A survey of in-spin transfer torque MRAM computing

In traditional von Neumann computing architectures, the essential transfer of data between the processor and memory hierarchies limits the computational efficiency of next-generation *** emerging in-memory computing(IMC) approach addresses this issue and facilitates the movement of significant data and rapid computations. Among the different memory types, intrinsic energy efficiency is demonstrated by in-magnetic random access memory(MRAM) computing with a low-power spintronic magnetic tunnel junction device and hybrid integration at an advanced complementary metal-oxide semiconductor node. this study reviews state-of-the-art techniques for managing IMC with an emphasis on spin-transfer torque-MRAM computing via design schemes at the bit-cell, circuit, and system levels. In addition, this study presents effective design techniques and potential challenges and demonstrates the existing limitations of in-MRAM computing and potential methods for overcoming these issues. this study also considers the design technology co-optimization from the IMC perspective.

Quantum Secret Sharing with Error Correction

We investigate in this work a quantum error correction on a five-qubits graph state used for secret sharing through five noisy channels. We describe the procedure for the five, seven and nine qubits codes. It is known that the three codes always allow error recovery if only one among the sent qubits is disturbed in the transmitting channel. However, if two qubits and more are disturbed, then the correction will depend on the used code. We compare in this paper the three codes by computing the average fidelity between the sent secret and that measured by the receivers. We will treat the case where, at most, two qubits are affected in each one of five depolarizing channels.

An electricity market is a trading platform provided by the actors in the electricity sector to sell and buy electricity while maintaining the stability of the transmission network and minimizing energy *** management of electrical energy for rational use consists of all the operations that the consumers can carry out in order to minimize their electricity bill,while the producers optimize their benefits and the transmission *** reduction of active and reactive power consumption and the smoothing of daily and yearly load profiles are the main objectives in this *** developed countries already have properly functioning electricity markets,but developing countries are still in their infancy of deregulated electricity *** major tools used in smoothing the load profiles include decentralized generation,energy storage and demand response.A load power smoothing control strategy is proposed to smooth the load power fluctuations of the distribution *** required power change is determined by evaluating the power fluctuation rate of the load,and then the required power change is allocated to some generators or to some stored ***,the consumers are made to curtail their power *** ideas proposed in this work provide important opportunities for energy policy makers and *** ideas would only be feasible if there exists real-time communication among the actors in the electricity *** results indicate that as much as 1100 Megawatt-hours of energy can be stored for smoothing the load profile,when applied to the Southern Interconnected Grid of the Cameroon power system;and that time of Use(tOU)pricing could be used instead of rotating blackouts in case of energy shortage.

Semi-Blind Reception Using Joint Channel Estimation in IDMA Systems

In this paper a bi-directional system based on linear channel estimation and data detection using turbo detection algorithm is proposed. By combining channel estimation with an iterative chip-by-chip detection process (inner loop) in an iterative way (outer loop), communications performance can be further increased. We present results on blind reception in case of Interleave Division Multiple Access (IDMA) system when the channel coefficients are unknown. We develop a low-complexity iterative joint channel/code estimation method. the philosophy of the turbo processing is the iterative exchange of related information which yields a substantial improvement of the overall system performance. We analyze the achievable performance of the iterative system proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithms.

Diabetes mellitus(DM),the 10th leading cause of death worldwide,is a major and growing public health problem estimated to affect more than 578 million people in 2030 and 700 million people in 2045[1].In diabetic animals,protein glycation and glucose autoxidation generate free radicals,which cause lipid ***,reactive oxygen species(ROS)can quickly accumulate,decrease antioxidant activity,and cause deterioration of kidney and liver function.A disrupted redox balance in cells also damages crucial biomolecules such as deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA),proteins and *** stress(OS)is elevated in diabetes mellitus and may be a major factor in the development and evolution of the typical long-term pathophysiology of diabetes and its associated complications[2].
