Objective: To grasp the changing trend of research hotspots of traditional chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, and to better play the role of traditional chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and other diseases. Methods: The research literature from 2020 to 2022 was searched in the CNKI database, and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis. Results: The papers on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional chinese medicine changed from cases, overviews, reports, and efficacy studies to more in-depth mechanism research, theoretical exploration, and social impact analysis, and finally formed a theory-clinical-society Influence-institutional change and other multi-dimensional achievement systems. Conclusion: Analyzing the changing trends of TCM hotspots in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 can fully understand the important value of TCM, take the coordination of TCM and Western medicine as an important means to deal with public health security incidents, and promote the exploration of the potential efficacy of TCM, so as to enhance the role of TCM in Applications in social stability, emergency security, clinical practice, etc.

Heart failure(HF)is a highly morbid syndrome that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and generates an enormous socio-economic *** addition to cardiac myocyte oxidative stress and apoptosis,which are considered mechanisms for the development of HF,alterations in cardiac energy metabolism and pathological autophagy also contribute to cardiac abnormalities and ultimately *** information regulator 1(Sirt1)and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)-dependent deacetylases and phosphorylated kinases,*** play similar roles in regulating some pathological processes of the heart through regulating targets such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α),protein 38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).We summarized the synergistic effects of Sirt1 and AMPK in the heart,and listed the traditional chinese medicine(TCM)that exhibit cardioprotective properties by modulating the Sirt1/AMPK pathway,to provide a basis for the development of Sirt1/AMPK activators or inhibitors for the treatment of HF and other cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).

Thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO)is a rare,chronic,progressive,and segmental inflammatory disease characterized by a high rate of amputation,significantly compromising the quality of life of ***-Miao-Yong-An decoction(SMYA),a tradition-al prescription,exhibits anti-inflammatory,anti-thrombotic,and various other pharmacological ***,it was fully proved to be effective for TAO therapy,but the specific therapeutic effect of SMYA on TAO has been ***,deep unveiling the mechanism of SMYA in TAO for identifying clinical therapeutic targets is extremely *** this study,we observed elev-ated levels of IL-17A in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of TAO patients,whereas the expression of miR-548j-5p was significantly decreased.A negative correlation between the levels of miR-548j-5p and IL-17A was also *** vitro ex-periments showed that overexpression of miR-548j-5p led to a decrease in IL-17A levels,whereas downregulation of miR-548j-5p showed the opposite *** a dual luciferase assay,we confirmed that miR-548j-5p directly targets ***,serum containing SMYA effectively decreased IL-17A levels by increasing the expression of *** importantly,the results of in vivo tests indicated that SMYA mitigated the development of TAO by inhibiting IL-17A through the upregulation of miR-548j-5p in vascular *** conclusion,SMYA significantly enhances the expression of miR-548j-5p,thereby reducing the levels of the target gene IL-17A and alleviating *** research not only identifies novel targets and pathways for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TAO but also advances the innovation in traditional chinese medicine through the elucidation of the SMYA/miR-548j-5p/IL-17A regulatory axis in the pathogenesis of TAO.
