In this study,a specific and rapid high-performance liquid chromatography(HpLC)method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of amoxicillin,lansoprazole,and levofloxacin in *** was used as internal standard(IS)in the ***-Vis absorption spectra of the analytes and the IS were taken for the determination of suitable absorption wavelength of UV-Vis detector(diode array detector,DAD)in the HpLC instrument.A reverse-phase C18 column was used in the separation and determination of amoxicillin,lansoprazole,and levofloxacin together with the *** pharmaceutical analytes were quantified by the UV-Vis diode array detector in the HpLC using MeOH-0.01 M CH_(3)COONH_(4)(70:30)as the mobile *** linear calibration curves of them were measured in the ranges of 15-40 mg/L,2.5-15.0 mg/L,and 7.5-20.0 mg/L for amoxicillin,lansoprazole,and levofloxacin,*** calibration correlations(R^(2):0.9942,0.9997,and 0.9974)were *** percentage recoveries of the amoxicillin,lan-soprazole,and levofloxacin in commercial pharmaceuticals were obtained as 105.5%,98.57%,and 102.5%,*** results showed that amoxicillin,lansoprazole,and levofloxacin together with paracetamol IS could be separated and determined simultaneously with low LOD and LOQ values using the proposed HpLC method.

There has been a strong interest in the use of phase Change Materials (pCMs) for the transient thermal abatement of high powered *** paper presents a set of transient computational analysis for selected IC packages with the purpose of calibrating the merits of pCM in different *** transient analysis of high powered microprocessors with heat sinks was performed as a benchmark for comparison with the same microprocessors fitted with pCM in the following configurations:a) pCM imbedded into the finned region of the heat sink,b) pCM mounted between the microprocessor and heat sink,c) sealed pCM underfill to the microprocessor and d) pCM fitted to the underside of the printed circuit board directly beneath the *** analysis was performed using a commercial CFD tool together with an approximation to the phase change mechanism using the slope *** indicate the merit of each configuration.

Bone formation is a highly energy-demanding.p.ocess that can be impacted by metabolic *** has been considered the principal substrate for osteoblasts,although fatty acids are also important for osteoblast ***,we report that osteoblasts can derive energy from endogenous fatty acids stored in lipid droplets via lipolysis and that this process is critical for bone *** such,we demonstrate that osteoblasts accumulate lipid droplets that are highly dynamic and provide the molecular mechanism by which they serve as a fuel source for energy generation during osteoblast *** cytoplasmic lipolysis leads to both an increase in lipid droplet size in osteoblasts and an impairment in osteoblast *** fatty acids released by lipolysis from these lipid droplets become critical for cellular energy production as cellular energetics shifts towards oxidative phosphorylation during nutrient-depleted *** vivo,conditional deletion of the ATgL-encoding gene pnpla2 in osteoblast progenitor cells reduces cortical and trabecular bone parameters and alters skeletal lipid ***,our data demonstrate that osteoblasts store fatty acids in the form of lipid droplets,which are released via lipolysis to support cellular bioenergetic status when nutrients are *** in this process result in impairment of bone formation,specifically reducing ATp production and overall osteoblast function.

The effect of small addition of Sc on the microstructural evolution in Al-15Ag alloy was investigated by Monte Carlo simulation and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. Monte Carlo simulation results indicate that Ag clustering is suppressed by the addition of Sc during the initial ageing stage, and there is a little chemical repulsion between Ag atoms and Sc atoms. TEM observations show that the morphology of γ′ precipitation can be modified by the small addition of Sc, which does result in a refinement of γ′ precipitates in Al-15Ag-0.2Sc. The mechanism by which trace Sc affect the microstructure is to reduce the ledge density of γ′precipitates.
