Land ownership has become the central issue in China’s agricultural reform and *** essence,the ***"agriculture, rural areas and farmers"problem is unable to bypass the core issue of land *** this article,Zhang Xiaoshan carries out a review and comparison of certain propositions for land reform,and presents his thoughts upon possible trends on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the evolution of land reform in rural *** strongly believes that"a well-established rule of law capable of protecting the public’s legitimate interests,a well-developed society of citizens, and a service-oriented government with limited power are the indispensable factors determining the success or failure of China’s rural land reform"; otherwise,China’s rural land reform will reach an inequitable destination no matter how equitable a starting point it took off from.

I. Introduction It is common in developing countries for the relationship between the state and the farmers to be coercive, and for the relationship between rural and urban sectors to be urban-biased. This is opposite to the situation in developed countries, where agriculture and farmers are protected by government policies. The rural-urban divide brought about by such a policy intention is, therefore,a phenomenon prevailing in developing countries and the focus of much discussion within development economist circles. A host of literature in development economics has attempted to answer challenging questions such as：（1） how are urban-biased policies formed and why do they continue to remain in developing countries？（2） in order to implement those policies, what measures are adopted and what are their functioning mechanisms and welfare effects？

Changing climate will jeopardize biodiversity,particularly the geographic distribution of endemic *** such species is the Javan Hawk-Eagle(JHE,Nisaetus bartelsi),a charismatic raptor found only on Java Island,***,it is crucial to develop an appropriate conservation strategy to preserve the *** niche modeling is considered a valuable tool for designing conservation plans for the *** provide an ecological niche modeling approach and transfer its model to future climate scenarios for the *** utilize various machine learning algorithms under sustainability and business-as-usual(BAU)scenarios for ***,we investigate the conservation vulnerability of the JHE,capturing multifaceted pressures on the species from climate dissimilarities and human disturbance *** study reveals that the ensemble model performs exceptionally well,with temperature emerging as the most critical factor affecting the JHE *** finding indicates that climate change will have a significant impact on the JHE *** results suggest that the JHE distribution will likely decrease by 28.41%and 40.16%from the current JHE distribution under sustainability and BAU scenarios,***,our study reveals high-potential refugia for future JHE,covering 7,596 km^(2)(61%)under the sustainability scenario and only 4,403 km^(2)(35%)under the BAU ***,effective management and planning,including habitat restoration,refugia preservation,habitat connectivity,and local community inclusivity,should be well-managed to achieve JHE conservation targets.

History and conservation of wild and cultivated plant diversity in Uganda： forest species and banana varieties as case studies

The history of wild and cultivated plant diversity in Uganda is reviewed,taking forest species and bananas as examples. Palynological research into past human influences on forests is reassessed. The evidence suggests that crops were first introduced into the country at about 1,000 BCE,farming communities practicing slash and burn agriculture started to significantly influence the floristic composition of forests during the 1st millennium BCE and there was a major episode of forest reduction at about 1,000 CE related to socio-economic change. Bananas were probably introduced in the early centuries CE. The colonial era from 1894 saw the introduction of new concepts of land ownership and the establishment of forest reserves and agricultural stations. Forests and banana diversity are currently under threat,Uganda having a very high rate of deforestation and endemic banana varieties proving susceptible to introduced pests and diseases. It is suggested that,under these circumstances,conservationists take an opportunistic approach to field engagement,making use of favourable local conditions as they arise. Partnerships should be sought with elements of society concerned with sustainable use,provision of ecosystem services and cultural survival to widen the social base of plant conservation. International organisations involved in conservation of plant genetic resources and wild plant species should collaborate with one another to develop the conceptual basis of plant conservation,to make it more relevant to countries like Uganda.

Fungal diversity notes is one of the important journal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa *** article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and *** in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio Camporesi and also collected from China,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American *** described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual *** two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(Cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,Camarosporidiella camporesii,Camporesiomyces mali,Camposporium appendiculatum,Camposporium multiseptatum,Camposporium septatum,Canalisporium aquaticium,Clonostachys eriocamporesiana,Clonostachys eriocamporesii,Colletotrichum hederiicola,Coniochaeta vineae,Conioscypha verrucosa,Cortinarius ainsworthii,Cortinarius aurae,Cortinarius britannicus,Cortinarius heatherae,Cortinarius scoticus,Cortinarius subsaniosus,Cytospora fusispor

Process and proposal for comprehensive regionalization of Chinese human geography

The comprehensive regionalization of Chinese human geography is based on the rules governing regional differentiation of Chinese physical geographic factors. Based on regional differences and similarities in human factors, this study divides the whole country into two levels of relatively independent, complete and organically linked human geographic units. As a fundamental, comprehensive, cutting-edge, practical and important task, the comprehensive regionalization of human geography highlights the characteristics, regional and sub-regional features, complexity and variety of spatial differences between factors of Chinese human geography. It is capable of promoting the development of human geography based on local conditions, providing basic scientific support to national and local development strategies, such as the Belt and Road Strategy, new urbanization and environmental awareness, and creating a sound geopolitical environment in key areas. Using results from existing physical and human geographic zoning studies, and in accordance with the principles of synthesis, dominant factors, the relative consistency of the natural environment, the relative consistency of social and economic development, the consistency of the regional cultural landscape, the continuity of spatial distribution and the integrity of county-level administrative divisions, and taking as its basis the division of human geography into 10 major factors （nature, economy, population, culture, ethnicity, agriculture, transportation, urbanization, the settlement landscape and administrative divisions）, this paper constructs an index system for the comprehensive regionalization of Chinese human geography through a combination of top-down and bottom-up zoning and spatial clustering analysis. In this study, Chinese human geography is divided into eight regions and 66 sub-regions.
