Accurate and reasonable prediction of industrial electricity consumption is of great significance for promoting regional green transformation and optimizing the energy ***,the regional power system is complicated and uncertain,affected by multiple factors including climate,population and *** paper incorporates structure expansion,parameter optimization and rolling mechanism into a system forecasting framework,and designs a novel rolling and fractional-ordered grey system model to forecast the industrial electricity consumption,improving the accuracy of the traditional grey *** optimal fractional order is obtained by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,which enhances the model ***,the proposed model is employed to forecast and analyze the changing trend of industrial electricity consumption in Fujian *** results show that industrial electricity consumption in Fujian will maintain an upward growth and it is expected to 186.312 billion kWh in *** with other seven benchmark prediction models,the proposed grey system model performs best in terms of both simulation and prediction performance metrics,providing scientific reference for regional energy planning and electricity market operation.

Surging demand and reduced capacity in the ride-hailing industry have prompted numerous ride-hailing platforms to build their own car-rental services catering to drivers who do not possess private vehicles. However, the trade-off between the ride-hailing service and the car-rental service is an important issue that is still unclear in theory. Moreover, ride-hailing platforms are transitioning towards all-electric fleets in the context of Carbon Neutrality goals and government regulations. This paper considers a ride-hailing system comprising a monopolist ride-hailing platform, an electric vehicle (EV) rental firm, and a gasoline vehicle (GV) rental firm. Furthermore, we build a stylized model to study the sequential pricing of the system. The equilibrium outcomes show the significant impact of the ride-hailing platform’s decision to continue or withdraw offering EV rental services on EV and GV drivers’ net earnings, rental prices, and wages. The ride-hailing platform providing EV rental services increases EV drivers’ net earnings but decreases the GV driver wages and rental prices. However, the EV rental service offered by the ride-hailing platform does not necessarily lead to an increased total profit for the system. The improved profitability of the system by the ride-hailing platform providing EV rental services is contingent upon lower rider prices and higher fuel costs. The ride-hailing platform’s EV rental services provision also effectively fosters the ride-hailing fleet’s electrification. Furthermore, as the number of riders increases, the ride-hailing platform should reduce the commission rate for EV drivers to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

In order to solve the problem of small object size and low detection accuracy under the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform,the object detection algorithm based on deep aggregation network and high-resolution fusion module is ***,a joint network of object detection and feature extraction is studied to construct a real-time multi-object tracking *** the problem of object association failure caused by UAV movement,image registration is applied to multi-object tracking and a camera motion discrimination model is proposed to improve the speed of the multi-object tracking *** simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this study can improve the accuracy of multi-object tracking under the UAV platform,and effectively solve the problem of association failure caused by UAV movement.

This study uses a sample of A-share listed companies to investigate the impact of China's Data Basic Institutional system on capital market reactions and the mechanism by which it exerts *** findings reveal that within a 5-day period before and after the policy announcement,listed companies with high data resources experience a significantly higher abnormal return compared to those with low data ***,this difference becomes more pronounced as enterprise technology intensity ***,the policy enhances the capital market's perception of the value of data resources and its potential for generating multiplier *** tests confirm that post-implementation of the policy,the capital market reevaluates the long-term value of enterprises associated with data *** comprehensive examination contributes empirical evidence to support academic research,inform policy formulation,and guide strategic planning in relevantindustries.

The hybrid manifold micro-pin-fin(MMPF)heat sink combined nozzle jets is an option for large-scale integrated circuits(lsi).The demond for uniform and ultra-high heat flux removal by MMPF heat sink has not been adequately *** work aims to solve the problem of fluid *** proposed basic tiling topologies,including square,regular hexagon,30°rhombus,and 60°rhombus topologies,provide different organized fluid flows and heat transfer *** present study focuses on comparing these topologies according to independent porous medium parameters,such as nozzle pore size D_(Z),flow pore size D_(X,Y),and porosityε.The results show that the square topology achieves the smallest total thermal resistance R_(tot)value of0.0975×10^(-4)K m^2/W,while the hexagon topology achieved the highest value of COP/?T,which was 2033.9 K^(-1).According to the sensitivity analysis results,the optimal total thermal resistance can be obtained by balancing the influences of nozzle pore size,flow pore size,and *** optimal pressure drop can be obtained by maximizing the porosity.

Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in *** explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offering(IPO)preference based on the entropy balancing method,and findings are as ***,an IPO ownership preference exists under approval *** is,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are more likely than private enterprises to obtain IPO ***,RSR significantly changes this preference,especially for non-politically connected private ***,the post-IPO market performance of SOEs is inferior to that of private enterprises under approval system,thus excluding the view that approval is prioritized for SOEs because of superior ***,compared with SOEs,private enterprises are more likely to switch the issuance system from approval system to registration system;this change makes it easier for them to obtain IPO approval,indicating that private enterprise owners perceive the registration channel to be ***,the effect of RSR on IPO ownership preference mainly occurs in companies in three major urban agglomerations in China—the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing–Tian jin–Hebei region—and in technology-intensive ***,our findings reveal that RSR cultivates a fairer IPO approval process.

Energy limitation of traditional Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)greatly confines the network lifetime due to generating and processing massive sensing data with a limited *** energy harvesting WSN is a novel network architecture to address the limitation of traditional ***,existing coverage and deployment schemes neglect the environmental correlation of sensor nodes and external energy with respect to physical *** considering the spatial correlation of the environment and the uneven distribution of energy in energy harvesting WSN,we investigate how to deploy a collection of sensor nodes to save the deployment cost while ensuring the target perpetual *** Confident Information Coverage(CIC)model is adopted to formulate the CIC Minimum Deployment Cost Target Perpetual Coverage(CICMTP)problem to minimize the deployed sensor *** the CICMTP is NP-hard,we devise two approximation algorithms named Local Greedy Threshold Algorithm based on CIC(LGTA-CIC)and Overall Greedy Search Algorithm based on CIC(OGSA-CIC).The LGTA-CIC has a low time complexity and the OGSA-CIC has a better approximation *** simulation results demonstrate that the OGSA-CIC is able to achieve lower deployment cost and the performance of the proposed algorithms outperforms GRNP,TPNP and EENP algorithms.
