AIM:To clarify th. computed tomograph.(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) ch.racteristics of lipid-rich.pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(Pan NETs).METh.DS:Enh.nced CT and MRI performed before pancreatectomy in 29 patients with.34 h.stologicallyconfirmed Pan NETs was retrospectively reviewed. Tumor attenuation on CT and signal intensities on conventional(T1- and T2-weigh.ed) and ch.mical sh.ft MRI were qualitatively analyzed and compared alongside adipose differentiation-related protein(ADRP) immunostaining(ADRP-positive:lipid-rich. ADRP-negative:non-lipid-rich. results using Fish.r's exact test or th. Mann-Wh.tney U test. Signal intensity index on ch.mical sh.ft MRI was quantitatively ***:Th.re were 15 lipid-rich.Pan NETs(44.1%) in 12 patients(41.4%). Tumor attenuation during th. early,portal venous,and delayed ph.ses of enh.nced CT(P = 0.888,0.443,and 0.359,respectively) and signal intensities on conventional MRI(P = 0.698 and 0.798,respectively) were not significantly differentbetween lipid-rich.and non-lipid-rich.Pan NETs. Four of th. 15 lipid-rich.Pan NETs exh.bited h.gh.signal intensity on subtraction ch.mical sh.ft MRI,and th. association of h.gh.signal intensity on subtraction imaging with.lipid-rich.Pan NETs was significant(4 of 15 lipid-rich.Pan NETs,26.73%,vs 0 of 19 non-lipid-rich.Pan NETs,0%,P = 0.029). Lipid-rich.Pan NETs sh.wed a significantly h.gh.r signal intensity index th.n non-lipidrich.Pan NETs(0.6% ± 14.1% vs-10.4% ± 14.4%,P = 0.004). Eigh. of 15 lipid-rich.Pan NETs,vs 0 of 19 nonlipid-rich.Pan NETs,h.d positive signal intensity index values in concordance with.lipid contents.C O N C L U S I O N :C T c o n t ra s t e n h.a n c e m e n t a n d conventional MR signal intensities are similar in lipidrich.and non-lipid-rich.Pan NETs. Ch.mical sh.ft MRI can demonstrate cytoplasmic lipids in Pan NETs.

h.man pluripotent stem cells(h.PSCs) represent h.terogeneous populations, including induced pluripotent stem cells(i PSCs), endogenous plastic somatic cells, and embryonic stem cells(ESCs). h.man ESCs are derived from th. inner cell mass of th. blastocyst, and th.y are ch.racterized by th. abilities to self-renew indefinitely, and to give rise to all cell types of embryonic lineage(pluripotency) under th. guidance of th. appropriate ch.mical, mech.nical and environmental cues. Th. combination of th.se critical features is unique to h.ESCs, and set th.m apart from oth.r h.man cells. Th. expectations are h.gh.to utilize h.ESCs for treating injuries and degenerative diseases; for modeling of complex illnesses and development; for screening and testing of ph.rmacological products; and for examining toxicity, mutagenicity, teratogenicity, and potential carcinogenic effects of a variety of environmental factors, including ionizing radiation(IR). Exposures to genotoxic stresses, such.as background IR, are unavoidable; moreover, IR is widely used in diagnostic and th.rapeutic procedures in medicine on a routine basis. One of th. key outcomes of cell exposures to IR is th. ch.nge in gene expression, wh.ch.may underlie th. ultimate h.ESCs fate after such.a stress. h.wever, gaps in our knowledge about basic biology of h.ESCs impose a serious limitation to fully realize th. potential of h.ESCs in practice. Th. purpose of th.s review is to examine th. available evidence of alterations in gene expression in h.man pluripotent stem cells after genotoxic stress, and to discuss strategies for future research.in th.s important area.

AIM: To evaluate th. pudendal nerve segments th.t could be identified on magnetic resonance neurograph.(MRN) before and after surgical marking of different nerve ***: Th. h.poth.sis for th.s study was th.t pudendal nerve and its branch.s would be more easily seen after th. surgical nerve marking. Institutional board approval was obtained. One male and one female cadaver pelvis were obtained from th. anatomy board and were scanned using 3 Tesla MRI scanner using MR neurograph. sequences. All possible pudendal nerve branch.s were identified. Th. cadavers were th.n sent to th. autopsy lab and were surgically dissected by a periph.ral nerve surgeon and an anatomist to identify th. pudendal nerve branch.s. radiological markers were placed along th. course of th. pudendal nerve and its branch.s. Th. cadavers were th.n closed and rescanned using th. same MRN protocol as th. premarking scan. Th. remaining pudendal nerve branch.s were attempted to be identified using th. radiological markers. All scans were read by an experienced musculoskeletal ***: Th. pre-marking MR Neurograph. scans clearly sh.wed th. pudendal nerve at its exit from th. lumbosacral plexus in th. sciatic notch. at th. level of th. isch.al spine and in th. Alcock's Canal in both.cadavers. Additionally, th. righ. h.morrh.idal branch.could be identified in th. male pelvis cadaver. Th. perineal and distal genital branch.s could not be identified. On post-marking scans, th. markers were used as identifiable structures. Th. location of th. perineal branch. th. h.morroidal branch.and th. dorsal nerve to penis(in male cadaver)/clitoris(in female cadaver) could be seen. h.wever, th. visualization of th.se branch.s was suboptimal. Objective:Intra-abdominal fat is a risk factor for pancreatic cancer(PC),but little is known about its contribution to PC precursors known as intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms(IPMNs).Our goal was to evaluate quantitative radiologic measures of abdominal/visceral obesity as possible diagnostic markers of IPMN severity/***:In a coh.rt of 34 surgically-resected,path.logically-confirmed IPMNs(17 benign;17 malignant) with.preoperative abdominal computed tomograph.(CT) images,we calculated body mass index(BMI) and four radiologic measures of obesity:total abdominal fat(TAF) area,visceral fat area(VFA),subcutaneous fat area(SFA),and visceral to subcutaneous fat ratio(V/S).Measures were compared between groups using Wilcoxon two-sample exact tests and oth.r ***:Mean BMI for individuals with.malignant IPMNs(28.9 kg/m^2) was h.gh.r th.n mean BMI for th.se with.benign IPMNs(25.8 kg/m^2)(P=0.045).Mean VFA was h.gh.r for patients with.malignant IPMNs(199.3 cm^2) compared to benign IPMNs(120.4cm^2),P=0.092.V/S was significantly h.gh.r(P=0.013) for patients with.malignant versus benign IPMNs(1.25 vs.0.69 cm^2),especially among *** accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and positive and negative predictive value of V/S in predicting malignant IPMN path.logy were 74%,71%,76%,75%,and 72%,***:Preliminary findings suggest measures of visceral fat from routine medical images may h.lp predict IPMN path.logy,acting as potential noninvasive diagnostic adjuncts for management and targets for intervention th.t may be more biologically-relevant th.n *** investigation of gender-specific associations in larger,prospective IPMN coh.rts is warranted to validate and expand upon th.se observations.

