Data-independent acquisition(DIA)technology for protein identification from mass spectrometry and related algorithms is developing *** spectrum-centric analysis of DIA data without the use of spectra library from data-dependent acquisition data represents a promising *** this paper,we proposed an untargeted analysis method,Dear-DIA^(XMBD),for direct analysis of DIA ***-DIA^(XMBD) first integrates the deep variational autoencoder and triplet loss to learn the representations of the extracted fragment ion chromatograms,then uses the k-means clustering algorithm to aggregate fragments with similar representations into the same classes,and finally establishes the inverted index tables to determine the precursors of fragment clusters between precursors and peptides and between fragments and *** show that Dear-DIA^(XMBD) performs superiorly with the highly complicated DIA data of different species obtained by different instrument platforms.

The study of using infrared thermal image to assist surgery of coronary artery bypass

Digital infrared thermography is suitable for monitoring the planar two-dimensional temperature distribution of curved surfaces of objects by sensing their infrared radiation. Cardiac infrared thermography also has a thermal coronary angiography alias. This study proposes a digital image processing methodology for locating blood clot blockage. This methodology contains four consequent processes. The two-dimensional gray scale infrared thermograph pixels are first binarized and classified as background or coronary arteries using multi-thresh adaptive *** coronary artery contours are extracted from segmented raw pixels using continuous pepper-like pixel removal,erosion,subtraction,recursive neighborhood visiting,contour point-list construction and short edge *** the third process one coronary artery branch is selected by physicians for calculating the longest curved central axis using morphological thinning and neighborhood analysis. In the last process the nearest left and right distances from each pixel along the directional central axis to its corresponding boundary contour are added as the coronary artery variable diameter at the current pixel's position. A variable diameter versus straighten length diagram along this axial curved path is plotted to provide useful physiological information to the physician. An obstruction rate equation is then defined to calculate the possible vascular blockage positions with the local minimal rates. Finally,preoperative cases are tested to prove the predictive positions are correct in comparison to individual patient myocardial perfusion imaging.

Carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sinks reduce the rate of increase of the atmospheric CO_(2) concentration and global warming. However, uncertainty still exists in the estimation results of carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sink fluxes(CCSF), and the contributions of climate change and ecological restoration to the CCSF are not clear. To this end, we compiled published site data on ion concentrations in different watersheds in China and used a classical thermodynamic dissolution model to reassess the potential and spatial and temporal patterns of the CCSF in China from 1991 to 2020. We quantified the contributions of temperature(MAT), precipitation(MAP), evapotranspiration(ET), soil water(SM), and the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) to the CCSF. The results revealed that(1) China's CCSF was 22.76 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1), which was higher than the global average(15.77 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1)). The total carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sink(CCS) was 4772.67×10^(4)t CO_(2), contributing 14.91% of the global CCS through a carbonate rock area of 252.98×10^(4)km^(-2).(2) China's CCSF decreased gradually from southeast to northwest, with values of 33.14, 12.93, and7.27 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1)in the southern karst, Qinghai-Tibetan karst, and northern karst regions, respectively.(3) The overall CCSF in China exhibited an increasing trend from 1991 to 2020, with a rate of increase of 0.16 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1).(4) The contributions of the MAP, MAT, ET, SM, and NDVI to the CCSF were 63.3%, 3.02%, 27.5%, 3.1%, and 3.05%, respectively. Among them, the increase in precipitation was the main contributor to the increase in the CCSF in China over the last 30 years, while the enhancement of ET offset part of the positive contribution of the increase in precipitation to the CCSF. Propylene Dimerization by (η~5-C_9H_7)_2 Nickel(II) Catalytic System

The catalytic performance of Ni( η 5 Ind) 2 complex in the dimerization of propylene was studied in combination with an organoaluminum co catalyst, eventually in the presence of a phosphine ligand. The effects of the type of aluminum co catalyst and its relative amount, the nature of phosphine ligand and P/Ni ratio as well as the reaction temperature were examined. The results indicated that the nickel precatalyst exhibited high productivity for the propylene dimerization together with organoaluminum. It was likely to strongly modify the reactivity in the catalytic system when using phosphine ligand as additives, especially at the reaction temperature below 0 ℃. The catalytic system based on Ni( η 5 Ind) 2 complex displayed an extremely high productivity (TOF up to 169000 h -1 ) and a good regioselectivity to 2,3 dimethylbutenes (2,3 DMB) in dimers (66 4%) under proper reaction parameters.

Transient state analysis of a rub-impact rotor system during maneuvering flight

Maneuvering flight substantially affects the dynamic behavior of rotors;particularly,such flight may cause rubbing between a rotor and stator,which is one of the most serious damages in aircraft *** this paper,a nonlinear dynamic model for describing the dynamic characteristics of a rub-impact rotor system during maneuvering flight is established based on the Lagrange ***,numerical simulations employing the Newmark method are performed,delving into the detailed discussion of the influence of parameters such as rotational speed and maneuvering flight on the transient and steady-state responses of the rotor *** effect mechanism of maneuver load and its coupling with rub impact is *** results show that the impact response induced by maneuvering flight is more obvious in the subcritical state than in the supercritical *** additional stiffness and damping are also induced;in particular,the additional damping has a coupling ***,the rub impact imposes an additional constraint on the rotor system,thereby weakening the influence of the maneuver load and becoming the major factor that determines the dynamic behavior of the rotor system at high speeds.

Seeded Induction Period and Secondary Nucleation of Lithium Carbonate

Seeded nucleation of lithium carbonate in aqueous solution during reactive crystallization was monitored by FBRM(focused beam reflectance measurement) and PVM(particle video microscope).The impacts of operating variables,such as seed size and loading,stirring speed,on induction period and secondary nucleation were investigated and explained by an adsorption *** results show that seed surface area plays an important role in secondary nucleation,for more surface area has higher adsorption capacity and consumes more supersaturation on seed growth,thus restrains nucleation better.A method through comparison between pure breakage/attrition and nucleation process was put forward to distinguish attrition-induced and surface-induced nucleations quantitatively,which can reveal the contributions of different nucleation *** nucleation processes in different conditions were studied,the principles and valuable experimental data were obtained for seeding approach *** and PVM are useful on-line apparatuses to facilitate seed selection and seeding optimization.

Effect of Si–N substituting for Al–O bonds on luminescence properties of Sr_3AlO_4F:Ce^(3+) phosphor

Cerium-doped Sr3（A11-x,Six）O4-xNxF oxynitride phosphors with different x values were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The structure and optical properties of these phosphors were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS） and photoluminescence （PL） spectra. The XRD results showed that SiN substitution for Al-O） did not change the structure of Sr3A104F host and there was no impurity for x〈0.6. With the increasing ofx values, the absorption of phosphors at the blue region was enhanced and the emitting band varied from 519 to 529 nm under the 460 nm blue light excitation. The red shift of the emission band was associated with an increase in the crystal-field splitting and the covalence, which arose from the incorporation of N. More- over, the incorporation of N also improved the thermal quenching properties and the external quantum efficiency with a maximum value up to 43.3%, indicating that this phosphor is a promising candidate for white LEDs application.

Intelligent Multilevel Knowledge Acquisition System for Product Design and Its Implementation

The characteristics of design process, design object and domain knowledge of complex product are analyzed. A kind of knowledge representation schema based on integrated generalized rule is stated. An AND-OR tree based model of concept for domain knowledge is set up. The strategy of multilevel domain knowledge acquisition based on the model is presented. The intelligent multilevel knowledge acquisition system (IMKAS) for product design is developed, and it is applied in the intelligent decision support system of concept design of complex product.
