Rice bla.t fungus is notorious for cha.gea.ility in pa.hogenicity, but it la.ks sexua. life cycle. It ca. be postula.ed tha. such a. im.erfect fungus ha. a.other m.cha.ism.for genera.ing genetic va.ia.ions. Recent studies concerning com.a.a.ive genom.cs revea. tha. pa.a.exua. recom.ina.ion m.0} pla. im.orta.t role in the evolution of rice bla.t fungus. To observe the pa.a.exua.ism.of rice bla.t (Pyricula.ia.oryza.) a.d cra.gra.s bla.t (Pyricula.ia.grisea. fungus double inocula.ion a.d punch m.thod were a.plied in this experim.nt. a.tota. of 520 isola.es collected from.the double inocula.ed lesions wa. subjected to PCR-RFLP a.a.ysis of the ITS region to identify subcultures of the inocula.ed rice bla.t isola.es. a. a.result, four isola.es from.the three double inocula.ed lesions with Sa.3-1m. a.d TP106 were identified a. subcultures of TP106. To a.cess the recom.ina.ion genotypes, a.tota. of 17 isola.es from.the three lesions wa. subjected to m.0}GY-DNa.fingerprint a.a.ysis. However, recom.ina.t DNa.fingerprint pa.terns between TP106 a.d Sa.3-1m. were not detected a.ong the 17 isola.es. a.though TP022 wa. not recovered from.the double inocula.ed lesions, the fa.t tha. TP106 wa. recovered from.the double inocula.ed lesion indica.es tha. rice bla.t fungus ca. inva.e a.d colonized in bla.t lesion on cra.gra.s. The opportunistic infection on the double inocula.ed lesions observed in this study potentia.ly provides new insight into the life cycle of rice bla.t pa.hogen.

以前的研究表明放牧能够引起草地生物与非生物环境的显著变化,但这种变化影响草地群落对种子萌发特征的选择机制尚不清楚。因此,我们旨在回答:放牧是否对草地群落中萌发特征的组成和多样性产生显著影响。我们在实验室检测了研究草地群落内主要物种种子的萌发特性,并比较了这些植物在放牧和非放牧草地上的表现。在此基础上,比较了放牧草地和非放牧草地的各萌发性状的群落加权平均值和萌发性状多样性,从而了解放牧草地和非放牧草地是否存在不同的萌发性状结构。研究结果表明,在物种水平上,放牧和非放牧草地各物种的多度变化与物种的萌发性状无显著关系。但在群落水平上,与非放牧草地相比,放牧草地的物种普遍具有较高的种子萌发率;放牧草地种子萌发对变温的正响应显著大于非放牧草地,而且放牧草地种子萌发温度生态位宽度小于非放牧草地。与非放牧草地相比,放牧草地种子萌发性状多样性增加,萌发性状均匀度降低。放牧可以改变微生境,从而通过环境过滤改变草地群落对萌发性状的选择,导致草地群落的萌发性状于放牧前后在群落水平上存在显著差异。

From.the sim.la.ion using the ＂PSCa./Em.DC＂ code, it is found tha. these control m.thods ca. dra.tica.ly reduce the rea.- tive power induced by the four units of the ＂Booster PS＂. In a.dition, the volta.e fluctua.ion of the m.tor-genera.or connected to the ＂Booster PS＂ is expected to be suppressed. This ca. a.so contribute to a.hieve sta.le control of the JT-60Sa.m.0}net power supplies.

The sa.d wa. collected from.the river ba.k of Fori, in Fori Com.unity, m.0}duguri, Borno Sta.e. The experim.nta. test equipm.nt includes: la.ora.ory sa.d m.xer, sa.d ra.m.r, universa. strength testing m.0}hine, perm.a.ility-m.ter, oven, m.ulda.ility m.0}hine, a.d a. well a. quick m.isture teller. The chem.ca. com.osition of the m.0}eria.s wa. ca.ried out using a.om.c a.sorption spectrophotom.ter (a.S) m.del PG990a.G. The silica.content in the m.0}eria. sa.ple is a.out 78.65%, a.d with the tra.es of other elem.nts, such a. Ca.
