Objective:Fluzoparib(SHR3162)is a novel,potent poly(ADP-ribose)polymerases(PARP)1,2 inhibitor that showed anti-tumor activity in xenograft *** conducted a phaseⅠ,first-in-human,dose-escalation and expansion(D-Esc and D-Ex)trial in patients with advanced solid ***:This was a 3+3 phaseⅠD-Esc trial with a 3-level D-Ex at 5 hospitals in *** patients for DEsc had advanced solid tumors refractory to standard therapies,and D-Ex enrolled patients with ovarian cancer(OC).Fluzoparib was administered orally once or twice daily(bid)at 11 dose levels from 10 to 400 mg/*** included dose-finding,safety,pharmacokinetics,and antitumor ***:Seventy-nine patients were enrolled from March,2015 to January,2018[OC(47,59.5%);breast cancer(BC)(16,20.3%);colorectal cancer(8,10.1%),other tumors(8,10.1%)];48 patients were treated in the D-Esc arm and 31 in the D-Ex *** maximum tolerated dose(MTD)was 150 mg bid,with a half-life of 9.14 *** 3/4 adverse events included anemia(7.6%)and neutropenia(5.1%).The objective response rate(ORR)was 30%(3/10)in patients with platinum-sensitive OC and 7.7%(1/13)in patients with *** patients treated with fluzoparib≥120 mg/d,median progression-free survival(m PFS)was 7.2[95%confidence interval(95%CI),1.8-9.3]months in OC,9.3(95%CI,7.2-9.3)months in platinum-sensitive OC,and 3.5(range,2.0-28.0)months in *** patients with germline BC susceptibility gene mutation(g BRCAMut)(11/43 OC;2/16 BC),m PFS was 8.9 months for OC(range,1.0-23.2;95%CI,1.0-16.8)and 14 and 28 months for BC(those two patients both also had somatic BRCAMut).Conclusions:The MTD of fluzoparib was 150 mg bid in advanced solid *** demonstrated single-agent antitumor activity in BC and OC,particularly in BRCAMut and platinum-sensitive OC.

The key point for rational allocation of emergency resources is to match the oil spill response capacity with the risk of oil spill. This paper proposes an innovative risk-based model for quantitative regional emergency resource allocation, which comprehensively analyzes the factors such as oil spill probability, hazard consequences, oil properties, weathering process and operation efficiency, etc. The model calculates three major resources, i.e., mechanical recovery, dispersion and absorption, according to the results of risk assessment. In a field application in Xiaohu Port, guangzhou, China, and the model achieved scientific and rational allocation of emergency resources by matching the assessed risk with the regional capacity, and allocating emergency resources according to capability target. The model is considered to be beneficial to enhancing the resource efficiency and may contribute to the planning of capacity-building programs in high-risk areas.

In the present work,selective laser melting(SLM)technology was utilized for manufacturing CX stainless steel samples under a series of laser *** effect of laser linear energy density on the microstructure characteristics,phase distribution,crystallographic orientation and mechanical properties of these CX stainless steel samples were investigated theoretically and experimentally via scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Based on the systematic study,the SLM CX stainless steel sample with best surface roughness(Ra=4.05±1.8μm)and relative density(Rd=99.72%±0.22%)under the optimal linear density(η=245 J/m)can be *** CX stainless steel was primarily constituted by a large number of fine martensite(α’phase)structures(i.e.,cell structures,cellular dendrites and blocky grains)and a small quantity of austenite(γphase)*** pre ferred crystallographic orientation(i.e.,direction)can be determined in the XZ plane of the SLM CX ***,under the optimal linear energy density,the good combinations with the highest ultimate tensile strength(UTS=1068.0%±5.9%)and the best total elongation(TE=15.70%±0.26%)of the SLM CX sample can be *** strengthening dominates the strengthening mechanism of the SLM CX sample in as-built state.

