Objectives:This work intended to identify candidate C2H2 genes participating in low-temperature conditioning(LTC)-alleviated postharvest chilling injury of peach *** and Methods:For LTC treatment,fruit were pre-stored at 10℃for 5 d and then transferred to 0℃*** firmness was measured by a hardness tester.H_(2)O_(2)content was determined by luminosity measurement model using a multifunctional enzyme *** of C2H2 family members was performed by HMMSCAN according to peach *** cis-acting element of gene promoters was analyzed using the Plant CARE *** gene coexpression network analysis(WGCNA)was performed by the WGCNA package in the BMK Cloud ***:LTC treatment decreased flesh browning rate and H_(2)O_(2)production of‘Beijing No.9’*** factor identification of differentially expressed genes in 0℃and the LTC treatment indicated that peach C2H2 participated in the regulation of chilling injury.A total of 47 C2H2 genes were identified based on peach ***-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),phylogenetic analysis and promoter cis-acting element analysis revealed that ZFP21 was involved in the regulation of LTC-alleviated chilling injury in *** and dual luciferase assay suggested that ZFP21 participated in LTC-alleviated chilling injury by downregulating the expression of reactive oxygen species-related genes ***:Our investigation,based on genome and RNA-seq,revealed that ZFP21 was involved in LTC treatment-alleviated chilling injury of peach *** work is useful for the identification of peach cold tolerance-related genes and the study of C2H2 family in peach.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

Unsaturated fatty acids are widely distributed in natural edible resources, and have various uses and biological activities. However, no relevant review on unsaturated fat acids from natural edible resources has been found. Therefore, this paper reviewed unsaturated fatty acids in natural edible resources, including the classification and resources of unsaturated fatty acids, biosynthetic pathway, biological activities and application. It was found that unsaturated fatty acids have good therapeutic value in preventing oxidative stress, inflammation, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer and osteoporosis. This paper will provide reference for the study of unsaturated fatty acids in natural edible resources.

Camel milk is a high-quality milk with high nutritional value and health benefits. Camel milk contains a variety of nutrients such as fat, protein, vitamins, lactose, etc. The milk production and quality of camels is influenced by their size, age and feeding conditions. When camel milk is consumed, it is supplemented with nutrients, and after digestion and absorption in the body, it produces a large amount of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides and DPPV inhibitory peptides, which can also assist in the treatment of hypertension, dia-betes, immunity, delay kidney and liver damage, without toxic side effects to the body. It has also been found that the various biological activities of camel milk may be related to its exosomes. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the components of camel milk, its adjuvant therapeutic effects on diseases, and presents the high quality value of camel milk through the research literature.

Objectives:Pigmented wheat has garnered increased attention due to its elevated antioxidant *** study aimed to compare the metabolic components and antioxidant properties of purple and white wheat *** and Methods:Metabolic analysis identified a total of 405 secondary metabolites using three extraction methods:free,acid,and alkali ***:The results revealed that,compared with white wheat,purple wheat exhibited significantly higher levels of total polyphenols,total flavonoids,and antioxidant ***,there were substantial variations in 90,80,and 73 secondary metabolites between white and purple wheat under the respective extraction *** contents of hispidulin-8-C-(2ʹʹ-O-glucosyl)glucoside,hispidulin-8-C-glucoside,diosmetin6-C-glucoside,and scoparin decreased across all groups,while the contents of peonidin-3-O-glucoside,keracyanin,kuromanin cyanidin-3-Oglucoside,and cyanidin-3-O-(6ʹʹ-O-malonyl)glucoside ***:These findings suggest that pathways associated with anthocyanin,flavone,and flavonol biosynthesis were ***,each extraction method revealed distinct secondary *** and alkali hydrolysis upregulated 16 and 3 metabolites in purple wheat,and 20 and 3 metabolites in white wheat,*** and alkaline hydrolysis also identified indole-3-carboxylic acid,vanillic acid,pyridoxine,and other metabolites with antioxidant and antihypertensive effects in both white and purple *** indicates that acid and alkaline hydrolysis can dissociate a greater variety and quantity of differential *** findings offer valuable insights for breeders seeking to develop wheat varieties with enhanced functional nutritional value.

Background:To investigate the effect of adenotonsillec tomy (AT) on bone development,quality of life and polysomnography evaluation in children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA).Methods:Preoperative and postoperative (6 months) physical examination,PSG,bone age (BA) and osteocalcin (OC) evaluation were performed on the selected OSA children (n=92) and the healthy children (n=87).The OSA children were also scored based on the OSA 18-item questionnaire.A two-year follow-up was conducted to evaluate BA and OC ***:After AT,81 (88.04%) OSA children recovered completely,eight (8.70%) achieved remarkable improvements,and three (3.26%) achieved moderate *** the OSA children,postoperative OSA 18-item score and the scores of the five domains were significantly higher than preoperative *** with the preoperative,body mass index (BMI),weight for age Z-sores,height for age Z-sores,weight for height Z-sores and BMI Z-score in the OSA group 6 months after the operation were significantly increased,but no significant difference was detected between the OSA and the control *** changes of BA and chronological age in the OSA group were significantly different from those in the control *** years after AT,BA between the two groups was no longer significantly *** serum OC in the OSA group was lower than that in the control group,but increased to normal levels 6 months after *** analysis showed serum OC levels were negatively correlated with apnea hyponea index,obstructive apnea index,arousal index,and lowest oxygen ***:After AT,bone growth and development in children with OSA recovered gradually,and the serum OC levels decreased to the normal ***,preventive measures and positive treatments should be applied to minimize the negative effects of OSA in children.
