This paper intends to expound the application of information and communication technology （ICT） in art education, making a case of study of Hubei institute of Fine Arts （HIFA）. Despite financial pressure, HIFA has invested heavily in the infi＇aslructure. The classrooms at HIFA can be roughly divided into three kinds： studios, multimedia classrooms and computer labs with reference to ICT. There are three general approaches to the instructional use of the technology at HIFA, namely： learning about computers and the Intemet; learning with computers and the Intemet and learning through computers and the Internet. The utilization oflCT has shaped the art education model of HIFA considerably and has brought about a lot of changes and benefits to the faculty and students. However, its disadvantage may overweigh the advantage unless it is properly harnessed.

Vibrio anguillarum is an important bacterial pathogen of aquatic organisms and a significant problem in aquatic farming. The rapid detection and identification of V. anguillarum, and other pathogens that infect marine organisms, is crucial to effective disease management. In this study, we developed a loop-mediated amplification （LAMP） assay to detect V. anguillarum in an hour in a single tube without the need for thermal cycling. Conserved regions of the metalloproteinase （empA） gene of V. anguillarum served as the targets for primer design. A fragment of the empA gene was amplified at 65℃ in the presence of the primer mixture and Bst DNA polymerase. In the optimized LAMP assay, 6.7 pg of V. anguillarum DNA could be detected. Six strains of V. anguillarum and 17 strains of non-V, anguillarum bacteria were used in this study to evaluate the species specificity of the primers. The six V. anguillarum strains gave a positive result in the LAMP assay. This method was also validated in V. anguillarum-infected fish. This LAMP method is more sensitive than PCR in the detection of V. anguillarum and shows good species specificity. The LAMP assay is therefore an effective method for the quick detection of V. anguillarum both in the laboratory and in the field.

Based on the recent development of renewable energy utilization technology,in addition to centralized photovol-taic power plants,distributed photovoltaic power generation systems represented by building-integrated photo-voltaic systems are frequently employed for power ***,in the architectural design,the double-glass photovoltaic module used in the integrated photovoltaic building system puts forward a higher load-bearing capa-city requirement and the corresponding simplified method of carrying capacity *** article focuses on the simplified method of checking the bearing capacity of the four-sided simply supported double-glass photovoltaic ***,the principle of equivalent stiffness is used to calculate the effective ***,the rationality of this approach is verified by comparing the bending states of sandwich panels under different shear *** double-glass photovoltaic module is equivalent to a single-layer board,and its effectiveness is verified by compar-ing the impact test results of the double-glass photovoltaic module with the results of the single-layer *** the comparison with the test results shows that,from the perspective of architectural design,the effective thick-ness results in this paper can ensure that the building structure has sufficient bearing capacity,but the four-side simply supported boundary theory cannot fully reflect the calculation of the bearing capacity of the four-side clamped double-glass photovoltaic module.

Effects of Planting Methods on Levels of Common Pesticides and Heavy Metals in Dendrobium officinale

The levels of common pesticides and heavy metals in Dendrobium officinale grown from 2012 to 2014 were measured, and three planting methods were used in 2014. The quality of plant husbandry improved during the study period. Thirteen types of pesticides were detected in D. officinale grown in 2014 and antimicrobials, including carbendazim, difenoconazole and azoxystrobin, were evident in 61.53% of plants. These three pesticides constituted 72.33% of all the antimicrobials detected. Planting methods affected the levels of pesticides and heavy metals. Trellising in plastic sheds was optimal, being associated with the lowest amounts of both pesticides and heavy metals. Both cadmium（Cd） and lead（Pb） levels were high in treed plants, whereas Cr, As and Cu levels were the highest in potted plants.

Compared with noble metals, improving the sensitivity of semiconducting surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrates is of great significance to their fundamental research and practical application of Raman spectroscopy. Herein, a simple chemical method is developed to synthesize a rhenium trioxide(ReO_(3)) microtubes assembled with highly crystalline nanoparticles. The ReO_(3) microtubes show a strong and well-defined surface plasmon resonance(SPR) behavior in visible region, which is rare for non-noble metals. As a low-cost SERS substrate, the plasmonic ReO_(3) microtubes exhibit a Raman enhancement factor of 8.9×10^(5) and a lowest detection limit of 1.0×10^(-9) mol/L for phenolic pollutants. Moreover, these ReO_(3) microtubule SERS substrates show excellent chemical stability and can resist the corrosion of strong acids and bases.

A structural bionic design process is systematically presented for lightweight mechanical structures. By mimicking biological excellent structural principles, the stiffening ribs of a machining table and a moving column were redesigned for better load-bearing efficiency. Finite element method（FEM） simulation and model experiments were carried out for performance verification, which showed the increase of structural static and dynamic performance. Structural bionic offers a new solution to change conventional structures for high specific stiffness.

L-Ergothioneine(L-EGT)possesses excellent antioxidant activity and has been used in the food,pharmaceuticals and cosmetics *** this study,a new efficient and sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the quantitative determination of L-EGT in *** sample was extracted with methanol-water(70:30,V/V),separated by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC)and detected by triple-quadrupole mass *** studies were carried out on different product and the limit of quantitation was 20μg/kg(milk,alcohol-free beverages,dairy products)and 40µg/kg(cereal bars,chocolate).Excellent linearity(correlation coefficient(R2)≥0.999)was achieved for L-EGT quantification in the range of 5–200 ng/*** recoveries of the method(83.7%−107.5%)and the relative standard deviation(RSD,0.88%−6.84%(n=6))meet the performance criteria required for the determination of L-EGT in ***,the applicability of the method was tested by analysing actual *** general,the method developed is simple,reliable,accurate,and stable and could be useful for routine analyses of L-EGT in food.

Background:Regulatory policy(RP)is known as a major factor to improve health care system performance.A significant difference in maternal mortality rates(MMRs)was observed between New York city(NYC)and Shanghai(SH),both first-class international *** study aims to adopt a quantitative evaluation model to analyze whether RP differences contribute to the different MMRs of the two ***:Based on collection of all publicly released policy documents regarding maternal health in the two cities,we assessed and compared the status of their maternal health care RPs from 2006 to 2017 through a series of quantitative indicators as regulatory elements coverage rate(RECR),departmental responsibility clarity rate(DRCR),and accountability mechanism clarity rate(AMCR),based on two characteristics of comprehensiveness and effectiveness of *** correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and linear regression analysis were used to test the relationships between the indicators and MMR in SH and ***:By 2017,disparities of maternal health care RP are found between SH and NYC,from the indicators of RECR(100%vs.77.0%),DRCR(38.9%vs.45.1%),and AMCR(29.2%vs.22.5%).From 2006 to 2017,RECR,DRCR,and AMCR in SH have shown a higher growth of 8.7%,53.2%,and 45.2%,compared with growth of 25.0%,12.5%,and 2.9%in *** three indicators were found all negatively correlated with MMR in SH(Coefficients=-0.831,-0.833,and-0.909,and P<0.01),while only RECR and DRCR had negative correlation with MMR in NYC(Coefficients=-0.736 and-0.683,and P<0.05).Linear regression showed that the principal components of the three indicators were found with significant impact on MMRs both in SH(R=0.914,R2=0.836,P<0.001)and NYC(R=0.854,R2=0.357,P=0.04).Conclusion:Compared with NYC,the more comprehensive and effective maternal health care RPs in SH had a stronger impact on MMR control,which contributed to the differences between the two cities’MMRs to some *** methods and indi
