低温胁迫对石榴光合特性和抗氧化能力的影响

从生理水平分析低温胁迫对不同品种石榴幼苗光合特性和抗氧化活性的影响,筛选低温对石榴影响的代表性评价指标,为石榴抗寒性育种研究和抗寒性评价体系建立提供科学依据。以1年生喀什酸石榴(抗寒性强)和突尼斯软籽石榴(抗寒性弱)2个品种幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方式,通过人工模拟低温的试验方法在人工气候室中设置5个温度水平的处理2、4、6 d,探究低温处理期间对2种石榴幼苗叶片光响应曲线(P_(max)、AQY、LCP、LSP)、叶片水分饱和亏(WSD)、活性氧自由基(H2O_(2)、O_(2)^(^(·-)))和抗氧化酶活性(POD、SOD、CAT、APX)的影响,利用主成分分析进行抗寒性生理生化指标的筛选。结果表明,随低温胁迫时间的延长,2种石榴的最大光合速率、表观量子效率和光饱和点呈下降趋势;随着胁迫温度的下降和低温胁迫时间的延长,细胞膜的完整性受到破坏,叶片水分饱和亏、H2O_(2)含量和产生速率呈上升趋势;随胁迫温度的降低,抗氧化酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。主成分分析表明,抗寒性筛选指标的重要性排序为H2O_(2)=SOD>LSP>POD>LCP>P_(max)>O_(2)^(^(·-))>WSD>AQY>CAT>APX。综上,低温胁迫使2种石榴光合器官的结构和功能受到破坏,光合速率降低,同时受到氧化损伤,抗氧化系统对低温胁迫做出响应从而抵御活性氧的积累对细胞膜质过氧化造成的伤害,以维持抗氧化酶系统的稳定,降低膜透性损伤。通过主成分分析对比发现,低温胁迫下维持光合作用或积累较高的抗氧化酶活性是喀什酸石榴品种较突尼斯软籽石榴抗寒性强的原因。

目的采用偏币随机序贯法观察丙泊酚镇静抑制成人胃镜插入反应的95%有效药物剂量(ED95)。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选取2021年4~5月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院进行无痛胃镜检查的40例患者,其中男性15例,女性25例;美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级:Ⅰ级26例,Ⅱ级14例;平均年龄为(50.80±9.14)岁,平均体重指数为(24.08±2.65)kg/m^(2)。麻醉方案均采用丙泊酚单一镇静。丙泊酚的初始剂量设为1.6 mg/kg,剂量梯度设为0.1 mg/kg。试验采用偏币随机序贯法,任一患者的丙泊酚镇静剂量均由前一位患者胃镜插入反应所决定。若前一位患者胃镜插入反应为阳性,下一位患者丙泊酚镇静的初始剂量上调0.1 mg/kg,若前一位患者胃镜插入反应为阴性,则进行偏币随机,下一位患者丙泊酚初始剂量有5%的概率下调0.1 mg/kg,有95%的概率保持不变。记录不同时间点患者平均动脉压、心率、脉氧饱和度的变化,记录围手术期低血压、心动过缓、心动过速、低氧血症等不良反应。计量资料以均数±标准差(x±s)表示,不同时间点之间比较采用t检验。采用概率单位(Probit)回归分析法计算丙泊酚抑制成人胃镜插入反应的ED95及其95%CI。结果40例患者均顺利完成胃镜检查。丙泊酚镇静抑制成人胃镜插入反应的ED95为2.58 mg/kg,其95%CI为2.40~3.31 mg/kg。平均动脉压在麻醉开始前、注入丙泊酚后、胃镜过咽喉部位时、检查结束即刻分别为(97.33±13.34)、(93.15±11.35)、(78.95±9.30)、(79.38±9.94)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),胃镜过咽喉部位时和检查结束即刻平均动脉压较麻醉前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过偏币随机序贯法确定丙泊酚镇静抑制成人胃镜插入反应的ED95为2.58 mg/kg(95%CI:2.40~3.31 mg/kg)。

Fusarium head blight(FHB) caused by Fusarium graminearum is a devastating fungal disease on small grain cereal crops,because it reduces yield and quality and causes the mycotoxin contamination to the *** and dynamin-related proteins(DRPs) are large GTPase superfamily members,which are typically involved in the budding and division of vesicles in eukaryotic cells,but their roles in Fusarium *** ***,we found that FgDnm1,a DRP and homolog to Dnm1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae,contributes to the normal fungal growth,sexual reproduction and sensitivity to *** addition,we found FgDnm1 co-localizes with mitochondria and is involved in toxisome formation and deoxynivalenol(DON) *** quinone outside inhibitors(QoIs) and succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs) cause fragmentated morphology of ***,the deletion of FgDnm1displays filamentous mitochondria and blocks the mitochondrial fragmentation induced by QoIs and *** together,our studies uncover the effect of mitochondrial dynamics in fungal normal growth and how such events link to fungicides sensitivity and toxisome ***,we concluded that altered mitochondrial morphology induced by QoIs and SDHIs depends on FgDnm1.