Antimicrobial susceptibility tests(ASTs)are pivotal in combating multidrug resistant pathogens,yet they can be time‐consuming,labor‐intensive,and *** the AST of tigecycline for sepsis as the main model,here we establish an automated system of Clinical Antimicrobials Susceptibility Test Ramanometry(CAST‐R),based on D2O‐probed Raman mi*** a liquid robot for sample pretreatment and a machine learning‐based control scheme for data acquisition and quality control,the 3‐h,automated CAST‐R process accelerates AST by>10‐fold,processes 96 paralleled antibiotic‐exposure reactions,and produces high‐quality Raman *** Expedited Minimal Inhibitory Concentration via Metabolic Activity is proposed as a quantitative and broadly applicable parameter for metabolism‐based AST,which shows 99%essential agreement and 93%categorical agreement with the broth microdilution method(BMD)when tested on 100 Acinetobacter baumannii *** tests on 26 clinically positive blood samples for eight antimicrobials,including tigecycline,meropenem,ceftazidime,ampicillin/sulbactam,oxacillin,clindamycin,vancomycin,and levofloxacin reveal 93%categorical agreement with BMD‐based *** automation,speed,reliability,and general applicability of CAST‐R suggest its potential utility for guiding the clinical administration of antimicrobials.

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.

Thermally stable and biodegradable composites from poly （propylene carbonate）（PPC）, poly （ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol）（EVOH）, starch and CaCO3 were fabricated by melt blending. Differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, differential thermal analysis/thermal gravimetric analysis （DTA/TGA）, tensile test and scanning electron microscope （SEM） were performed to investigate the miscibility, thermal behavior and tensile properties of the PPC/EVOH/Starch/CaCO3 composites. DSC results indicate that the introduction of EVOH could improve the compatibility between PPC and starch to some extent because of the interfacial interaction between PPC and EVOH, leading to an increase in tensile strength. The tensile strength began to decrease when more starch was added due to the aggregation of starch particles. SEM examination showed the good interracial bonding between the fillers and polymeric components. The incorporation of both EVOH and fillers can greatly increase the thermal stability of PPC matrix. The PPC/EVOH/Starch/CaCO3 composites can be melt processed and can be used as a common biodegradable material for a wide application.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of salinity changes in the rearing environment on the haemocyte activities of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii(***).Methods:Three salinity treatments including 12‰,22‰,and 32‰were *** mortality rate and neutral red retention(NRR)assay were used to investigate the impact of rearing salinity on the haemocyte activities of pearl ***:Results from the present study indicated that salinity significantly affected the haemocyte mortality rate of *** highest haemocytes mortality rate was observed in the 12‰treatment,and the lowest mortality rate was observed in the 32‰*** time was also significantly affected by the *** highest NRR time was observed in the 32‰treatment,and the lowest NRR time was observed in the 12‰***:Results from the present study indicated that salinity<22‰had significant impact on the haemocyte mortality rate and NRR *** the environmental salinity will pose an additional stress and may also reduce the defense capacities of *** and make them more susceptible to parasites and bacteria.

One of the crucial issues for applying electret/triboelectric power generators in the Internet of Things(IoT)is to take full advantage of specific high voltage signals and enable self-powered ***,inspired by Miura-origami,we present an innovative origami power generator(OPG)constructed from only one piece of electret thin *** Miura-origami architecture realizes a generator with excellent deformability and stretchability and makes it unnecessary for any auxiliary support structure during the compress-release *** parameters of the generator are intensively investigated,including the excitation accelerations,excitation displacements,numbers of power generation units and deformation degree of the *** stimulated with 5.0 g acceleration at 15 Hz frequency,the generator with 8 generation units can obtain an instantaneous peak-to-peak voltage and a remarkable optimum peak power of 328 V and 2152μW at 50MΩ,*** addition,the regulable shape and multiple generation modes of the device greatly improve its applicability in various vibration energy collection *** on the above results,a hexagonal electret generator integrated with six-phase OPGs is developed as a“Buoy on Sky,”after which the signal waveforms generated from internal power generators are recognized with 92%accuracy through a neural network algorithm that identifies the vibration conditions of transmission *** work demonstrates that a fusion of origami art and energy conversion techniques can achieve a multifunctional generator design satisfying the requirements for IoT applications.
