The theory on Chinese legal education for the new era, as an important part of XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, profoundly answers significant questions about the orientation, goal, status, relationship, management, and system of Chinese legal education in the new era, and guides us to build a leading country in legal education.

As the idea of diversified dispute resolution becomes common sense,the structural relations of different dispute resolution mechanisms have become the focus of practice reforms and theoretical controversies in *** 60-year development of the"Fengqiao Model"has always focused on the overall design of the dispute resolution system,which provides a foundation and plenty of materials for understanding these structural *** with the development of social theory,this paper summarizes a general structural theory of dispute resolution mechanisms based on the"Fengqiao Model."This theory advocates that the structure of dispute resolution mechanisms is the outcome of the integration of state intervention,social self-regulatory,and their interactions with various dispute resolution *** can be used to explain the formation and change of the dispute resolution system in China,the structural strain in recent years,the overall plan of structural adjustment since 2012,and the next strategic core of profound *** also can be used to explain why the"Fengqiao Model"is so persistent and widely applicable,and how the"Fengqiao Model"be converted from a local model to an overall requirement,showing the great meaning of adhering to and developing the"Fengqiao Model'at present.

This study delves into the formation dynamics of alliances within a closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)that encom-passes a manufacturer,a retailer,and an e-commerce *** leverages Stackelberg game for this exploration,contrasting the equilibrium outcomes of a non-alliance model with those of three differentiated alliance *** non-alliance model acts as a crucial benchmark,enabling the evaluation of the motivations for various supply chain entities to engage in alliance *** analysis is centered on identifying the most effective alliance strategies and establishing a coordination within these *** thoroughly investigate the consequences of diverse alliance behaviors,bidirectional free-riding and cost-sharing,and the resultant effects on the optimal decision-making among supply chain *** findings underscore several pivotal insights:(1)The behavior of alliances within the supply chain exerts variable impacts on the optimal pricing and demand of its *** comparison to the non-alliance(D)model,the manufacturer-retailer(MR)and manufacturer-e-commerce platform(ME)alliances significantly lower both offline and online resale prices for new and remanufactured *** adjustment leads to an enhanced demand for products via the MR alliance’s offline outlets and the ME alliance’s online platforms,thereby augmenting the profits for those within the ***,retailer-e-commerce platform(ER)alliance tends to increase the optimal retail price and demand across both online and offline *** specific conditions,alliance behavior can also increase the profits of non-alliance members,and the profits derived through alliance channels also exceed those from non-alliance channels.(2)The prevalence of bidirectional free-riding behavior largely remains constant across different alliance *** these models,bidirectional free-riding typically elevates the equilibrium prices in offline channel while negatively affe

CEO compensation stickiness represents an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of compensation *** study uses CEO career experience data and compensation stickiness data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to investigate the compensation contracts’effectiveness of CEOs with diverse career *** findings are as follows:1)Compensation stickiness is more pronounced for CEOs with diverse career *** to the mechanism test,these CEOs with diverse career experiences can obtain compensation incentives by reducing corporate uncertainty perception and improving total factor *** approach leads to increased compensation stickiness and the effectiveness of compensation *** with diverse career experiences may receive excess compensation by raising agency costs,which intensifies compensation stickiness and weakens the effectiveness of compensation contracts.2)Compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant in companies with lower investor protection,which brings about less effective compensation *** contrast,in companies with higher diversification,the compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant,which delivers more effective compensation *** conclusions deepen the research of CEO compensation contracts and provide a helpful reference for CEO compensation management practices.

Dynamic Treatment Strategy of Chinese Medicine for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Based on Machine Learning Algorithm

Objective: To establish the dynamic treatment strategy of Chinese medicine(CM) for metastatic colorectal cancer(m CRC) by machine learning algorithm, in order to provide a reference for the selection of CM treatment strategies for m CRC. Methods: From the outpatient cases of m CRC in the Department of Oncology at Xiyuan Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, 197 cases that met the inclusion criteria were screened. According to different CM intervention strategies, the patients were divided into 3 groups: CM treatment alone, equal emphasis on Chinese and Western medicine treatment(CM combined with local treatment of tumors, oral chemotherapy, or targeted drugs), and CM assisted Western medicine treatment(CM combined with intravenous regimen of Western medicine). The survival time of patients undergoing CM intervention was taken as the final evaluation index. Factors affecting the choice of CM intervention scheme were screened as decision variables. The dynamic CM intervention and treatment strategy for m CRC was explored based on the cost-sensitive classification learning algorithm for survival(CSCLSurv). Patients' survival was estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and the survival time of patients who received the model-recommended treatment plan were compared with those who received actual treatment plan. Results: Using the survival time of patients undergoing CM intervention as the evaluation index, a dynamic CM intervention therapy strategy for m CRC was established based on *** CM intervention strategies for m CRC can be selected according to dynamic decision variables, such as gender, age, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group score, tumor site, metastatic site, genotyping, and the stage of Western medicine treatment at the patient's first visit. The median survival time of patients who received the modelrecommended treatment plan was 35 months, while those who receive the actual treatment plan was 26.0 months(P=0.06). Conclusions:

Strong orthogonal arrays(SOAs) were recently introduced and studied as a class of spacefilling designs for computer experiments. To surely realize better space-filling properties, SOAs of strength three or higher are desirable. In addition, orthogonality is also an important property for designs of computer experiments, because it guarantees that the estimates of the main effects are uncorrelated. This paper first provides a systematic study on the construction of(nearly) orthogonal strength-three SOAs with better space-filling properties. The newly proposed strength-three SOAs enjoy almost the same space-filling properties of strength-four SOAs, and can accommodate much more columns than the latter. Moreover, they are(nearly) orthogonal and flexible in run sizes. The construction methods are straightforward to implement, and their theoretical supports are well established. In addition to the theoretical results, many designs are tabulated for practical needs.

In this paper,we study the optimal timing to convert the risk of business for an insurance company in order to improve its *** cash flow of company evolves according to a jump-diffusion *** conversion option offers the company an opportunity to transfer the jump risk business *** exchange for this option,the company needs to pay both fixed and proportional transaction *** proportional cost can also be seen as the profit loading of the jump risk *** formulated this problem as an optimal stopping *** solving this stopping problem,we find that the optimal timing of business conversion mainly depends on the profit loading of the jump risk business.A larger profit loading would make the conversion option *** fixed cost,however,only delays the optimal timing of business *** the end,numerical results are provided to illustrate the impacts of transaction costs and environmental parameters to the optimal strategies.

Economic policy uncertainty has prominent effects on investment and *** unique transaction-level data in China,this paper explores the impact of economic policy uncertainty on land transaction premiums in *** average,a 1%increase in the policy uncertainty level reduces land transaction premiums by 3.907 percentage *** impact of policy uncertainty is more profound for firms with tighter financial constraints and land located in cities with lower rent-to-price *** influence of policy uncertainty becomes weaker after the anti-corruption campaign in China,especially in provinces scrutinised by the central inspection teams,implying that improvements in the political environment alleviates the impact of policy uncertainty.
