Spinal cord injury involves non-reversible damage to the central nervous system that is characterized by limited regenerative capacity and secondary inflammatory *** expression of the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 axis exhibits significant differences before and after *** studies have revealed that the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 axis is closely associated with secondary inflammatory responses and the recruitment of immune cells following spinal cord injury,suggesting that this axis is a novel target and regulatory control point for *** review comprehensively examines the therapeutic strategies targeting the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 axis,along with the regenerative and repair mechanisms linking the axis to spinal cord ***,we summarize the upstream and downstream inflammatory signaling pathways associated with spinal cord injury and the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 *** review primarily elaborates on therapeutic strategies that target the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 axis and the latest progress of research on antagonistic drugs,along with the approaches used to exploit new therapeutic targets within the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 axis and the development of targeted ***,there are presently no clinical studies relating to spinal cord injury that are focusing on the C-C motif chemokine ligand 2/C-C motif chemokine receptor 2 *** review aims to provide new ideas and therapeutic strategies for the future treatment of spinal cord injury.

Multi-formal and Information-based Emergency Resource Reserve System in China

Emergency resources are an important basis of effective emergency response. But there are many disadvantages of the Chinese traditional material reserve method in which the resources are separately reserved in different regions and sections according to the kinds of disasters. So there comes the Multi-formal and Information-based Emergency Resource Reserve System (MIERRS) in China. The reserve body and method change from the single into the multiple forms, that is, the main reserve body changes from the single government agency into the organizations combining with the military, enterprise and society, and the reserve method changes from single material reserve into the reserve combining with market reserve, talents and technology reserve, and production capacity reserve. The content of the reserve change from material to information means to develop the Emergency Resource Management Information System realizing real-time control of resource characteristics and relevant reserve information. The MIERRS leads to a reserve system with rapid response and flexible schedule. It provides a convenient platform for resource sharing, thus avoiding duplication and waste, improving the utilization of resources, reducing the reserve loss and optimizing the structure of resource reserve.

Controlling intracranial pressure,nerve cell regeneration,and microenvironment regulation are the key issues in reducing mortality and disability in acute brain *** is currently a lack of effective treatment *** has the characteristics of low temperature,low metabolism,and hibernation rhythm,as well as protective effects on the nervous,cardiovascular,and motor *** hibernation technology is a new technology that can effectively treat acute brain injury by altering the body’s metabolism,lowering the body’s core temperature,and allowing the body to enter a state similar to *** review introduces artificial hibernation technology,including mild hypothermia treatment technology,central nervous system regulation technology,and artificial hibernation-inducer *** summarizing the relevant research on artificial hibernation technology in acute brain injury,the research results show that artificial hibernation technology has neuroprotective,anti-inflammatory,and oxidative stress-resistance effects,indicating that it has therapeutic significance in acute brain ***,artificial hibernation technology can alleviate the damage of ischemic stroke,traumatic brain injury,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction,and other diseases,providing new strategies for treating acute brain ***,artificial hibernation technology is currently in its infancy and has some complications,such as electrolyte imbalance and coagulation disorders,which limit its *** research is needed for its clinical application.

An Efficient Location Privacy Protection Scheme Based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem

Traditional k-anonymity schemes cannot protect a user＇s privacy perfectly in big data and mobile network environments. In fact, existing k-anonymity schemes only protect location in datasets with small granularity. But in larger granularity datasets, a user＇s geographical region-location is always exposed in realizations of k-anonymity because of interaction with neighboring nodes. And if a user could not find enough adjacent access points, most existing schemes would be invalid. How to protect location information has become an important issue. But it has not attracted much attention. To solve this problem, two location-privacy protection models are proposed. Then a new generalized k-anonymity Location Privacy Protection Scheme based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem （LPSS-CRT） in Location-Based Services （LBSs） is proposed. We prove that it can guarantee that users can access LBSs without leaking their region-location information, which means the scheme can achieve perfect anonymity. Analysis shows that LPPS-CRT is more secure in protecting location privacy, including region information, and is more efficient, than similar schemes. It is suitable for dynamic environments for different users＇ privacy protection requests.

Intervertebral disc degeneration （IDD） is characterized by disc dehydration and herniation, which is often associated with low back pain and lumbar radiculopathy due to nerve root compression or inflammation. The pathophysiology of IDD is not completely elucidated so far. Some researchers have indicated that disc degeneration begins as early as the second decade of life （Mayer et al., 2013）. Common risk factors are considered to associate with age, gender, smoking history, occupation, disc injury, and biomechanical factors. However, some epidemiologic studies highlighted that disc degeneration may be caused to a large degree by hereditary factors with apparently a relatively minor effects of environmental and behavioral risk factors （Videman et al., 1998; Cheung et al., 2006; Eser et al., 2010; Mayer et al., 2013; Vieira et al., 2014）, which indicated that genetic factors might play an important role in the pathogenesis of IDD.

An Automatic Analysis Approach Toward Indistinguishability of Sampling on the LWE Problem

Learning With Errors (LWE) is one of the Non-Polynomial (NP)-hard problems applied in cryptographic primitives against quantum ***,the security and efficiency of schemes based on LWE are closely affected by the error sampling *** existing pseudo-random sampling methods potentially have security leaks that can fundamentally influence the security levels of previous cryptographic *** that these primitives are proved semantically secure,directly deducing the influences caused by leaks of sampling algorithms may be ***,we attempt to use the attack model based on automatic learning system to identify and evaluate the practical security level of a cryptographic primitive that is semantically proved secure in indistinguishable security *** this paper,we first analyzed the existing major sampling algorithms in terms of their security and ***,concentrating on the Indistinguishability under Chosen-Plaintext Attack (IND-CPA) security model,we realized the new attack model based on the automatic learning *** experimental data demonstrates that the sampling algorithms perform a key role in LWE-based schemes with significant disturbance of the attack advantages,which may potentially compromise security ***,our attack model is achievable with acceptable time and memory costs.

ANALYSIS ON STABILITY OF AN AUTONOMOUS DYNAMICS SYSTEM FOR SARS EPIDEMIC

An extended dynamic model for SARS epidemic was deduced on the basis of the K-M infection model with taking the density constraint of susceptible population and the cure and death rates of patients into consideration. It is shown that the infectionfree equilibrium is the global asymptotic stability under given conditions, and endemic equilibrium is not the asymptotic stability. It comes to the conclusion that the epidemic system is the permanent persistence existence under appropriate conditions.
