Chinese sea perch(Lateolabrax Maculatus)is one of the main marine fish culture species in China,its green development has received increasing attention and its ecological economic study is *** on field survey,this paper takes water pollution tax of China as conversion indicator for aquaculture eutrophication to simulate aquaculture waste fee for further analyzing the ecological impact of Chinese sea perch’s *** data analysis,data envelopment analysis model has been *** comparison for Chinese sea perch’s economic performance and ecological economic performance under its main aquaculture systems has been *** results show that:*** simulated waste fee has no significant impact for the *** for ecological economic performance’s ecological economic,technical and scale efficiency is as follow:pond farming,offshore cage culture and cage *** cage culture is the only system presenting positive increase for ecological economic performance,which makes its aquaculture activity more sustainable than other *** key point of green development is to maximize the ecological economic efficiency of main aquaculture ***,offshore cage culture is the most sustainable aquaculture system among China’s current marine fish culture systems,and other systems need innovation for achieving the green development of China’s aquaculture.

The numerous health benefits of olive oil are widely known,however,it also provides anti-allergic properties that have not yet been fully *** this study,the anti-allergic activity of olive oil was evaluated by analyzing the clinical symptoms and immune-related factors in BALB/c mice that had ingested600 mg/(kg·day)olive oil for two weeks prior to the *** allergy model was subsequently constructed for analysis,the results of which showed that the olive oil reduced the scores of allergic symptoms in the mice,and up-regulated the hypothermia and the decline in the immune organ ***,fewer allergy-related cytokines and reduced intestinal inflammation was discovered in the olive oil-treated *** addition,analysis of intestinal mucosal immune-related factors revealed that the olive oil promoted the expression of intestinal tight junction proteins(Claudin-1,Occludin,and ZO-1)and IL-22,and helped maintain the integrity of the intestinal epithelial physical *** levels of mucin 2 andβ-defensin were also found in the intestinal mucus of the olive oil-treated *** findings suggest that the oral administration of olive oil effectively attenuated the ovalbumin-induced allergic immune response in the mice,and had a positive effect on intestinal epithelial mucosal immunity.

Based on aluminum sulfate,a fluorine-free and alkali-free liquid accelerator(FF-AF-A)was prepared in this *** setting time and compressive strength of three cement types with different FF-AF-A dosages were fully *** compatibility of the FF-AF-A with the superplasticizers were also investigated,and the early hydration behavior and morphology of the hydration products of reference cement paste with the FF-AF-A were explored by hydration heat,X-ray diffractometry(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Test results indicated that adding the FF-AF-A at 8 wt%of the cement weight resulted in 2 min 35 s initial setting time and 6 min 30 s final setting *** 1-day compressive strength of the cement mortar with 8 wt%of FF-AF-A reached 13.5 MPa,which represents an increase of 35%as compared to the strength of cement mortar without the FF-AF-A,and the 28-day compressive strength ratio was 119%.In addition,the FF-AF-A also showed good compatibility with different superplasticizer *** results show that,when the FF-AF-A was added to the cement paste,it promoted the formation of ettringite crystals due to the aluminum ions(Al^(3+))and sulfate ions(SO_(4)^(2-))reacted with gypsum in the cement,as well as promoted the hydration of tricalcium aluminate(C_(3)A)and tricalcium silicate(C3S)leading to the overall structure becomes more *** a consequence,the hydration heat rate of the cement sharply increased,the cement paste setting time is shortened,and the compressive strength of cement mortar is improved.

Saprolegniasis,caused by Saprolegnia infection,is one of the most common diseases in freshwater *** study aimed to determine the epidemiological characteristics of saprolegniasis in Chinese regions of high *** were isolated and identified by morphological and molecular methods targeting the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)ribosomal DNA(rDNA)and building neighbor-joining(NJ)and maximum parsimony(MP)phylogenetic *** ITS sequences of eight isolated strains were compared with GenBank sequences and all strains fell into three clades:CLADE1(02,LP,04 and 14),CLADE2(S1),and CLADE3(CP,S2,L5 and the reference ATCC200013).Isolates 02 and LP shared 80%sequence similarity with ***,***,***,***,and ***,isolates 04 and 14 shared 80%similarity with *** and ***,extremely high ITS sequence similarities were identified between isolates S1 and ***(100%);CP and ***(96%);and S2,L5,ATCC200013 and ***(98%).This research provides insights into the identification,prevention and control of saprolegniasis pathogens and the potential development of effective drugs.

Oxidation resistance of Mo/Cr bilayer coating on Zr alloy in a 1200 ℃ steam environment

The Cr-coated Zr alloys demonstrate excellent resistance to high-temperature steam oxidation. However, the rapid diffusion pathways for oxygen formed by the inter-diffusion between the coating and alloy at high temperatures significantly affect the steam oxidation resistance of the coated alloys. To address this issue, we developed a Mo/Cr bilayer coating on Zr alloy by a combination of dc-MS and HiPIMS surface treatments. The coating exhibits outstanding steam oxidation resistance at high temperatures, resulting in a mass gain approximately 86.6% and 44.1% lower than that of the bare Zr alloy and Cr coating, respectively, after 30 min of steam oxidation at 1200 ℃. This is mainly because, during the oxidation process, the Mo interface layer undergoes a transformation into a thin and high-quality double diffusion layer structure, effectively avoiding high-temperature inter-diffusion between the Cr coating and Zr alloy, thereby inhibiting the formation of oxygen diffusion pathways.

新特提斯洋的脱碳俯冲被认为在新生代气候变化中发挥了重要作用,但仍然缺少定量的研究.本研究使用改进的地震层析成像重建方法构建了过去的俯冲情景,并计算了印度-欧亚大陆碰撞区域的俯冲板块通量.新生代时期的俯冲板片通量和古气候参数的变化之间存在显著的同步性,表明这些过程之间存在因果关系.新生代早期,新特提洋内俯冲的关闭导致更多富含碳的沉积物沿着欧亚大陆边缘俯冲,为大陆弧火山的岩浆作用提供了更多的碳源,进一步引发了全球变暖.在全球气候达到早始新世峰值后,印度-欧亚大陆碰撞导致的新特提斯俯冲的突然终止造成了距今50～40 Ma期间大气中二氧化碳浓度的快速下降.距今40 Ma后,大气中的二氧化碳浓度逐渐降低,这可能是由于青藏高原的生长导致大陆风化作用增强所致.本文结果有助于更好地理解新特提斯洋演化的动态含义,并可能为未来的碳循环模型提供新的约束条件.
