Objective:To evaluate to the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(SFI)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia(AL)by ***:Pub Med,Cochrane library,Embase,Sino Med,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Journal Integration Platform,Wanfang Database were searched from establishment to November 1,*** randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of SFI combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of AL were *** Cochrane risk assessment form(Rev Man 5.1)was used to evaluate the quality of included ***:A total of 14 RCTs and 1,088 patients was *** quality evaluation was mostly low risk or ***-analysis showed that compared with chemotherapy alone,SFI combined with chemotherapy can improve the total clinical effective rate in patients with AL(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.056–1.177;P=0.0001),and relieve adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs,including infection(RR=0.561,95%CI:0.397–0.792;P=0.001),nausea and vomiting(RR=0.662,95%CI:0.524–0.835;P=0.001),bleeding(RR=0.548,95%CI:0.39–0.768;P=0.0001),cardiotoxicity(RR=0.230,95%CI:0.080–0.660;P=0.006)and hyperhidrosis(RR=0.348,95%CI:0.208–0.581;P=0.0001).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in SFI combined with chemotherapy group were significantly lower than that of the chemotherapy alone group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy has good efficacy and safety for AL,and it can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by ***,subject to the limitations of the methodological quality of the literature,the conclusions of this study need to be further verified by large-scale and multi-center RCTs.

Background:Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome is the most common glomerular disease in *** study was undertaken to observe the efficacy and side-effects of rituximab(RTX)in treating children with different types of refractory primary nephrotic ***:Twelve patients with steroid dependent nephrotic syndrome(SDNS),frequently relapsing nephritic syndrome(FRNS),and steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome(SRNS)were enrolled in our *** were obvious drug side-effects,and proteinuria remained difficult to *** was administered at a dose of 375 mg/m2 body surface area,once or twice ***:The male to female ratio was 3:1,and the onset age was 1.6–8.9 *** were 9 patients with steroid sensitive nephrotic syndrome(SDNS or FRNS),and 3 patients with *** were 7 patients with minimal change disease(MCD),3 patients with focal segmental glomerular sclerosis(FSGS),1 with focal proliferative glomerulonephritis,and 1 without renal *** total effective treatment rate of RTX was 91.67%,and for 77.78%of the patients,steroid dosage could be *** months before and after RTX infusion,the mean steroid dosage was significantly decreased(P=0.014)and the recurrence number was significantly reduced(P<0.001).The results were better in MCD patients than in FSGS patients(P=0.045).There was no significant difference between FRNS/SDNS and SRNS patients(P=0.175).During RTX administration,3 patients developed skin rashes,1 developed hypotension,and 1 developed a *** patient experienced a persistent decrease in serum immunoglobulin level but without serious ***:RTX was effective in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome,and it could significantly reduce the use of steroid and immunosuppressants.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disease sustained by genetic factors. Various aspects of the genetic contribution to the pathogenetics and outcome of RA are still unknown. Several genes have been indicated so far in the pathogenesis of RA. Apart from human leukocyte antigen, large genome wide association studies have identified many loci involved in RA pathogenesis. These genes include protein tyrosine phosphatase, nonreceptor type 22, Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase type Ⅳ, signal transducer and activator of transcription 4, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4, tumor necrosis factor-receptor associated factor 1/complement component 5, tumor necrosis factor and others. It is important to determine whether a combination of RA risk alleles are able to identify patients who will develop certain clinical outcomes, such myocardium infarction, severe infection or lymphoma, as well as to identify patients who will respond to biological medication therapy.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Rebixiao(RBX)Chinese herbal tablets(CHT)and Chinese formula granules(CFG)in the treatment of acute gout arthritis(AGA).METHODS:This randomized,multicenter,double-blind,controlled trial included 165 AGA patients with the damp-heat symptom pattern who were randomly divided into an RBX CHT group and an RBX CFG group and treated for 7 d at three *** total effective rates of the joint symptom score,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)were used to evaluate the clinical *** assessments were also ***:Of the 165 enrolled patients,147 completed the clinical *** was no difference in baseline between the two *** total effective rates of the joint symptom score were 94.36%and 97.36%,and the total effective rates of the TCM symptoms score were 95.77%and 97.36%in the CFG group and CHT group,*** statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Additionally,ESR and CRP were similar in both groups(P>0.05).Furthermore,treatment efficacy regarding TCM and joint symptoms,the ESR,and CRP were consistent within each center and among the different centers(P>0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse events was 4.22%and 2.63%in the CFG group and CHT group,respectively,and no difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:RBX CFG and CHT have significant and similar efficacy in the treatment of AGA,and CFG did not increase adverse side effects.
