One of the impacts of the Fukushima disaster was the shutdown of all nuclear power plants in Japan,reaching zero production in *** response,the country started importing more fossil energy including coal,oil,and natural gas to fill the energy ***,this led to a significant increase in carbon emissions,hindering the efforts to reduce its carbon *** the current situation,Japan is actively working to balance its energy requirements with environmental considerations,including the utilization of hydrogen ***,this paper aims to explore the feasibility and implications of using hydrogen power plants as a means to reduce emissions,and this analysis will be conducted using the energy modeling of the MARKAL-TIMES Japan *** hydrogen scenario(HS)is assumed with the extensive integration of hydrogen into the power generation sector,supported by a hydrogen import ***,this scenario will be compared with the Business as Usual(BAU)*** results showed that the generation capacities of the BAU and HS scenarios have significantly different primary energy *** BAU scenario is highly dependent on fossil fuels,while the HS scenario integrates hydrogen contribution along with an increase in renewable energy,reaching a peak contribution of 2,160 PJ in *** the HS scenario,the target of reducing CO_(2) emissions by 80%is achieved through significant hydrogen *** 2050,the total CO_(2) emissions are estimated to be 939 million tons for the BAU scenario and 261 million tons for the Hydrogen *** addition,the contribution of hydrogen to electricity generation is expected to be 153 TWh,smaller than PV and wind power.

The purpose of this research was to suggest an applicable procedure for computing the centroid moment tensor(CMT)automatically and in real time from earthquakes that occur in Indonesia and the surrounding *** software was used to estimate the CMT solution by selecting the velocity model that best suited the local and regional geological conditions in Indonesia and the surrounding *** data used in this study were earthquakes with magnitudes of 5.4 to ***-quality,real-time broadband seismographic data were provided by the International Federation of Digital Seismograph Networks Web Services(FDSNWS)and the European Integrated Data Archive(EIDA)Federation in Indonesia and the surrounding ***,the inversion process and filter adjustment were carried out on the seismographic data to obtain good CMT *** CMT solutions from Gisola provided good-quality solutions,in which all earthquake data had A-level quality(high quality,with good variant reduction).The Gisola CMT solution was justified with the Global CMT(GCMT)solution by using the Kagan angle value,with an average of approximately 11.2°.This result suggested that the CMT solution generated from Gisola was trustworthy and *** Gisola CMT solution was typically available within approximately 15 minutes after an earthquake *** it met the quality requirement,it was automatically published on the *** catalog of local and regional earthquake records obtained through this technology holds great promise for improving the current understanding of regional seismic activity and ongoing tectonic *** accurate and real-time CMT solution generated by implementing the Gisola algorithm consisted of moment tensors and moment magnitudes,which provided invaluable insights into earthquakes occurring in Indonesia and the surrounding areas.

Curcumin is a natural polyphenol that is used in various traditional ***,its inherent properties,such as its rapid degradation and metabolism,low bioavailability,and short half-life,are serious problems that must be *** this end,a drug carrier incorporating natural magnetic cores in a zeolite framework was developed and applied to the loading of curcumin in ethanol *** this system,curcumin is encapsulated in a zeolite Na(ZNA)magnetic core–shell structure(Fe@Si/ZNA),which can be easily synthesized using an in situ *** of Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles was carried out from natural materials using a co-precipitation *** of the prepared magnetic core–shell structures and composites was carried out using vibrating-sample magnetometery,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and x-ray *** cumulative loading of curcumin in the ZNA composite with 9%nanoparticles was found to reach 90.70%with a relatively long half-life of 32.49 *** tests of curcumin loading in the composite showed that adding magnetic particles to the zeolite framework also increased the stability of the composite *** kinetics and isotherm studies also found that the system follows the pseudo-second-order and Langmuir isotherm models.

The Use of Single-Phase Immersion Cooling by Using Two Types of Dielectric Fluid for Data Center Energy Savings

Data centers are recognized as one of the most important aspects of the fourth industrial revolution since conventional data centers are inefficient and have dependency on high energy consumption,in which the cooling is responsible for 40%of the ***,this research proposes the immersion cooling method to solving the high energy consumption of data centers by cooling its component using two types of dielectric *** stages of experimentalmethods are used,such as fluid types,cooling effectiveness,optimization,and ***,benchmark software is used to measure the CPU maximum work with the temperature data performed for 24 *** results of this study show that the immersion cooling reduces 13℃ lower temperature than the conventional cooling method which means it saves more energy consumption in the data *** most optimum variable used to decrease the temperature is 1.5 lpm of flow rate and 800 rpm of fan ***,the cooling performance of the dielectric fluids shows that the mineral oil(MO)is better than the virgin coconut oil(VCO).In durability experiment,there are no components damage after five months immersed in the fluid.

