baCKGROUND Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)have been associated with a low quality of life(QoL)and a negative impact on work productivity compared to the general *** about disease control,patient-reported outcomes(PROs),treatment patterns and use of healthcare resources is relevant to optimizing IBD *** To describe QoL and work productivity and activity impairment(WPAI),treatment patterns and use of healthcare resources among IBD patients in *** A multicenter cross-sectional study included adult outpatients who were previously diagnosed with moderate to severe Crohn’s disease(CD)or ulcerative colitis(UC).At enrolment,active CD and UC were defined as having a Harvey Bradshaw Index≥8 or a CD Activity Index≥220 or calprotectin>200μg/g or previous colonoscopy results suggestive of inadequate control(per investigator criteria)and a 9-point partial Mayo score≥5,*** PRO assessment included the QoL questionnaires SF-36 and EQ-5D-5L,the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire(IBDQ),and the WPAI *** about healthcare resources and treatment during the previous 3 years was collected from medical ***-square,Fisher’s exact and Student’s t-/Mann-Whitney U tests were used to compare PROs,treatment patterns and the use of healthcare resources by disease activity(α=0.05).RESULTS Of the 407 patients in this study(CD/UC:64.9%/35.1%,mean age 42.9/45.9 years,54.2%/56.6%female,38.3%/37.1%employed),44.7%/25.2%presented moderate-to-severe CD/UC activity,respectively,at *** in median values for CD/UC,respectively,the SF-36 physical component was 46.6/44.7 and the mental component was 45.2/44.2,the EQ-visual analog scale score was 80.0/70.0,and the IBDQ overall score was 164.0/*** to severe activity,female gender,being unemployed,a lower educational level and lower income were associated with lower QoL(P<0.05).Median work productivity impairment was 20%and 5%for CD and UC patients,re

电力系统绝缘配合标准IEC 60071—2(转换为国标GB/T311.2)中,没有明确接地故障因数k对应的故障形式,使得标准难以理解。该论文明确了k对应的故障形式,通过严格的理论分析、并利用等高线讨论了故障电阻对k曲线的影响。通过分析实际元件和系统,将k曲线的纵坐标R0/X1(R0,零序电阻;X1,正序电抗)、横坐标X0/X1(X0,零序电抗)上限由原来的8扩展到20,将参变量R1/X1(R1,正序电阻)由2扩展到10,并用等高线法绘制了准确k曲线,便于理解标准和工程参考。在此基础上,澄清了术语"中性点直接接地系统"和"有效接地系统"的区别,建议通过k值而不是R0/X1和X0/X1来定义"有效接地系统",由此认为我国通常的低电阻接地配电网为非有效接地系统。

Measures such as residual feed intake(RFI)have been increasingly considered to select cattle with superior feed efficiency,as it is a characteristic of feed efficiency calculated as the difference between observed intake and estimated intake considering metabolic weight and the weight *** feed intake is obtained through the multiple regression equation of observed consumption on metabolic mean live weight and weight *** standard was shared among animals into one herd selected for low RFI(high efficiency)and compared to the one selected for high RFI(low efficiency).There was no correlated response in weight per year and in weight gain,and the effectiveness of low RFI selection in reducing feed costs was proven without affecting ***,selection of animals with negative RFI is not done by selecting animals directly according to the size of the viscera,rather it is done indirectly,that is,when selecting the most efficient animals and normally these animals already have the smallest viscera *** RFI is a trait that presents genetic variability,selectable to improve and has moderate heritability,between 0.30 and *** RFI is important because it reduces the direct economic impacts of reduced feed intake,as well as the effects of environmental impact on reducing methane emissions from enteric fermentation of ruminants.

Objective: To isolate a-mangostin(AMG) from the peels of mangosteen(Garcinia mangostana L.), grown in Vietnam, and to investigate antibiofilm activity of this compound against three Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) strains, one of which was methicillin-resistant S. aureus(MRSA) and the other two strains were methicillinsensitive S. aureus(MSSA).Methods: AMG in n-hexane fraction was isolated on a silica gel column and chemically analyzed by HPLC and NMR. The antibiofilm activity of this compound was investigated by using a 96-well plate model for the formation of biofilms. Biofilm biomass was quantified using crystal violet. The viability of cells was observed under confocal microscopy using LIVE/DEAD bac Light stains. Biofilm composition was determined using specific chemical and enzyme tests for polysaccharide, protein and DNA. Membranedamaging activity was assayed by measuring the hemolysis of human red blood cells in presence of ***: The results indicated that the isolated AMG, with a purity that exceeded 98%,had minimal inhibitory concentrations in the range of 4.6–9.2 mmol/L for the three strains tested. Interestingly, the MSSA strains were more sensitive to AMG than the MRSA strain. Minimal bactericidal concentrations were 2-fold higher than the minimal inhibitory concentration values for the three strains, indicating that AMG was a bactericidal compound. AMG also prevented biofilm formation effectively, albeit that again the MRSA strain was the most resistant. Interestingly, biofilms of the MRSA strain contained protein as a main component of the extracellular matrix, whereas this was polysaccharide in the MSSA strains. This might relate to the resistance of the MRSA 252 strain to *** using human red blood cells indicated that AMG caused significant membrane damage with 50% of cell lysis occurred at concentration of about 36 mmol/***: Our results provide evidence that the isolated AMG has inhibitory activity against biofilm formation
