The source of the struggling legal regulation of executives＇pay in state-owned enterprises is that the executives of most state-owned enterprises are not selected from the personnel market but are appointed by the administrative agencies, which gives government departments in charge sufficient legal premises to regulate their pay externally. However, the strict broad-brush administrative regulations and policies intensified the irrelevance between executives＇ pay and their business performance. It is necessary to classify the way and the extent to regulate executives＇ pay in state-owned enterprises according to its different nature and function. It is also necessary to re-modify the strict control of executives＇ pay policy on competitive state-owned enterprises. To achieve selection from the human resources market, we have to improve the market-based mechanism of pay contractual arrangements and implementation between the enterprise and the executives, and then ultimately achieve a high relevancy between the executives＇pay and the performance of management. The role of law is to guide, ensure and enhance this correlation.

Consumers are the source of enterprise profits and the center of enterprise marketing activities. The study of consumption pattern has strategic significance on enterprise business activities. In terms of the enormous consumption market as China in particular, the study of its consumption pattern is particularly significant. Through the periodic classification of Chinese economic pattern, this thesis extracts the main consumption pattern characteristics of different stages. Through the exploration of the consumption pattern, it analyzes the development rule of consumption pattern and seeks the intrinsic relationship between consumption pattern and enterprise marketing. On this basis, it proposes suggestions of enterprise marketing counternaeasures that adapt to consumption pattern and contribute to enterprise development.

Conceptually,health is subjective,procedural and socially *** three-fold nature determines the connotations of the right to health as well as the constraints *** right to health encompasses both the right to freedom and social *** right to freedom in the context of health means that the state should respect the health status and choices of its citizens and trust that the people are able to optimize their health through their own efforts,whereas the right to basic healthcare services is an important component of the right to health from the perspective of social *** review system stipulated in administrative normative documents increases,to a certain degree,the possibility that citizens can realize their right to *** right to health is constrained in three aspects:"precondition of the possible",concurrent requirements imposed by society and conflicts among basic *** there is financial restraint on what the state can afford,the right to health is constrained by limits to healthcare institutions and the provision of healthcare ***-emphasis of individual responsibility on the part of the insured can possibly transform the right to health into an obligation to be healthy.

＂Knowledge workers＂ is the carrier of enterprise knowledge and technology and is undoubtedly the most important resource and core competence. How to effectively motivate such people create greater wealth for the enterprise has become the key problem of the era of knowledge economy. Based on the concept and characteristics of knowledge workers, this paper uses classical analysis framework of incentive theory; through quantitative and qualitative analysis, it points out the existing problems and puts forward solutions on the basis of full analysis of the present incentive situation.

Forensic speaker recognition is experiencing a remarkable paradigm shift in terms of the evaluation framework and presentation of voice *** paper proposes a new method of forensic automatic speaker recognition using the likelihood ratio framework to quantify the strength of voice *** proposed method uses a reference database to calculate the within-and between-speaker *** acoustic-phonetic features are extracted automatically using the software *** effectiveness of the approach was tested using two Mandarin databases:A mobile telephone database and a landline *** experimenfs results indicate that these acoustic-phonetic features do have some discriminating potential and are worth trying in *** automatic acoustic-phonetic features have acceptable discriminative performance and can provide more reliable results in evidence analysis when fused with other kind of voice features.