Numerous endeavours have been developed bio-based polymer packaging films to replace the use of petroleum-based *** this study,as a response and support to the enduring research issues,we have developed the optimization composite film formulation based on chitosan(2%),Dioscorea alata starch(0.5%),and glycerol(1.5%)had satisfactory result on several parameters consisting thickness(0.45 mm),solubility(472.1%),moisture content(29.872%),biodegradability(38.346%),elastic modulus(971.2 N/m2)and tensile strength(98.71 N/m).Further,the optimized chitosan film(CF)formulation was enriched with several essential oils(EO),i.e.,lemongrass,garlic and aloe vera *** the addition of EO,the solubility,biodegradable tests,and elongation to break of CF tended to decrease whereas the contact angle and mechanical properties significantly ***,the antibacterial properties of CF against Escherichia coli,Salmonella typhi,Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis dramatically increased by the addition of *** impressive results are expected to be applied in the food packaging industry to maintain the quality of food products.

Approximate analytical solution of the Dirac equation with q-deformed hyperbolic Poschl–Teller potential and trigonometric Scarf II non-central potential

An approximate solution of the Dirac equation for a spin-1/2 particle under the influence of q-deformed hyperbolic P ¨oschl–Teller potential combined with trigonometric Scarf II non-central potential is studied analytically. It is assumed that the scalar potential equals the vector potential in order to obtain analytical solutions. Both radial and angular parts of the Dirac equation are solved using the Nikiforov–Uvarov method. A relativistic energy spectrum and the relation between quantum numbers can be obtained using this method. Several quantum wave functions corresponding to several states are also presented in terms of the Jacobi Polynomials.

Political connections are an increasingly important part of firms’strategies to develop relationships with the government and *** study examines the impact of transactional and rela-tional political connections on firm *** results show that transactionally connected firms are more likely to exhibit greater firm value than their relationally connected and non-connected *** study further finds evidence of a long-term value-enhancing effect of the transactional approach to political connections.A variety of robustness tests with alternative model specifications continue to show that transactional political con-nections lead to higher firm *** findings indicate that firms with transactional political connections are provided with better networks with the political regime in power compared with those with relational political *** transactionally con-nected firms may enjoy preferential treatment from the govern-ment,in the form of lower taxes,and the access to government loans,subsidies,bailouts,and/or procurement contracts.

Experimental study of the effect of slotted blades on the Savonius wind turbine performance

This study investigates the effect of Reynolds number on the performance of Savonius wind turbine with slotted *** turbine performance investigation was based on the torque coefficient(Ct),power coefficient(Cp),and tip speed ratio(TSR).The experiment used two number of blade configuration,blade overlap ratio of 10%,12.5%and 20%,slotted position of 15%,20%,25%and 35%,and also slotted gap width of 3 mm,5 mm,7 mm,and 9 *** wind speed carried out in this experiment are 5.94 m/s,6.46 m/s,6.99 m/s,and 7.27 m/s,which are generated from the fan blowers as a wind *** Savonius turbine with 10%overlap ratio shows the best *** highest Cp obtained is 0.138 by the variation of a 3 mm gap with Re of 1.44×10^(4) and 0.526 TSR.

Solution of Dirac equation for Eckart potential and trigonometric Manning Rosen potential using asymptotic iteration method

The Dirac equation for Eckart potential and trigonometric Manning Rosen potential with exact spin symmetry is obtained using an asymptotic iteration method. The combination of the two potentials is substituted into the Dirac equation, then the variables are separated into radial and angular parts. The Dirac equation is solved by using an asymptotic iteration method that can reduce the second order differential equation into a differential equation with substitution variables of hypergeometry type. The relativistic energy is calculated using Matlab 2011. This study is limited to the case of spin symmetry. With the asymptotic iteration method, the energy spectra of the relativistic equations and equations of orbital quantum number l can be obtained, where both are interrelated between quantum numbers. The energy spectrum is also numerically solved using the Matlab software, where the increase in the radial quantum number nr causes the energy to decrease. The radial part and the angular part of the wave function are defined as hypergeometry functions and visualized with Matlab 2011. The results show that the disturbance of a combination of the Eckart potential and trigonometric Manning Rosen potential can change the radial part and the angular part of the wave function.
