Objectives:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qishen yiqi Dripping Pill(QSYQ)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:This multicentre prospective cohort study was conducted at 40 centers in *** with ACS after PCI entered either the QSYQ or Western medicine(WM)groups naturally based on whether they had received QSYQ before *** group received QSYQ(0.52 g,3 times a day for 12 months)in addition to *** primary endpoint included cardiac death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,and urgent *** secondary endpoint included rehospitalization due to ACS,heart failure,stroke,and other thrombotic *** of life was assessed by the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ).Results:A total of 936 patients completed follow-up of the primary endpoint from February 2012 to December ***,487 patients received QSYQ and *** a median follow-up of 566 days(inter quartile range,IQR,517–602),the primary endpoint occurred in 46(9.45%)and 65(14.48%)patients in QSYQ and WM groups respectively[adjusted hazard ratio(HR)0.60,95%confidence interval(CI)0.41–0.90;P=0.013].The secondary endpoint occurred in 61(12.53%)and 74(16.48%)patients in QSYQ and WM groups,respectively(adjusted HR 0.76,95%CI 0.53–1.09;P=0.136).In sensitivity analysis,the results still demonstrated that WM combined with QSYQ reduced the risk of the primary endpoint(HR 0.67,95%CI 0.46–0.98;P=0.039).Moreover,QSYQ improved the disease perception domain of the SAQ(P<0.05).Conclusions:In patients with ACS after PCI,QSYQ combined with WM reduced the incidence of the primary *** findings provide a promising option for managing ACS after PCI and suggest the potential treatment for reducing the risk of primary endpoint included cardiac death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,and urgent revascularization through intermittent administration of QSYQ.(Registration *** CTR-OOC-14005552).

利用可控热机械处理工艺,在含0.5%C(摩尔分数)的FeCoCrNiMn高熵合金中获得具有纳米析出相和双峰晶粒尺寸分布的异质显微组织。粗大的M23C6碳化物倾向于在细晶粒的晶界处形成。与具有均匀显微组织的样品相比,异质结构FeCoCrNiMn−0.5%C(摩尔分数)高熵合金具有相似的平均晶粒尺寸(约4.8μm)。然而,它具有晶粒双峰结构且粒径<3μm的细晶粒的体积分数更高,从而使屈服强度从552 MPa提高到632 MPa。具有异质结构的样品在不同的区域呈现不同的力学性能和变形显微组织,导致在拉伸变形过程中产生明显的应变局域化和高密度的几何必要位错。这些变形特征有利于提高应变硬化能力,从而促进强度−塑性的协同作用。

The emergence of SARS-Co V-2 variant of concern omicron BA.2 led to high infection incidence rates as well as reduced severity of COVID-19 during the Shanghai Spring epidemic of 2022 [1]. We assessed the role of viral pathogenicity and the effectiveness of inactivated vaccines in a retrospective observational study including 10 258 confirmed COVID-19cases identified between April and June of 2022, from four COVID-19 designated hospitals located in two areas of Shanghai, namely the West Bund and the East Bund, where the populations’ demographic characteristics varied significantly (Table S1, Fig. S1).

The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)mission is designed to monitor the Gamma-Ray Bursts(GRBs)associated with gravitational waves and other high-energy transient *** mission consists of two microsatellites which are planned to operate at the opposite sides of the *** GECAM satellite could detect and localize GRBs in about 8 keV-5 MeV with its 25 Gamma-Ray Detectors(GRDs).In this work,we report the in-flight energy calibration of GRDs using the characteristic gamma-ray lines in the background spectra,and show their performance evolution during the commissioning ***,a preliminary cross-calibration of energy response with Fermi GBM data is also presented,validating the energy response of GRDs.

手性单体均聚物和共聚物的立体结构和单体/单元序列结构是聚合物规整程度的一个重要参数。提高聚合反应的立体选择性以及提高两种不同手性单体共聚合反应的交替选择性是得到高规整度聚合物的重要手段。为了展示一个新催化合成体系的性能,通过聚合物的核磁图谱解析聚合物的微观结构,进而推导聚合反应的立体选择性和交替选择性是必要的分析手段。近年来,手性环酯单体立体选择性聚合以及交替聚合有较多工作被报道,然而就计算方法的相关文献特别是中文文献还很少。本文总结了外消旋手性单体均聚物中不同手性构型多元组信号的指认方法,进而展示了基于链末端控制机理、位点控制机理的立体选择性计算方法,以及基于不同手性单体的交替聚合反应所得聚合物的交替概率计算方法。

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、案例分析法等,对贵州“村赛”热及其背后潜在问题展开探讨。研究认为以人为本的草根叙事满足农民体育文化需求,以体共情的文化认同促使农村青壮年返乡回流,以赛为媒的产业振兴助推乡村社会经济发展,以媒赋能的赛事传播推进乡村品牌赛事建设是促成“村赛”热的重要因素。但其背后也存在“现代体育”盛行,影响传统体育生态环境;“锦标主义”滋长,偏离农民寓赛于乐初衷;“羊群效应”产生,阻碍乡村体育多元发展;“资本主义”介入,弱化农民参与主体地位等问题。为此提出以文化创新为理念,拓宽民族民间体育发展空间;以乡土气息为核心,保持乡村体育赛事固有属性;以因地制宜为原则,发挥乡村特色体育资源优势;以农民群众为主体,增强乡村体育发展内生动力等应对策略。
