The goal was to perform the filling,consistency and processing of the rainfall time series data from 1943 to 2013 in five regions of the *** were obtained from several sources(ANA,CPRM,INMET,SERLA and LIGHT),totaling 23 *** time series(raw data)showed failures that were filled with data from TRMM satellite via 3B43 product,and with the climatological normal from *** 3B43 product was used from 1998 to 2013 and the climatological normal over the 1947-1997 *** were submitted to descriptive and exploratory analysis,parametric tests(Shapiro-Wilks and Bartlett),cluster analysis(CA),and data processing(Box Cox)in the 23 *** analysis of the raw data consistency showed a probability of occurrence above 75%(high time variability).Through the CA,two homogeneous rainfall groups(G1 and G2)were *** group G1 and G2 represent 77.01%and 22.99%of the rainfall occurring in SRJ,*** Cox Processing was effective in stabilizing the normality of the residuals and homogeneity of variance of the monthly rainfall time series of the five regions of the *** from 3B43 product and the climatological normal can be used as an alternative source of quality data for gap filling.

AIM:To survey the antibiotic resistance pattern of Helicobacter pylori(***)strains isolated from Bhutanese ***:We isolated 111 *** strains from the gastric mucosa of ***-infected patients in Bhutan in *** Epsilometer test was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of amoxicillin(AMX),clarithromycin(CLR),metronidazole(MNZ),levofloxacin(LVX),ciprofloxacin(CIP),and tetracycline(TET).RESULTS:Nineteen of the isolated *** strains were susceptible to all antibiotics *** isolated strains showed the highest rate of antibiotic resistance to MNZ(92/111,82.9%).Among the 92 MNZresistant strains,74 strains(80.4%)showed high-level resistance(MIC≥256 g/mL).Three strains were resistance to LVX(2.7%).These strains were also resistance to *** of the strains showed resistance to CLR,AMX and ***:CLR-based triple therapy is a more effective treatment approach over MNZ-based triple therapy for *** infection in Bhutan.

The robotic surgical system has been applied in liver surgery. However,controversies concerns exist regarding a variety of factors including the safety,feasibility, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness of robotic surgery. To promote the development of robotic hepatectomy, this study aimed to evaluate the current status of robotic hepatectomy and provide sixty experts' consensus and recommendations to promote its development. Based on the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development, a Consensus Steering Group and a Consensus Development Group were established to determine the topics, prepare evidence-based documents, and generate recommendations. The GRADE Grid method and Delphi vote were used to formulate the recommendations. A total of 22 topics were prepared analyzed and widely discussed during the 4 meetings. Based on the published articles and expert panel opinion, 7 recommendations were generated by the GRADE method using an evidence-based method, which focused on the safety, feasibility, indication,techniques and cost-effectiveness of hepatectomy. Given that the current evidences were low to very low as evaluated by the GRADE method, further randomized-controlled trials are needed in the future to validate these recommendations.

[Objectives]The paper was better understand the mechanisms of Zn plant uptake in the presence of EDTA and to evaluate the contributions of Zn-EDTA complexes to Zn uptake.[Methods]Three alfalfa cultivars were cultivated for 60 d before exposure to 0,250μg Zn and 250μg Zn+10μg EDTA per kg soil for 50 *** concentrations in tissues were analyzed by flame atomic absorbance ***,Zn amount per plant,translocation factor(TF)and bio-concentration factor(BCF)were *** compounds in tissues were analyzed spectrophotometrically.[Results]Application of Zn+EDTA expressively increased biomass of different tissues of three alfalfa *** the three alfalfa cultivars,Medicago sativa *** the highest Zn concentration in tissues,the largest Zn amount in aerial parts,and the highest BCF in aerial parts under Zn+EDTA *** Zn+EDTA stress,increases in free proline in roots,stem,and leaves of *** *** *** O_(2)^(·-)production in stem and leaves,increases in soluble sugar,but decreases in soluble protein were observed in *** ssp.[Conclusions]*** *** superior to other two cultivars for Zn phyto-remediation,and its well-coordinated physiological changes under Zn+EDTA exposure confer the great Zn tolerance of this cultivar.