Genetic diversity,population structure,and population expansion of goats worldwide(4165 individuals from 196 breeds)were analyzed using published mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)D_loop hypervariable region *** showed that 2409 haplotypes and 301 polymorphic sites were present within the 401-bp length D_loop region,the nucleotide diversity(Pi)was 0.03471,and the haplotype diversity(Hd)was *** analysis revealed that 98.92%of haplotypes were divided into six obvious clusters,consistent with the classification of the known mitochondrial haplogroups of *** A accounted for the largest proportion(86%).Interestingly,two unknown divisions(Unknown I and Unknown II)were discovered from goats in Southwest China,suggesting that Southwest China has unique maternal *** of molecular variance(AMOVA)and the average number of pairwise differences between populations(PiXY)indicated that geographical variation was small but *** tests(Tajima’s D and Fu’s FS tests)and mismatch distribution showed that haplogroups B,C,and G had expansion *** addition,the phylogenetic relationship between domestic and wild goats suggested that Capra aegagrus is the most likely wild ancestor and may have participated in the domestication of ancestral populations of A,B,C,and F haplogroups.A meta-analysis on the mtDNA sequences of goats from international databases was conducted to analyze goats’genetic diversity,population structure,and matrilineal system evolution *** results may help further understand the domestication history and gene flow of goats worldwide.

The effect of titanium on the as-cast structure and the growth form of titanium precipitates, and the effect of cooling rate on the size and distribution of titanium precipitates were studied. It is shown that Ti-rich precipitates acting as heterogeneous nucleation sites play an important role in refining the grain size and increasing the equiaxed grain ratio. Cooling rate has a great effect on the size and distribution of precipitates. The number of precipitates increases and the size decreases with the increase of cooling rate. Ti-rich particles acting as het- erogeneous nucleation sites at the onset of solidification are observed in the experiment. This result suggests that TiN nucleated on Ti2O3 is an effective inoculant for δ-ferrite during solidification in low carbon steel.

The implementation of scalable quantum networks requires photons at the telecom band and long-lived spin coherence. The single Er3+in solid-state hosts is an important candidate that fulfills these critical requirements simultaneously. However, to entangle distant Er3+ions through photonic connections, the emission frequency of individual Er3+in solid-state matrix must be the same, which is challenging because the emission frequency of Er3+depends on its local environment. Herein, we propose and experimentally demonstrate the Stark tuning of the emission frequency of a single Er3+in a Y2SiO5crystal by employing electrodes interfaced with a silicon photonic crystal cavity. We obtain a Stark shift of 182.9±0.8 MHz, which is approximately 27 times of the optical emission linewidth, demonstrating promising applications in tuning the emission frequency of independent Er3+into the same spectral channels. Our results provide a useful solution for construction of scalable quantum networks based on single Er3+and a universal tool for tuning emission of individual rare-earth ions.

Heavy Metal Accumulation in Plants on Mn Mine Tailings

The Xiangtan Manganese (Mn) Mine in the middle of Hunan Province, China, has been mined since 1913 with mine tailings including excavated wastes, wastewater, and smelting wastes. A survey was conducted on the Mn mine tailing soils and eight plants on the Mn mine tailings. The concentrations of soil Mn, Pb, and Cd and the metal-enrichment traits of these eight plants were analyzed simultaneously. Exceptionally high concentrations of these three metals were found in the soils, especially on the tailing dam. Each plant investigated in this study accumulated the three heavy metals, but no hyperaccumulator of these metals was found. However, analysis indicated that Poa pratensis Linn., Gnaphalium affine D. Don, Pteris vittata L., Conyza canadensis (L.) Cronq., and Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. possessed specially good metal-enrichment and metal-tolerant traits. P. pratensis, G. affine, and P. vittata were Pb-tolerant plants; and C. canadensis, P. pratensis, and G. affine were Cd-tolerant plants. P. acinosa had a great tolerance to Mn. and it was a valuable plant for on-site phytoremediation. Phragmites communis Trin. was found to have high metal tolerance and economic benefit as a raw material for paper and should be considered for soil remediation. G. affine and C. canadensis had excessive accumulation of Mn and could be useful in phytoremediation. However, although P. pratensis was a good accumulator, it was not a suitable plant for soil remediation because its biomass was too little.

Performance of a single-stage Linde-Hampson refrigerator operating with binary refrigerants at the temperature level of-60°C

The optimization of the performance of a single-stage Linde-Hampson refrigerator (LHR) operating with six different binary refrigerants (R23/R134a,R23/R227ea,R23/R236ea,R170/R290,R170/R600a and R170/R600) with ozone depletion potentials (ODPs) of zero was conducted using a new approach at the temperature level of -60°*** these binary refrigerants,the 0.55 and the 0.6 mole fractions of R23 for R23/R236ea are the most prospective nonflammable ones for the medium and low suction pressure compressors,*** these two kinds of compressors,the 0.6 and the 0.65 mole fractions of R170 for R170/R600,respectively,are the most prospective binary refrigerants with low global warming potentials (GWPs).The results of optimization of pressure levels indicate that the optimum low pressure value for coefficients of performance (COP) is achieved when the minimum temperature differences occur at both the hot and the cold ends of the recuperator at a specified composition and pressure *** useful new parameters,the entropy production per unit heat recuperated and the ratio of heat recuperating capacity to the power consumption of the compression,were introduced to analyze the exergy loss ratio in the *** new approach employed in this paper also suggests a promising application even to the optimization of the performance with multi-component refrigerants.
