OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal shockwave therapy(ESWT)combined with sodium hyaluronate(HA)for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).METHODS:PubM ed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,and SinoMed were searched from inception to July *** quality of the randomized controlled trials was evaluated independently by two reviewers according to the criteria in the Cochrane Collaboration for Systematic *** identified articles were then screened individually using EndnoteX9 for eligibility in this *** heterogeneity among the articles was evaluated using ***:A total of 17 studies,comprising 2000 individuals,were included in this *** results showed that a significant improvement was observed in knee pain and function based on the clinical efficacy of ESWT combined with *** analysis of clinical efficacy showed that[relative risk(RR)=1.21,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.12,1.30),P<0.01].Statistical analysis of visual analog scale showed that[standardized mean difference(SMD)=-2.84,95%CI(-4.01,-1.66),P<0.01].Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index statistical analysis showed that[SMD=-1.57,95%CI(-2.52,-0.61),P<0.01].Lysholm score statistical analysis showed that[SMD=1.71,95%CI(0.98,2.44),P<0.01].In addition,only minor side effects,such as redness and swelling of the skin,were ***:Medium to low quality evidence showed that ESWT combined with HA offers an inexpensive,welltolerated,safe,and effective method to improve pain and functionality in patients with ***,tightly controlled,randomized,large multicenter trials are warranted to validate the current findings.

Microcirculation of liver cancer is the micro-vascular system which comes from the tissue of liver cancer. It can offer the nutritional requirement for accelerating the cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. The intrinsic mechanism of angiogenesis is the key link in the formation of liver cancer microcirculation system. Liver regeneration microenvironment also plays an important role in the construction of liver cancer microcirculation, through the improvement of liver regeneration microenvironment affecting tumor microcirculation is the new strategy of prevention and treatment of liver cancer. In recent years, it is found that many kinds of chinese medicine can inhibit angiogenesis, decrease the microvessel density, and delay or prevent the development of liver cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Shenqi Yangxin decoction(SQYXD) on heart function in a rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) and its potential ***: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal(10 rats) and DCM(150 rats)groups. DCM was induced by an intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. Then, DCM baseline group was randomly selected sixteen DCM rats. The remaining DCM rats were randomly divided into DCM control, perindopril, metoprolol, and SQYXD groups. Cardiac function and histological analysis plus biochemical measurement of serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), and inflammatory factors were measured. The mRNA and protein expression levels of high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1), Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4), receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE), and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) were determined. Myocardial metabolism imaging was performed on the normal, SQYXD and DCM control groups to evaluate the effectiveness of ***: Rats in the DCM control group exhibited dilated left ventricular diameter, impaired cardiac function, disorganized sarcomere, impaired glucose metabolism, increased heart weight index,and increased levels of BNP, which were improved by treatment with SQYXD. In addition, hearts from rats in the DCM baseline group exhibited significantly higher levels of HMGB1, TLR-4, RAGE, NF-κB,tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1, interleukin-6, interleukin-10, compared with the normal group. Interestingly, the mRNA level of HMGB1 in the DCM baseline group was positively correlated with that of TLR-4, RAGE, NF-κB, BNP, and LVEDD,but negatively correlated with LVEF. SQYXD inhibited the upregulation of HMGB1 expression and its downstream inflammatory ***: Shenqi Yangxin decoction effectively reduced the dilated left ventricular diameter and improved heart function in dilated cardiomyopathy. Mechanistic of Daxiepi Tang in treating lung cancer based on network pharmacology

OBJECTIVE To predict the mechanism of treatment of lung cancer with Daxiepi Tang by using network pharmacology. METHODS The chemical constituents and targets of the small molecule related to the six traditional chinese medicines of Daxiepi Tang were searched from the chinese medicine System Pharmacology Analysis Platform(TCMSP). The target network interaction map of the compound was constructed by Cytoscape; the lung cancer disease genes was screened by Dis Ge NET database. Relevant targets were screened for the traditional chinese medicine target for treating lung cancer in the compound, and the protein interaction network(PPI) was constructed for the gene; Gene Ontology(GO) analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed using the David 6.8 database. RESULTS There were 252 potential targets in Liuwei chinese medicine, among which 32 were important targets for the treatment of lung cancer, including AKT1, TP53, VEGFA,IL6. DAVID enrichment shows a strong therapeutic effect on lung cancer. CONCLUSION This study embodies the characteristics of multi-component-multi-target-multichannel of traditional chinese medicine, and can further study the treatment of lung cancer with Daxiepi Tang.

Tripterygium glycosides tablet(TGT),the classical commercial drug of Tripterygium wilfordii *** been effectively used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,leprosy,Behcet's syndrome,leprosy reaction and autoimmune ***,due to its narrow and limited treatment window,TGT-induced organ toxicity(among which liver injury accounts for about 40%of clinical reports)has gained increasing *** present study aimed to clarify the cellular and molecular events underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury using single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)*** TGT-induced acute liver injury mouse model was constructed through short-term TGT exposure and further verified by hematoxylin-eosin staining and liver function-related serum indicators,including alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and total *** the mouse model,we identified 15 specific subtypes of cells in the liver tissue,including endothelial cells,hepatocytes,cholangiocytes,and hepatic stellate *** analysis indicated that TGT caused a significant inflammatory response in liver endothelial cells at different spatial locations;led to marked inflammatory response,apoptosis and fatty acid metabolism dysfunction in hepatocytes;activated hepatic stellate cells;brought about the activation,inflammation,and phagocytosis of liver capsular macrophages cells;resulted in immune dysfunction of liver lymphocytes;disturbed the intercellular crosstalk in liver microenvironment by regulating various signaling ***,these findings elaborate the mechanism underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury,provide new insights into the safe and rational applications in the clinic,and complement the identification of new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for liver protection.
