Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional *** by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching *** tianjin agricultural university as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and *** results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not *** are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and *** is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

According to the requirements of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Cultivation of New Professional Farmers,developing agriculture through science and education,enhancing agriculture through talents,and consolidating agriculture though new professional farmers is adhered to as a major strategy. However,its implementation is faced with the imbalance between the educational level of the agricultural population and the number of agricultural population. To this end,local agricultural universities should be based on regional agricultural development,scientifically analyze the level and structure of the demand for talents in regional agricultural development,and find the right position,committed to cultivating applied talents for regional agricultural development and value linkages between agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries.

YOLO-CRD:A Lightweight Model for the Detection of Rice Diseases in Natural Environments

Rice diseases can adversely affect both the yield and quality of rice crops,leading to the increased use of pesticides and environmental *** detection of rice diseases in natural environments is crucial for both operational efﬁciency and quality *** learning-based disease identiﬁcation technologies have shown promise in automatically discerning disease ***,effectively extracting early disease features in natural environments remains a challenging *** address this issue,this study proposes the YOLO-CRD *** research selected images of common rice diseases,primarily bakanae disease,bacterial brown spot,leaf rice fever,and dry tip nematode disease,from tianjin *** proposed YOLO-CRD model enhanced the YOLOv5s network architecture with a Convolutional Channel Attention Module,Spatial Pyramid Pooling Cross-Stage Partial Channel module,and Ghost *** former module improves attention across image channels and spatial dimensions,the middle module enhances model generalization,and the latter module reduces model *** validate the feasibility and robustness of this method,the detection model achieved the following metrics on the test set:mean average precision of 90.2%,accuracy of 90.4%,F1-score of 88.0,and GFLOPS of *** the speciﬁc diseases,the mean average precision scores were 85.8%for bakanae disease,93.5%for bacterial brown spot,94%for leaf rice fever,and 87.4%for dry tip nematode *** studies and comparative analyses veriﬁed the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed *** researchﬁnd-ings can be applied to rice disease detection,laying the groundwork for the development of automated rice disease detection equipment.

The exact solutions for the propagation of Love waves in one-dimensional(1D)hexagonal piezoelectric quasicrystal(PQC)nanoplates with surface effects are *** electro-elastic model is developed to investigate the anti-plane strain problem of Love wave *** introducing three shape functions,the wave equations and electric balance equations are decoupled into three uncorrelated *** the boundary conditions of the top surface on the covering layer,the interlayer interface,and the matrix,a dispersive equation with the influence of multi-physical field coupling is provided.A surface PQC model is developed to investigate the surface effects on the propagation behaviors of Love waves in quasicrystal(QC)multilayered structures with nanoscale thicknesses.A novel dispersion relation for the PQC structure is derived in an explicit closed form according to the non-classical mechanical and electric boundary *** examples are given to reveal the effects of the boundary conditions,stacking sequence,characteristic scale,and phason fluctuation characteristics on the dispersion curves of Love waves propagating in PQC nanoplates with surface effects.

Multifunctional drug delivery systems(DDSs)have shown great prospects in overcoming the heterogeneous barrier of delivery drugs to the complex tumor microenvironment(TME).In this study,multifunctional AS/Ge-pNAB microgels with dual-active targeting,triple environment responsiveness,and fluorescence imaging capability were prepared through a straightforward *** was aimed to improve the antitumor therapeutic application of gambogic acid(GA)based on the biological characteristics of *** microgels have a uniform double-layer structure with aptamer in the outer layer which helps in recognizing receptors on the tumor *** GA loaded nano-herb exhibited environment-responsive drug release profiles under acidic pH,reductant and high *** nano-herb significantly improved the accumulation of GA in tumor sites through the synergistic combination of the enhanced permeability and retention effect and dual-ligand mediated ***,it accelerated intracellular drug release and killed tumor ***,the nano-herb had specific therapeutic effects on the tumor in vitro and in vivo as they remarkably inhibited tumor growth while depicting optimal biosafety and lower levels of off-target ***,these findings demonstrate the great potential of the multifunctional AS/Ge-pNAB microgels for precisely targeted GA delivery and open a new avenue for the facile preparation of multifunctional DDSs.