目的确定扩散加权和对比剂增强MR成像上容积改变是否有助于评估神经内分泌性肝转移瘤(NELM)对动脉内介入疗法(IAT)的早期肿瘤反应。材料与方法这一回顾性单中心影像分析符合h.PAA规定,经机构伦理委员会通过,免除病人的知情同意。回顾性分析71例(39例男性,平均年龄62.3岁)患NELM行IAT治疗的病人。在治疗前和治疗后3～4周行MRI检查。对入围病灶进行分段以提供针对表观扩散系数(ADC)和肝动脉期(h.P)及门静脉期(PVP)增强MR成像的容积功能分析。肿瘤反应定义为容积ADC增加≥15%,同时容积增强在h.P期降低≥25%或PVP期降低≥50%。病人总生存期按治疗开始后的初始结点算起。单变量分析包括Kaplan-Meier生存曲线。Cox比例风险回归模型用于检测容积ADC和对比增强MR成像间的交互作用并计算风险比。结果全部病人平均容积ADC显著增加(27%,Ph.P期间(-25.3%,P<0.0001)和PVP期间(-22.4%,P<0.0001)显著减少。容积ADC增加≥15%的病人(n=49)较容积ADC增加<15%者的治疗后预后(n=22)要好(对数秩检验;;P<0.002)。容积动脉期增强减少≥25%的病人(n=40)或静脉期增强减少≥50%的病人(n=18)预后较动脉期增强减少<25%(n=31)和静脉期减少<50%者(n=53)为好(对数秩检验;;P<0.02)。结论容积功能MR成像准则可作为早期反应的生物标志物;;提示这些准则可能对将来复杂的NELM临床实验很重要。

Th.ee days after I.M. inoculation of ascitic h.epatoma cellsinto th. th.gh. of Kunming strain mice (1.5 × 10~7 cells/mouse), th. animalswere given I. P. injections of PSD - 007 in a dosage of 20 g/g body weigh.10 - 12 h. prior to x - radiation. It was found th.t 15 Gy radiationcombined with.PSD - 007 promoted th. tumor regression more significantlyth.n 15 Gy radiation alone, and th.t th. th.rapeutic efficacy was 1.44 timesof th. latter. In th. combined group, it was h.stologically confirmed th.tmore severe tumor injury was typified by copious degenerated tumor giantcells. Th. damage to karyolemma and mitoch.ndria appeared earlier andmore serious. Th. results suggest th.t PSD - 007 h.s a goodradiosensitizing potential, and th.t th. membranous structures may be th.target site of sensitization by PSD 007.

目的旨在通过对比滤过反投影法（FBP）和以3和5的特定强度为模型的基础算法（MBIR）重建的影像的视觉比较,估计腹部CT中可能减少的剂量。方法使用双能CT扫描获得3个分别来自50例招募病人的数据集,管电压分别为30%、70%和100%(平均CTDI;为1.9、3.4和6.2 m Gy)。5名放射科医师独立评估6个影像标准。可能减少的剂量采用视觉分级回归（VGR）估计。结果比较30%和70%管电压发现,在MBIR强度为3,使用强有效的管电压和图像重建方法且相对于FBP剂量减少24%;7%时,可以观察到影像质量显著改善（P<0.001）。在MBIR强度为5时,对于影像标准1（肝实质）,剂量无法减少,但是对于其他标准,剂量可以减少34%;4%。观察者间可信度显示71%;6%（κw0.201;.286）的一致性,观察者内部可信度为82%;6%（κw0.525;.783）的一致性。结论与FBP相比,MBIR能改善影像质量,除了其中一个影像标准外,其改善能力与MBIR强度、剂量减低的潜在可能性增加呈正相关。

Th. crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with.a = 8.9023（3）, b = 7.8954（1）, c = 17.6249（5）A,β= 91.857（1）°, V= 1238.16（6）A^3, Z = 4, C10h.KNdO10, Mr= 469.49, Dc = 2.519 g/cm^3, F（000） = 900 andμ（MoKa） = 4.585 mm^-1. Th. final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0832 for 2197 observed reflections with.I 〉 2σ（I） and R = 0.0431 and wR = 0.0854 for all data.
