摘 要：Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION Routine methods of identifying Rickettsiae include isolation of culture, tissue culture, immunoserodiagnosis, and blood agglutination test, etc. The time for isolation and culture of pathogens needs one or several months. This gives great difficulty for clinical diagnosis and identification of pathogens. Therefore, the searching of a rapid, sensitive, specific, safe, and simple examination method is urgently needed.
