Pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and autophagy in spinal cord injury:regulatory mechanisms and therapeutic targets

Regulated cell death is a form of cell death that is actively controlled by *** studies have shown that regulated cell death plays a key role after spinal cord *** and ferroptosis are newly discovered types of regulated cell deaths that have been shown to exacerbate inflammation and lead to cell death in damaged spinal ***,a complex form of cell death that is interconnected with various regulated cell death mechanisms,has garnered significant attention in the study of spinal cord *** injury triggers not only cell death but also cellular survival *** signaling pathways play pivotal roles in influencing the processes of both deterioration and repair in spinal cord injury by regulating pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and ***,this review aims to comprehensively examine the mechanisms underlying regulated cell deaths,the signaling pathways that modulate these mechanisms,and the potential therapeutic targets for spinal cord *** analysis suggests that targeting the common regulatory signaling pathways of different regulated cell deaths could be a promising strategy to promote cell survival and enhance the repair of spinal cord ***,a holistic approach that incorporates multiple regulated cell deaths and their regulatory pathways presents a promising multi-target therapeutic strategy for the management of spinal cord injury.

基于特征点检测的热态H型钢断面尺寸测量算法研究

针对当前热态H型钢断面全尺寸测量需求,设计了一种基于线结构光的热态H型钢断面尺寸测量系统。测量系统由4个线结构光子系统、H型钢、电机等组成,通过各侧相机对H型钢进行图像采集,并将测量数据拼接实现热态H型钢断面全尺寸测量。为实现热态H型钢断面轮廓信息的精确提取,提出一种基于法线的高斯滤波线结构光中心线提取方法,分析高斯滤波对线结构光截面灰度分布对称均匀程度的影响规律,利用几何矩构建高斯截面灰度分布模型;在构建的模型基础上,设计一种基于法线的线结构光中心线提取方法,根据初提取中心线法线方向进行中心坐标计算和插值优化,实现热态H型钢线结构光图像中心线快速高精度提取。设计一种基于特征点检测的热态H型钢断面尺寸测量算法,分析热态H型钢轮廓形状特点和数学特征,拾取尺寸特征点,实现热态H型钢断面全尺寸测量。结果表明,与考虑膨胀系数后的热态H型钢尺寸相比,高度、宽度和翼缘的最大相对误差分别为0.06%、1.8%和1.76%;腹板厚度最大绝对误差为0.23 mm。提出的测量算法满足测量需求,能够实现热态H型钢断面尺寸测量。

Effects of substrate temperature and annealing treatment on the microstructure and magnetic characteristics of TbDyFe films

A series of TbDyFe films were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature and annealing temperature on the phase structure and the magnetic properties of the sample films were investigated. The an-nealing treatment has a significant influence on the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the sample. The results obtained by XRD indicate that the films deposited at a temperature lower than 525℃ are amorphous and have an easy magnetization direction perpendicular to the film plane. An RFe2 phase is formed in the sample annealed at 550℃ and the residual phases observed are Fe and rare earth oxide. The magnetic properties Hc and Mr/Ms of the film annealed at 550℃ obtain the maximum values,for which the formation of the RFe2 phase is mainly responsible. An annealing treatment leads to a rotation of the sample’s easy axis from being parallel to the film surface to becoming vertical.

Identification of Epinephelus malabaricus and Epinephelus coioides using DNA markers

Using multi-molecular marker technologies and based on morphological criteria, the genetic relationship between Epinepheelus malabaricus and E, coioides was examined in the hope of resolving the long-standing issue of identifying these two species. Results showed that：（ 1 ） E. coioides and E. malabaricus should be identified as two species, the consistency of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b gene sequence between E. malabaricus and E. coioides is 94.4%, and the genetic similarity by AFLP was 0.753 9 ; （2） Hybridization exists between E. malabaricus and E. coioides, the specific RAPD and AFLP fragments are found to be useful in the identification of these two species, and the genetic properties （both with exterior and inheritance） of hybrid is significantly biased to the male parents ; and （3） AFLP was a potentially powerful tool in constructing the genetic linkage map for these two groupers.

Broadband isolated attosecond pulse generation in a two-color laser field combined with an orthogonally polarized laser pulse

We present a method to generate broadband isolated attosecond pulses. Using a two-color laser field, which is synthesized by a mid-infrared （12.5 fs, 2000 nm） and a weaker （12 fs, 800 nm） pulse in the x direction, a modulated supercontinuum from 290 to 430 eV is obtainable. By properly adding a second-harmonic control field of the driving pulse in the y direction, the short quantum path is well selected and a smooth supercontinuum from 290 to 440 eV is generated. The bandwidth of the supercontinuum can be controlled by adjusting the electric field of the control pulse in the x direction. When the electric field increases to 0.051 a.u., a smooth supercontinuum from 295 to 520 eV is obtained. Using this method we expect that isolated 63-as attosecond pulses with tunable central wavelengths are straightforwardly *** present a method to generate broadband isolated attosecond pulses. Does a low solar cycle minimum hint at a weak upcoming cycle?

The maximum amplitude （Rm） of a solar cycle, in the term of mean sunspot numbers, is well-known to be positively correlated with the preceding minimum （Rmin）. So far as the long term trend is concerned, a low level of Rmin tends to be followed by a weak Rm, and vice versa. We found that the evidence is insufficient to infer a very weak Cycle 24 from the very low Rmin in the preceding cycle. This is concluded by analyzing the correlation in the temporal variations of parameters for two successive cycles.

The prediction method of similar cycles

The concept of degree of similarity （η）, is proposed to quantitatively describe the similarity of a parameter （e.g. the maximum amplitude Rmax） of a solar cycle relative to a referenced one, and the prediction method of similar cycles is further developed. For two parameters, the solar minimum （Rmin） and rising rate （βa）, which can be directly measured a few months after the minimum, a synthesis degree of similarity （ηs） is defined as the weighted-average of the η values around Rmin and βa, with the weights given by the coefficients of determination of Rmax with Rmin and βa, respectively. The monthly values of the whole referenced cycle can be predicted by averaging the corresponding values in the most similar cycles with the weights given by the ηs values. As an application, Cycle 24 is predicted to peak around January 2013 i8 （month） with a size of about Rmax = 84 ± 17 and to end around September 2019.

Inhibition and recovery of nitrification in treating real coal gasification wastewater with moving bed biofilm reactor

Moving bed biofilm reactor （MBBR） was used to treat real coal gasification wastewater. Nitrification of the MBBR was inhibited almost completely during start-up period. Sudden increase of influent total NH 3 concentration was the main factor inducing nitrification inhibition. Increasing DO concentration in the bulk liquid （from 2 to 3 mg/L） had little effect on nitrification recovery. Nitrification of the MBBR recovered partially by the addition of nitrifying sludge into the reactor and almost ceased within 5 days. Nitrification ratio of the MBBR achieved 65% within 12 days by increasing dilute ratio of the influent wastewater with tap water. The ratio of nitrification decreased to 25% when influent COD concentration increased from 650 to 1000 mg/L after nitrification recovery and recovered 70% for another 4 days.
