *** positive rates of Wuxiang virus neutralizing antibodies in serum samples of local healthy people and domestic chickens were 8.7%(4/46)and 100%(4/4),respectively,suggesting that Wuxiang virus can infect human and *** view of the fact that Wuxiang virus is infectious to humans and animals and has a relatively wide geographical distribution in China,it is of great public health significance to strengthen the investigation and study on the infection status of Wuxiang virus in humans and animals.

空间作为科学探索与发现的处女地、基础与工程研究的极端环境综合实验室有其独特优势.在空间科学探测研究中,无论是自然物理现象研究,还是地外资源、灾害研究和国家安全应用研究,X/γ射线探测已经成为不可缺少的手段.自然界有很多未解的科学之谜,其探索和研究与X/γ射线辐射探测密切相关,基础研究关键科学问题有:暗物质与暗能量、超新星爆发、黑洞形成、月球与行星演化、宇宙起源等;地外空间的可用资源;国家安全与空间灾害研究等等.此外,空间X/γ射线辐射探测研究与应用和地面不同,因发射与空间环境要求,空间辐射探测仪器除了具有良好的性能外,还应具有高可靠的品质.因此,还有多个关键技术难题须攻克.空间辐射物理研究与应用前景广阔.与美国、俄罗斯、日本等及欧洲的空间科技强国相比,我国启动较晚,投入较少,工业基础底子薄,相对落后,尤其空间X/γ射线探测与应用相对基础更为薄弱,应引起高度重视,且当加大投入与支持,努力使中国成为科学强国.