Leaf color mutants in higher plants are considered to be ideal materials for studying the chlorophyll biosynthesis,photosynthesis mechanism and chloroplast ***,we identified a spontaneous mutant,yc412,in cultivated cucumber that exhibited yellow *** yellow-lethal mutant was diagnosed with an abnormal chloroplast ultrastructure,and reduced photosynthetic capacity and pigment *** bulked segregant analysis-based whole-genome sequencing and fine genetic mapping,we narrowed the yellow cotyledons (yc) locus to a 96.8 kb interval on chromosome *** resequencing and molecular cloning,we showed that Csyc is a potential candidate gene,which encodes a yellow stripe-like (YSL) *** T to C mutation in the promoter region of Csyc caused the yellow cotyledon phenotype in *** to YZU027A (WT),the expression of Csyc was significantly downregulated in the cotyledons of *** of Csyc in cucumber via virus-induced gene silencing resulted in chlorotic leaves,mainly by suppressing the chlorophyll ***,a comparative transcriptome analysis revealed that chloroplast-related genes and chlorophyll biosynthesis genes were significantly downregulated in yc412 *** results provide new insights into the molecular function of the YSL transporter in plant chloroplast development and chlorophyll synthesis.

Biosynthesizing Au nanoparticles(AuNPs)from gold-bearing scraps provides a sustainable method to meet the urgent demand for ***,it remains challenging to efficiently biosynthesize AuNPs of which the diameter is less than 10 nm from a trace amount of Au^(3+)concentration at the level of tens ***,we constructed an exoelectrogenic cell(eCell)-conductive reduced-graphene-oxide aero-gel(rGA)biohybrid by assembling Shewanella sp.S1(SS1)as living biocatalyst and rGA as conductive ad-sorbent,in which Au^(3+)at trace concentrations would be enriched by the adsorption of rGA and reduced to AuNPs through the extracellular electron transfer(EET)of *** regulate the size of the synthe-sized AuNPs to 10 nm,the strain SS1 was engineered to enhance its EET,resulting in strain RS2(pYYD-P tac-ribADEHC&pHG13-P_(bad)-omcC in SS1).Strain RS2 was further assembled with rGA to construct the RS2-rGA biohybrid,which could synthesize AuNPs with the size of 7.62±2.82 nm from 60 ppm Au^(3+)*** eCell-rGA biohybrid integrated Au^(3+)adsorption and reduction,which enabled AuNPs biosyn-thesis from a trace amount of Au^(3+).Thus,the required Au^(3+)ions concentration was reduced by one or two orders of magnitude compared with conventional methods of AuNPs *** work devel-oped an AuNPs size regulation technology via engineering eCell’s EET with synthetic biology methods,providing a feasible approach to synthesize AuNPs with controllable size from trace level of gold ions.

D-Psicose,as a low-calorie rare sugar,has attracted a lot of attention in recent years for alternating to *** anti-obesity effect of D-psicose has been extensively confirmed in previous studies,however,the impact of D-psicose on colitis remains ***,we firstly evaluated the effect of the D-psicose prophylactic intervention on dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis in C57BL/6 *** pathological symptoms,inflammatory cytokines levels,gut microbiota composition,short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)production and colonic barrier integrity were comprehensively *** results confirmed that D-psicose intervention aggravated colitis,characterized by the exacerbation of colon shortening,increase of colonic inflammatory infiltration,and marked exaltation of disease activity indices and IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-α***,the dysfunction of gut microbiota was identified in the psicose *** abundance of pro-inflammatory bacteria Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group was significantly up-regulated while the abundance of probiotics Akkermansia and Lactobacillus were significantly down-regulated in the psicose group compared to the model ***,the production of SCFAs was suppressed in the psicose group,accompanied by a decrease in the level of mucin 2(Muc-2).Collectively,the underlying mechanism of the exacerbation of colitis by D-psicose intervention might be attributed to microbiota dysfunction accompanied by the reduction of SCFAs,which leads to the damage of the mucosal barrier and the intensifi cation of inflammatory invasion.
