The results of experimental studies in the direction of the laser forming of nanostructured arrays of metal oxide crystals are presented in this paper. Laser synthesis of crystals of titanium oxide and aluminum oxide was investigated. Carbon nanotubes have been used to control the process of crystal growth. Formation of structures was carried out under the action of CW ytterbium fiber laser with intensity on the order 105 W/cm2. Laser irradiation of the initial target occurred with applying an external accelerating electric field. various forms of metal oxide crystals were obtained. Whiskers with cross dimensions on the order of 100 nm have been found among the formed structures.

Several d-metal perchlorate complexes with 3-hydrazino-4-amino-5-R-1,2,4-triazoles as ligands （where R=H, CH3, SH） were investigated. It was shown that SH-group inhibited radical processes of thermal decomposition and burning of the complexes and also increased the thresholds of their Q-switch IR-laser initiation compared with the salts where as R=H, CH3-groups decreased the sensitivity of the metal complexes to laser initiation.

中蒙俄推进国际旅游合作,是落实"一带一路"倡议的重要抓手。论文从尺度重组理论的视角,通过构建国际旅游合作的理论分析框架,探讨中蒙俄旅游合作实施路径。研究认为,尺度重组体现出不同尺度权力主体互动博弈的过程,国际旅游合作既是由国家之间力量主导的逐层级的尺度下推,亦是在国家间合作宏观构架之下,依赖区域、地方的力量通过尺度上推而逐步深化。根据中蒙俄旅游合作现状可识别出地方、区域、国家与(中蒙俄)国家间四个尺度,各自通过不同内容的尺度上推/下推策略,在各层级主体的行动者网络中寻求突破强制通过点,以期实现国际旅游合作的深度目标。不同尺度间的相互作用在地理空间上表征为多元层级的旅游地系统空间结构模式,尺度重组将促进旅游地空间系统在各尺度权力主体的协同与权衡中逐渐趋向于复杂与完善。

The paper is focused on different kinds of gravity results obtained in Shults Cape Observatory for 2010 -2015. Gravity observation is interpreted together with GPS observation data which was obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the same station, The station is situated on Gamov peninsular （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Russia） at the coast of Japan Sea, This region constitutes the eastern boundary of Eurasia. This major continental tectonic feature is associated with a seismic activity, high heat flow and anomalous thickness of earth＇s crust. The goal of the observation was the investigation of gravity variation with time and seismicity situation monitoring. Gravity observation was developed at special basement by absolute gravimeter （GABL type） and by spring gravimeter （SCINREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models were tested by results of observation with spring gravimeters. Reduction task was solved, as the experimental data received from different points of Shults Cape Observatory was used. Applied reduction coefficient is 203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees with theoretical calculation. Next goal was studying structure of earth＇s crust by means of gravity models. Gravity anomaly varied from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which also depend on difference reference system, Experimental results were used for testing of the structure of continental boundary, which also depends on the sea bottom flexion. Thickness of elastic layer was estimated from 12 km to 18 km by using different models.

We present the first findings of the new electrically- and optically-detected magnetic resonance technique [ED electron spin resonance (EDESR) and (ODMR)] which reveal single point defects in the ultra-narrow silicon quantum wells (Si-QW) confined by the superconductor δ-barriers. This technique allows the ESR identification without the application of the external cavity as well as a high frequency source and recorder, with measuring the only magnetoresistance (EDESR) and transmission (ODMR) spectra within frameworks of the excitonic normal-mode coupling (NMC) caused by the microcavities embedded in the Si-QW plane. The new resonant positive magnetoresistance data are interpreted here in terms of the interference transition in the diffusive transport of free holes respectively between the weak antilocalization regime in the region far from the ESR of a paramagnetic point defect located inside or near the conductive channel and the weak localization regime in the nearest region of the ESR of that defect.

构建了冻土区垂直井轴套环的环绕岩石部分与空气热交换的三维数学模型。模型充分考虑了冷却器的存在、冻结液体的温度、冻结孔的长度及其数量和位置、大气温度、矿内的空气不均匀度以及所包含岩石的盐分程度。模型可以计算并预测坑口桩承载能力的变化,并将该变化作为影响冷冻系统工作的一个因素。通过使用这种三维数学模型,可确定出最合理的冷冻系统状态(针对于ALROSA证券公司矿山的条件)。这些系统状态数据包括坑口桩的承载能力和尺寸<0.5 m坑轴阻尼解冻环轮保护混凝土衬砌免受坑轴冻结和可能发生的变形侵害。

The purpose of this study was to determine the thickness of skin and fat folds in Kyrgyz women of various ages, taking into account their somatotypological profile. Using the method of complex anthropometry, including the determination of the values of 21 anthropometric parameters, the physical status of 1028 Kyrgyz women of different age groups was studied youth (16 - 20 years old 310 girls), mature age (1st period, 21 - 35 years old 308 women;2nd period, 36 - 55 years 410 women) living in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. For somatotyping, we used the scheme of constitutional diagnostics. Seven somatotypes distinguished within three constitutional groups. The subcutaneous fat was measured by caliperometry. Statistical processing carried out using the statistical programs Microsoft Excel and the STATISTICA package (v. 6.0). To determine the reliability of the differences between the indicators, the Student’s test was used (p ves of the euriplastic and pycnic somatotypes (p ve a pronounced somatotypological specificity. These materials on the physical development and constitutional and typological characteristics of the studied population of women applicable for a personalized approach in the context of a relative norm.

Modern achievements of interventional cardiology in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) have significantly increased frequency of interventions and volume of contrast media (CM). Contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CIAKI) associated with CM administration is determined by 26.5 μmol/l increase in serum creatinine (SCr) within 48 - 72 hours or >?1.5-fold SCr increase versus its known or estimated level in the previous 7 days. Without effective disease management, prevention with early CIAKI risk stratification and cessation of nephrotoxic medications taken by patients are important. Given significant complexity in existing CIAKI treatment, modern therapeutic options are limited only to adequate renal injury prevention. The problem’s significance and diagnostic limitations associated with SCr definition require search for clinically and diagnostically significant AKI biomarkers. In terms of coronarography and percutaneous coronary interventions, several studies have been conducted on clinical and diagnostic significance of some biomarkers. This article characterizes and discloses prospective practical use of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), liver-type fatty acid binding protein (L-FABP), kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1), cystatin C (CysC) and interleukins-6,8,18 (IL-6,8,18) in interventional cardiology.
